I have been a loyal customer for 13 years. I have paid my monthly contract fee per automatic deduction every month for 13 years. I have accepted the increase in fees over the course of 13 years and I have been patient with the lack of professionalism that I have experienced with 2/10 and their representatives. This year in 2022 both of HAVAC units went out of service during the hottest part of the summer which is August. We have a request in with two contractors hired by 2/10. 1st contract initiated in August and the second one initiated a month later in September. We have been without air in our entire 4202 sq foot home since late August and 2/10 is unable to provide us with a plausible resolution. My husband is disabled veteran and is homebound and has had to sit in an extremely hot house during the day. Today, September 20 after sitting on hold for 45 minutes. I finally spoke to a 2/10 rep in the claims department and they were very rude and dismissive but I endured their attitude in hopes of getting at least one of our units repaired. To my dismay that is not the case and my latest call ended in frustration.

Desired outcome: We are hoping that 2/10 will work with a service contractor to fix at least one of our HVAC units so that we can have some relief from this hot weather.
