American water Damage came to my home to review the water damaged.
November 1 CPR Plumbing did a preliminary plumbing evaluation
November 1 received a customer equipment responsibilities form
November 1 a scope instructions and authorizations for the restoration of my property.
November 1 a contract for services, assignment of benefits form
November 1 a customer equipment's form was given to me
November 8 Certificate of completion was signed
November 17 recap was mailed

My home has been damaged. I have 2X4 holding my sink. When I have my daughter brings her two dogs. I need to ensure the dog's do not go near the 2X4s.

Because my home was not completed I was unable to have:

Thanksgiving

Christmas 🤶

New year's

Barbeques

Birthdays

Family visits

in my home. This created great stress. I notified the company in December

and did get a response. There was a delay from us. My husband was ill. I received a letter from Nationwide letting me know that $3350 was mailed to American Water Damaged. I was not notified there was check requested nor did I receive a cost of damage. I wrote a letter to Nationwide for denial to their request. Nationwide wrote back stating that the check was correct.

Desired outcome: I would like for my home to put back together. I would like some consideration for my family. Compensation should also be given. It has been five months and the work hasn't been completed.Pictures will be mailed
