Orderes Shades and Installation in October 2019. Since that time shades where delivered in wrong sizes and wrong installation. Order No. H6379171435 Called since March 2020 Customer Service to arrange new installation appointment. Never called back. Because of Corona crisis, I am not able to come to US so I placed Telefon number [protected] ) for rearrange appointment for installation. No-one ever called back.

Home Depot Steam dry

Last December we hired Home Depot to clean some upholstery. They sent their contractor Steam Dry to do the work. The person did not put down any drop cloths and was warned that water would damage our laminate floor. He brushed me off saying that he knew what he was doing. Needless to say, we have several areas that are damaged. Both companies were notified, pictures were sent, manager came to see the damage and took a sample of the flooring to see if they could fix the flooring. Needles to say the flooring is discontinued. Home Depot requested that I get two quotes on repairing the floor. In order to do the work, the entire floor needs to be replaced. The estimates came in at $5, 000 -$8, 000. Both companies refuse to except the quotes and offered me $200 gift certificate from Home Depot and $200 from Steam Dry to go away. What can anyone suggest I do?
Poor customer service from both Home Depot and Steam Dry.

Prcious Mae De Verai is whom I have been dealing with. She has all the files, pictures and information from Steam Dry. The work order came from your St. Catherines store. Steam Dry does not despute the damage but they are not willing to replace the entire floor which if you know anything about laminate knows it can't be fixed by just cutting out one section. There are more than one areas that are damaged. I feel that they are taking advantage of me as both a woman and a senior. I would expect Home Depot
to be responsible for their contractors.

A response from you would be greatly appreciated as soon as possible.

Home Depot Customer service

I was in the Corning/painted post store for over an hour and not on customer service associate did not come near us to ask if they could help and in the cubicals near the washer dryers area and no one bothered to approach us to ask if they could help. I was in the store on Friday. Just to let you know I went else where and purchased what I needed and will not go to your store in corning/painted post again.

Home Depot Online order

I ordered a JD riding lawn mower 7/8 WM11330168. I believed it was shipped around 7/9. It should be here by 7/30. My problem is you already billed my account. I don't think it's legal to bill me 21 days in advance of me getting my product.

I will wait for your response to see if more action is required.

I would have thought the above would be enough. The store is located in Forest Lake, MN. I have to drive 60 miles from Wi. to get to this location.

I guess I will file a complaint to the BBB in WI.&MN.

Home Depot Credit card through city bank.

Be aware. Do not give your personal information.
I applied for a cc for home depot and city bank is processing it! I gave all my personal information online even my ss# and I even answered matters about my life like work, car that only "I know." my goodness, they know all about me! And after all this uncomfortable experience of digging into my personal businesses, they made me jump over hoops and keep me waiting and waiting because "I have no phone number!" I canceled.
It was a nigh mare asking for my information to be removed for their data base. And I am not sure if it happened? There is not privacy."

also be aware that the combined Citi/HD website does not accept you email address as legit, but the MAIN CitiBank and MAIN HD websites do...tell that to the reps at the CB/HD website, don't even care.

Home Depot Check declined?

I'm not sure what check system you are using but I would highly recommend changing it it's a POS and wasting my money I spend to purchase the checks to give you money. I can go strait to Lowe's and buy the same thing give them a check and walk out a few days later bam shows in the account as a withdrawal. But I can't even purchase 80$ worth of stuff from you pretty piss poor business practice if you ask me and hell I own a business.

Home Depot Polycarbonate sheets

We purchased $2552.00 worth of ploycarbonate sheets from Home Depot. They were advertised on the H.D.web site as having UV protection. We cut and installed all the product on the 17 windows of our home. We decided to purchase one more sheet. We went to the HD web page and saw the identical product with the exact same SKU number and price and the ad described the product as NOT being UV coated. We have written to Home Depot but got no response.

Home Depot Appliances

If you need to purchase your appliances in significant quantities please do not do so with Home Depot. We bought 16 appliances in two orders almost 2 months ago and not only have we not received the appliances, but today they do not know how to tell us when they would deliver.

We have begged them to please give us at least the appliances they have available and the response they give us is that due to Home Depot's commercial policies they cannot make the partial delivery. This means that if the refrigerator is missing today, the other appliances will not be delivered to us. And if it happens that when they have the refrigerator they do not have the diswasher they continue to delay the delivery of the entire order.

After two months of waiting for the appliances, the only option they have given us is that we place a new order, taking out the appliances that are not available, and put these unavailable appliances in a new order. Which would involve starting to count the deadlines again, losing the sixty days that have passed. Nor would they recognize the price agreed in the original purchase order.

I am a General Contractor and I have 4 Town Houses that I cannot finish due to Home Depot and its inability to give us an adequate response.

