Home Depot review: Carpet install

I am having major issues and setbacks with the Home Depot at 500 S Santa Fe Dr, Denver, CO 80223. They utilize an install company called Hom Solutions and they are next near impossible to get a hold. I had 1 install date on the books and they were a no-call/no-show. I had to call Home Solutions many times to then re-schedule. The 2nd date came around and the installer said the temp was too cold for the install. Now with a torn up floor and carpet pilled up, I had tenants move into the place with no bedroom available. I still don't have the job done and have been calling both companies with a variety of extensions for weeks on end trying to resolve this dilemma.
