I have a 2 page list of messages I've left. I received a reply once telling me to leave a negative review and contact a lawyer. I was pretty shocked.. All I asked for is to send a supervisor or someone more experienced to come clean the mess that the 1st guy did and fix a few things. He got overspray on everything including my mirrors and new door handles.. The guy must have flushed my toilet over 50 times, not sure what he was putting in it.. A second guy came and cleaned some things but ruined the wood on my vanity, my new toilet has overspray, the toilet seat was new and now has overspray and the stuff they used to clean it left my seat rough. My tiles have spray, they cleaned some but left enough to notice. My tub that was reglazed had some spots they had to fix and it looks no better, actually worse. I asked many times for a supervisor or manager and got nowhere. I have kept all my emails for proof and I've written everything down. I've replaced my vanity and mirror and would like to replace my door handle, toilet seat and fix the grout and tiles on the floor. I've asked for my money back so I can get someone else in, but they refused. Very rude, and unprofessional. When the guys had come, 1 had brought his girlfriend with him and she sat on the stairs most of the time. I was working in my office but have cameras in the house so I checked them once in a while. They would feel my walls as they said they liked them and it looked good, then always staring at my wall of liquor. They were young and didn't seem like they really new what they were doing. I was told not to go with anyone cheap as you get what you pay for, so I got the most expensive and I really regret it.. I took many pictures. Save the hassle and find someone with better reviews.

Recommendation: I would not recommend
