Unresolved issue with getting repairs completed on our new Whirlpool side by side refrigerator. Refrigerator still under a factory warranty. On going problems since March 2022 and still repair not complete. Dealing with intermittent loud noise and off and on water/ice dispenser not working properly.
We have been trying to get a response from Diamond Factory Service for several months. When trying to reach out to them we hold on the line for 20-30 plus minutes and eventually get cut off and disconnected. We feel Diamond Factory Service has very poor customer service.
Desired outcome: Schedule time to complete repair to refrigerator or if can’t repair need to replace the refrigerator cost.
