Mickey Shores review: Installation from Mickey Shores

On 08-11-2022 I had factory radio and door speakers replaced on a 2007 Chrysler Pacifica at Mickey Shores in Taylor, Michigan. A young sales associate by the name of Anthony Redigan assured me that their work was of the best quality and i would be returning for the installation for my 1996 Impala. I left the vehicle for a few hours and returned to get my Pacifica a few hours later. Upon returning a gentlemen in a Dodge Challenger was there expressing his unsatisfaction of the work he had received after spending 1600 hundred dollars. He popped his trunk and showed me what they had done. First red flag. After a couple days my JVC head unit I had Mickey Shores install would simply just power off/on while driving. Because the head unit was blue tooth compatible I would make my sons turn their blue tooth off of their phones. But it would happen with just myself in the SUV. Then after a couple more days my windows and my side mirrors motor would just activate and turn them in the downward position and could not get them to go back to how I had them set. I returned the vehicle 08-23-2022 to Michael Redigan and he told me that it wasn't anything they did. I said you were the only ones to touch the vehicle and they all worked fine previously. He kept the car and called me in 15 minutes and said it was nothing they had done wrong installing the speakers. I said then why would the head unit power off. He never gave me a response on that one. Just about the doors. I asked didn't you have to wire each door individually in which he said yes but not the boot where all the wires happen to go. Yeah right. Funny he insisted it was not their doing before even hearing me out and never could explain why the head unit powers off while driving. I thought Mickey Shores retailers were reputable over local City Audio installers but boy was I wrong. Never again.
