Dean's Custom Mailboxes review: Money sent and no product delivered 2 years later 1

Almost exactly 2 years ago (Nov 2020) I connected via email to ask about delivery time as I wanted to purchase a mailbox. Being promised a delivery date of end of April, I purchased a custom mailbox designed to look like my fiancé’s airplane. I checked in on April 22, 2021 to received nothing but a sob story as to why the mailbox hadn’t delivered yet. After a few more emails and prying to understand when it would be done, I was given a date of “end of July”. On July 16, 2021 I reach out to see the status. My order wasn’t even created yet! At that time I was promised that my order could either be changed as we had sold the airplane and bought a different one, or a full refund. I have since emailed 3 times (since July of 2021) and have yet to actually receive a refund or any further communication. Bu the looks of it, this individual is racking in thousands of dollars without ever actually sending out product. It appears the work he sends out is really nice. If you’re actually lucky enough to receive your order. I definitely do not recommend purchasing.
