I am a Real Estate Agent. My client signed up for a new home with Centrury Complete Homes in Pontiac, Michigan, in august 9, 2021. To date no construction has started on site. Several Messages and emails sent to the company and sales associate, but there has been no response or updates to the status of the construction or completion date of the home.
Is the Company still in business? Are they going to do anything? The client has provided an advance and heard nothing from them.
Please investigate and let us know the status.
Desired outcome: Need status update and completion date. Has the Company has gone out of business? Do they plan to complete construction? Is there a Completion date? Reimburse buyer with damages, and Broker Commission.