Home Depot Product not received #w958576075

Order was placed on June 11, 2020. As of 6/29 I have not received the order
nor any correspondence from Home Depot. Package tracking shows UPS
returned it to shipper on June 17 for hazardous irregularity. I spoke to Michele on 6/29 at 0933 Hawaii time to inquire. All she could do was to
refund my payment with apologies. I suggested she check with your branch in Pearl City to see if it was in stock so I could pick it up personally.
She would not listen to my suggestion but to say it will be refunded and I can place another order at the same price. I politely refused and advised her I'll shop someplace else. Oredr # W958576075

Home Depot Refrigerator

Purchased a maytag refrigerator on april 10, 20. The appliance was delivered the following week... The door to the refrigerator was warped... The
Door needed to be replaced... When I called home depot in regards to this, they were not nice at all.. One employee, mark accused me of calling a dozen times.. Which was not true in the least... He told me a manager would call me the next day, that never happened...
I just spoke to the independent service man that had come out to see what the problem was... He informed me that the door was arriving sometime this weekend and that he could come on monday, june 29, 20 to install it...
I do not appreciate being talked to in the manner the home depot employee did when I called.. Rude rude rude... I know I will never buy another product/item from home depot...

Home Depot Delivery

Order # H1254-110991: I Purchased a Samsung Washer & dryer on 6/15 from HD in New Hartford NY. At the time purchased was told by Assoc that both were in stock & would be delivered 6/18/2020. On Wed 6/17 rc'd call cancelling delivery. Only reason we purchased was because in stock & could be delivered in next few days. Otherwise would have gone elsewhere. New delivery date was today 6/25 btwn 9-1 . I had someone waiting at my home for 6 hrs until I called store questioning delivery. This is after being disconnected 5x while being transferred. Assoc could not find order requested Mgr who found order only to tell me that was not being delivered today! I asked to speak with Regional Mgr & was told delivery would be Saturday 6/28 or I could cancel then Local Mgr Shannon hung up on me! Was also hung up on by Cust Svc #. No one had decency to even call to let us know that delivery would not be today. I have never experienced such horrendous Customer Service! I am beginning with Atty General & contacting every Agency available along with any social network to file a complaint. I have done business with Home Depot for many years and am saddened to think that after all the years that this is the Customer Svc I received. I realize I am lone Customer who doesn't really matter & thats unfortunate. What is more unfortunate is that I will no longer do Business with HD.

Delivery persons ( Leudys Ramirez and Angel Perez ) did a excellent Job Delivering my LG Refrigerater.

Very Polite and careful with my refrigerator to 35 Victory Blvd Staten Island NY 10301 ( Route# [protected] ) ...They plugged my refrigerator and where very helpful and patient with the Questions i asked. In my future purchases from Home Depot i request Leudys Ramirez and Angel Perez to make my deliveries. They are Awesome.

I ordered a shop light on May 30. Today is June 17. They seem to be blaming all of their on the virus. I place a lot of orders on line with other companies and have not had any problems. And they tell me this order can not be cancelled even though it has not shipped. And the worse thing of all ls you CAN NOT speak to a live person to resolve anything. I will be shopping with the other so called big box store in the future.

Home Depot Online order

DO NOT USE THEIR ONLINE ORDERING. I made an order on June 3/20 and found out it would take about a month to deliver. I needed to cancel and see if I could get it from another retailer. I called on June 4/20 to cancel the order. After waiting on hold for 2 hrs, I spoke with a representative said she cancelled the order. On June 9/20 I received a confirmation that part of my order was being shipped. Even though I cancelled the order on Jun 4/20, only part of the order was cancelled and it listed that it was cancelled on June 9/20 - 5 days after being told this was cancelled. I called back on June 10/20 and waited another 2hrs on hold. When I spoke with a representative they told me they were unable to cancel the remaining order that had not yet been shipped and was on back order. He said I would need to speak with a manager. While the representative said he was escalating my call, I was transferred to a non-functioning voicemail. I tried calling back and the office was closed. I called back on June 11/20 but this time, instead of calling and selecting "Help with an existing order", I selected "Help placing an order". I only waited 15 mins on hold. This representative was able to finally cancel the order. I was instructed by this representative to return what I had received to the local store and I would receive a refund in 3-5 days. This doesn't make sense why it would take this long to get a refund nor do I trust that they will actually give me a refund. I will see what happens with this. All in all, I wasted 10 hrs of my time trying to reach someone to help me with this and getting the run around. When you work from home and need the phone available to work, I lost a lot of income just trying to return items I ordered long before the order was both processed and shipped. I will never shop at Home Depot online or in store ever again!

I Agree with you completely. Home depot is guilty of FALSE ADVERTGETTING IN TOUCH ABOUT ITISING! they do not install upon delivery... been waiting for over two weeks to get a dishwasher delivered and installed as ad said. Bought the necessary parts... and to have the old one removed. HOME DEPOT DOES NOT INSTALL WHEN ITS DELIVERED. NO ON CALLS BACK AFTER REPORTING PROBLEM!

Look for a good appliance dealer before using home deport...do yourself a favor!
