Amazon Home Warranty - Unpaid pending invoices.
I am a service contractor for AHW. I did several repairs for their customers for the past tow years. However, they have not paid us for these repairs and they keep saying "we will escalate the request for payment to upper management for their action" and noting happen. Every time I call I hear same answer as if your talking to an answering machine. They lack professionalism and honesty.

Signed a contract with this company 5/25/22 with an install date of 4 to 6 weeks out. The owner informed me it was a 3-day job. Install post first day and allow to dry overnight. They would install the top railing the second day, and fence 3rd. Company came out 25 July and installed the fence posts. They have not been back and have not answered any of my calls or texts since 28 July.
