Dream Duvall Locksmith review: I would like a refund, along with an appology from the company.

To Whom it May Concern,

I had one of their techs out to my house in Woodinville, May 20th 2022 with an emergency situation. I was pulling into Portland, and realized, I forgot to leave my house key for the pet sitter. When I got home, I was beyond disappointed to say the least in what I saw and the workmanship! For the cost, I would have thought they would have at least cleaned up the metal shavings from drilling out my lock. Also, there were several scratches on my new red front door and deep dents on the door jam. I had attached photos, sent 2 emails and called 3 times, all resulted in no return contact from the company. I have also contacted the Attorney General, which, also replied they didn't received any communication from them either.

I would not recommend this company to anyone!
