Home Depot Polycarbonate sheets

We purchased $2552.00 worth of ploycarbonate sheets from Home Depot. They were advertised on the H.D.web site as having UV protection. We cut and installed all the product on the 17 windows of our home. We decided to purchase one more sheet. We went to the HD web page and saw the identical product with the exact same SKU number and price and the ad described the product as NOT being UV coated. We have written to Home Depot but got no response.

Home Depot Appliances

If you need to purchase your appliances in significant quantities please do not do so with Home Depot. We bought 16 appliances in two orders almost 2 months ago and not only have we not received the appliances, but today they do not know how to tell us when they would deliver.

We have begged them to please give us at least the appliances they have available and the response they give us is that due to Home Depot's commercial policies they cannot make the partial delivery. This means that if the refrigerator is missing today, the other appliances will not be delivered to us. And if it happens that when they have the refrigerator they do not have the diswasher they continue to delay the delivery of the entire order.

After two months of waiting for the appliances, the only option they have given us is that we place a new order, taking out the appliances that are not available, and put these unavailable appliances in a new order. Which would involve starting to count the deadlines again, losing the sixty days that have passed. Nor would they recognize the price agreed in the original purchase order.

I am a General Contractor and I have 4 Town Houses that I cannot finish due to Home Depot and its inability to give us an adequate response.

Home Depot Product not received #w958576075

Order was placed on June 11, 2020. As of 6/29 I have not received the order
nor any correspondence from Home Depot. Package tracking shows UPS
returned it to shipper on June 17 for hazardous irregularity. I spoke to Michele on 6/29 at 0933 Hawaii time to inquire. All she could do was to
refund my payment with apologies. I suggested she check with your branch in Pearl City to see if it was in stock so I could pick it up personally.
She would not listen to my suggestion but to say it will be refunded and I can place another order at the same price. I politely refused and advised her I'll shop someplace else. Oredr # W958576075

Home Depot Refrigerator

Purchased a maytag refrigerator on april 10, 20. The appliance was delivered the following week... The door to the refrigerator was warped... The
Door needed to be replaced... When I called home depot in regards to this, they were not nice at all.. One employee, mark accused me of calling a dozen times.. Which was not true in the least... He told me a manager would call me the next day, that never happened...
I just spoke to the independent service man that had come out to see what the problem was... He informed me that the door was arriving sometime this weekend and that he could come on monday, june 29, 20 to install it...
I do not appreciate being talked to in the manner the home depot employee did when I called.. Rude rude rude... I know I will never buy another product/item from home depot...

Home Depot Delivery

Order # H1254-110991: I Purchased a Samsung Washer & dryer on 6/15 from HD in New Hartford NY. At the time purchased was told by Assoc that both were in stock & would be delivered 6/18/2020. On Wed 6/17 rc'd call cancelling delivery. Only reason we purchased was because in stock & could be delivered in next few days. Otherwise would have gone elsewhere. New delivery date was today 6/25 btwn 9-1 . I had someone waiting at my home for 6 hrs until I called store questioning delivery. This is after being disconnected 5x while being transferred. Assoc could not find order requested Mgr who found order only to tell me that was not being delivered today! I asked to speak with Regional Mgr & was told delivery would be Saturday 6/28 or I could cancel then Local Mgr Shannon hung up on me! Was also hung up on by Cust Svc #. No one had decency to even call to let us know that delivery would not be today. I have never experienced such horrendous Customer Service! I am beginning with Atty General & contacting every Agency available along with any social network to file a complaint. I have done business with Home Depot for many years and am saddened to think that after all the years that this is the Customer Svc I received. I realize I am lone Customer who doesn't really matter & thats unfortunate. What is more unfortunate is that I will no longer do Business with HD.

Delivery persons ( Leudys Ramirez and Angel Perez ) did a excellent Job Delivering my LG Refrigerater.

Very Polite and careful with my refrigerator to 35 Victory Blvd Staten Island NY 10301 ( Route# [protected] ) ...They plugged my refrigerator and where very helpful and patient with the Questions i asked. In my future purchases from Home Depot i request Leudys Ramirez and Angel Perez to make my deliveries. They are Awesome.

I ordered a shop light on May 30. Today is June 17. They seem to be blaming all of their on the virus. I place a lot of orders on line with other companies and have not had any problems. And they tell me this order can not be cancelled even though it has not shipped. And the worse thing of all ls you CAN NOT speak to a live person to resolve anything. I will be shopping with the other so called big box store in the future.

