Mike the Plumber - Unclog toilet.
Mike was very pleasant on phone, said he doesn't charge what big companies do - that he charges $75 an hour and he estimated cost to unclog toilet would be about $80. He used a snake and the toilet cleared - all less than 25 minutes. He charged us $150. Then, the next day, the toilet was badly clogged again. He promised to come out to re-do the job, but never showed. How can we hold him accountable for this?
