Home Solutions by Kurtis Kitchen & Bath review: Would like my $187.50

Project to paint my kitchen cabinet doors and drawers was cancelled by me after the 3 day rigt to cancelled expired.

I agreed to pay the 15% cancellation fee but later it was pointed out that the salesman didn't order the paint so therefore the contract was voided and the cancellation fee did not apply and I would receie my deposit back ($750), however I was told the lender (GreenSky) was keeping $187.50 for a processing fee. I understood that, however I called GreenSky to verify that and was told by GreenSky they refund to Kurtis any fee they charge when there is a cancellation.

So Kurtis is keeping the fee even though they did nothing to earn it!

That tells me something about who I was dealing with, what else down the road would they find to charge me with?
