At 6:00 AM EST I ordered a small order a combination of 4 bags total, of garden soil, manure and grass seed online to pick up curbside.. I called at 10:00 Am 4 hours have past to inquire about my order. They had not started processing it yet. I complained that it has been 4 hours and I could have picked it up myself off the shelves in about 10 minutes. The customer service rep repeated I will get an email when it's ready.
She also said she did not know what I wanted to do?
Very hard to understand what she was saying because of others talking in the background. It is now 10:30 EST and still no email saying it's ready to pick up. It would have been nice if she just said I will see it is started now Instead of saying I don't know what you want to do?
