Southern State Landscape / Joseph Turner quoted us $3,000 to cut all dead branches from all of our trees plus a few trees inside lot line fence that were the neighbor's trees. Also, agreed to rake and clean out around the trees in that same area because it is just too much work for my husband and me.
When they began the work we ended up having them take down three trees in the front that were in really bad shape. Adding another $500 because he said it would be easier just to take them down.
When they said they were done there were A LOT of dead limbs and none of the raking and cleaning up done in the back around the trees. We spoke to him and he said it was a difference of our "expectations" for the work needed. He was argumentative and condescending. He did come back and cut a couple more branches but still left MANY dead limbs and no raking and clean up done. VERY POOR WORK. RIPPED US OFF!
Desired outcome: My husband and I have been working hard to clean up the mess left. It would be nice if he would come out and finish cutting the largest dead limbs that were left and haul away all the clean up stuff that we are doing.