Home Depot Online order

DO NOT USE THEIR ONLINE ORDERING. I made an order on June 3/20 and found out it would take about a month to deliver. I needed to cancel and see if I could get it from another retailer. I called on June 4/20 to cancel the order. After waiting on hold for 2 hrs, I spoke with a representative said she cancelled the order. On June 9/20 I received a confirmation that part of my order was being shipped. Even though I cancelled the order on Jun 4/20, only part of the order was cancelled and it listed that it was cancelled on June 9/20 - 5 days after being told this was cancelled. I called back on June 10/20 and waited another 2hrs on hold. When I spoke with a representative they told me they were unable to cancel the remaining order that had not yet been shipped and was on back order. He said I would need to speak with a manager. While the representative said he was escalating my call, I was transferred to a non-functioning voicemail. I tried calling back and the office was closed. I called back on June 11/20 but this time, instead of calling and selecting "Help with an existing order", I selected "Help placing an order". I only waited 15 mins on hold. This representative was able to finally cancel the order. I was instructed by this representative to return what I had received to the local store and I would receive a refund in 3-5 days. This doesn't make sense why it would take this long to get a refund nor do I trust that they will actually give me a refund. I will see what happens with this. All in all, I wasted 10 hrs of my time trying to reach someone to help me with this and getting the run around. When you work from home and need the phone available to work, I lost a lot of income just trying to return items I ordered long before the order was both processed and shipped. I will never shop at Home Depot online or in store ever again!

I Agree with you completely. Home depot is guilty of FALSE ADVERTGETTING IN TOUCH ABOUT ITISING! they do not install upon delivery... been waiting for over two weeks to get a dishwasher delivered and installed as ad said. Bought the necessary parts... and to have the old one removed. HOME DEPOT DOES NOT INSTALL WHEN ITS DELIVERED. NO ON CALLS BACK AFTER REPORTING PROBLEM!

Look for a good appliance dealer before using home deport...do yourself a favor!

i have observe the sainik security service bhayander east security lady guard not having manors to talk with residence person. She always seated on chair. Waving her hand in the air adn talk with the room owner. Might be she is new in this organisation or she do not have proper training regard handling the building gate. Home Depot 1. The ability to cancel and order. 2. My inability to receive my veterans discount.

Because of the Covid19 situation, I've had to purchase items through delivery to my home rather than store shopping or pickup. I recently purchased a list of items and after the order was posted realized that I had forgotten some items that I needed. I called the store that I thought I was shopping at and asked to cancel that order and was told that my order had been transferred to another store and that I would have to cancel. They gave me the new store's number and I tried to call for many hours with no results. I tried the 800 number and could not reach them.

So, since I needed the forgotten items, I placed an additional order. The new order generated an additional delivery charge of $35 . Because of my inability to cancel and reorder the entire order I incurred an additional $35.00 cost.

For this incident, here are the order numbers:

The second part of my complaint arises from the fact that I did not receive my Veterans discount as I would have received every time I buy something in the store. When I questioned some one in my regular store that I frequent on a regular basis I was told that you have to come into the store to get the discount. Why?
My purchase history as I use the HD credit card for almost all purchases would illustrate that I receive the discount on all my purchases. As a matter of fact, I make a substantial amounts of purchases at the Home Depot.
When I shop at Lowe's, either online or in person I receive the discount.

So to sum up, I think that your policy as it pertains to Veterans discount is false. Your communication apparatus through the telephone numbers is seriously flawed . In my case you've seriously over charged a loyal customer because of flawed operational policy.

I am in the market for a TIG Welder and wanted to buy it online. There I found the promotion for a consumer credit card with an "up to" 100.00 reward. With the provided card I thought being able to use the 100.00 towards my purchase. After only 25.00 seemed to be applicable on the purchase, I did some research and found out that the conditions of the reward...

Home Depot Delivery of items missing items still charged

I ordered a Ryobi Edger/Trimmer from HomeDepot.com.
For some reason, it moved my order to the Harper Woods, MI store, where it was NOT in stock, instead of 2 other stores, in Roseville and Warren, where it was and still IS in stock.
This was something on their website.
In addition, since they were coming to drop that off, I ordered 7 bags of dirt.

Totals:

Their Delivery Charge was $8.99. The system verified everything was coming. I'd never have paid $8.99 for any delivery of dirt if I'd known they were out of the trimmer, but they didn't give me that option.

So even tho this order was verified and the delivery guy was on his way to bring it, I received a Voicemail at 1:47PM on May 18 telling me the delivery guy didn't get or maybe they were out of the Trimmer.
They did not ask if I wanted to cancel.
They said delivery driver was "on his way".
I have this Voicemail.

