Choice Home Warranty sent an AC Technician to my house to evaluate my home's AC unit. The AC Technician, Dameyan Jackson, was in my Attic and feel through the ceiling which damage the ceiling and the crown molding around the ceiling. Mike the Plumber - Unclog toilet.
Mike was very pleasant on phone, said he doesn't charge what big companies do - that he charges $75 an hour and he estimated cost to unclog toilet would be about $80. He used a snake and the toilet cleared - all less than 25 minutes. He charged us $150. Then, the next day, the toilet was badly clogged again. He promised to come out to re-do the job, but never showed. How can we hold him accountable for this?
