Harper Fence - New fence install
Signed a contract with this company 5/25/22 with an install date of 4 to 6 weeks out. The owner informed me it was a 3-day job. Install post first day and allow to dry overnight. They would install the top railing the second day, and fence 3rd. Company came out 25 July and installed the fence posts. They have not been back and have not answered any of my calls or texts since 28 July.