10 min. later, they delivered 7 bags of dirt.
NO Ryobi Edger.
I have the security video from beginning to end of this delivery, you can see there isn't one in his truck, he never brings up a large, green edger. He sticks the full receipt in with the bags of dirt.

I was in bed at this time. I'm disabled but I was also sick with Coronavirus, my SO went down, saw immediately edger was missing, guy in truck drove away while he was standing there.

He, Chris, called the store after trimmer didn't show up, took 45 min. to get someone on phone, they said it would be refunded. Driver left receipt for the 7 bags of dirt and the trimmer, there was NO trimmer.

Well I was charged. I have created a file of the entire 3 min. of this delivery: TRACKING NUMBER 98F2 - 087C - E30B - 4866
DRIVER Marcus G. (Green Pickup Truck) dropping off ONLY 7 bags of dirt and NO Ryobi Edger/Trimmer. Tho he left the entire receipt instead of marking that it wasn't there or they were out of it or he didn't deliver it. I have the full video if you need it. I also have the Voicemail left by the Harper Woods Home Depot saying I'd not be charged.

We have called the store, they said it would be refunded. I used their email CSR, the response was: "Thank you for your email to Customer Care at The Home Depot. To answer your question more quickly, we ask that you please call 1-800-HOME-DEPOT [protected]) with your inquiry, as this inbox is not currently being actively monitored." We did not receive the Ryobi edger. We were charged for it and the tax.

Total refund should be $147.34

I have disputed it thru PayPal, where I paid from. Home Depot has not answered them.

I need an Edger, I can't afford one until I get my money back. Alternatively, Home Depot should have delivered this Ryobi Trimmer from a store that did have it in stock, there's 2 others nearby that have it. And given me the chance to cancel so I didn't have to pay an $8.99 delivery charge.

My card should not have been charged in the first place.

Here is the entire video of this delivery. I also have the voicemail from the store 10 min. prior stating I would not be charged for the missing edger.

In the Harbison area of Columbia, South Carolina. The employee name is Seirra Redding. Thankfully, I was able to get her name from another employee. I am appalled that Home Depot would have employees like this. I have seen and heard from other customers as well about how rude she can be, no manners, she steals from her employer. I recommend drug testing, I am no expertise, but you don't see people like that everyday.

Home Depot Services

We had ordered a product may 6 and since it was going to take to long they said they would cancel the order and give us a refund within two days. That was may 7th we still may 19th have not received our refund and they keep making up excuses that its locked in the system and nothing the store can do . They said they called head office and nothing happened . We still have not received our 328 dollars back and they are not saying when we would get it back. I think they are using the coronavirus as a excuse to not give refunds

Home Depot Customer safety during covid 19

Home Depot is doing a poor job with customer safety within their stores. Aisles are blocked with carts full of product resulting in customers having to ignore the 6 foot distance. Managers don't seem to have a clue about what the safety measures are and this is putting the public at risk. Customers are not required to have face masks which increases the possibility of passing along the virus.
Get with it and make some changes!

Home Depot waco tx hwy 84 branch

I forgot my receipt in my car, stood in line for over 30 and asked if I could simply exchange six packages of 60w bulbs for six packages of 40w. She said it would be no problem without a receipt. So, I grab the bulbs quickly and get in line again for another 20 minutes to be told I must have the receipt. To make matters worse, there were workers behind the returns and pick up counter doing nothing! Two were standing there talking, one was looking in her compact mirror and on her phone, the manager was chatting with everyone and another girl was staring into space. I was dumbfounded. I know HD doesn't need my patronage; fortunately, we have a Lowe's. HD is losing so much money on workers doing squat!

Home Depot Message spam

I have received not one, not two, but seven messages from this service today, asking if I "still" want an estimate for a new air conditioner. I have never asked for an estimate, so i'd like to know why they are calling me, or I should say harassing me. If it doesn't stop immediately, I am going to file a lawsuit against both ars and home depot. I'll bet i'm not the only one getting harassed, perhaps it could go class action.

Given the bad reviews that ars has, i'm shocked that home depot continues their affiliation with them.

Stop calling me.

Home Depot Shipping ryobi zero turn mower

I ordered the mower on 4/24/2020 and was told the mower would be at my house between 5/5-5/12 and still hasn't showed up. Today is 5/14 and I called JW logistics and was told that they are waiting to get a larger order to come my way. So I guess the customer is last priority? This needs to change quickly! Thank goodness I have a 30 day return because it is looking like that's what I will be doing once it is delivered. I also disagree with Home Depot for not having the 75AH mower in stock. They just have the 100AH so you would spend more money. Just wanting you to know that yall need to push your logistics people harder to get items shipped. This was not cheap!
