I ordered 3 bras from them. I ordered a size larger than the norm. When I received my package a month later and tried them on, they were way too small, almost like they were made for a child. The package says the bras are a size large, but the tag says they are a small. The company had a size chart on their website and even though they stated a medium would fit, I still ordered a large. I tried reaching out to customer service via [protected]@chicbras.com. The only way to reach them is by email but they do not respond. Everytime I sent an email to them, I got an email back stating that my message couldn't be sent to that email. I proceeded to their website and filled out the form to reach them, and still nothing. I have requested a refund many times and no response. They have it posted on their website that customer service responds quickly and money back guarantee. That is not true. I believe I was scammed because the material feels extremely cheap and I don't believe these bras would be destroyed during the first wash. I just want my money back.

I am also in your same boat. Bought the bras. Super cheap. Don't fit. Can't seem to get anyone to respond via email even though the site says "hassle free returns"
This Chic Bra site is BS! I ordered 3 bras in June and it is now Jan. And still havent received them. I try to contact them and it says it cant be sent to that address or that the address cant be found. They are full of crap! DO NOT ORDER from them!
I wished I would have come here first before I placed my order! I ordered my bra 4 months ago and still have not received it! I also tried to respond to the email and the email was returned undeliverable! THIS is a SCAM! Such a Bummer!
I order a bra from this company July 9, 2022. I have yet to receive my order. And the email address is fake. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
I ordered 3 bras in May of 2022- still haven't received them. I inquired when I could expect them and received an email in July saying they had shipped- still nothing. Sent another email and it bounced back saying their email address doesn't exist. Don't waste your money .
AMEN! They did the same thing to me. I ordered mine in June...said they had been sent, tried to contact them through enail and it says the adress isnt available. Its now Jan. And still NOTHING! They are a bunch of thieves and I hope they catch them and lock all of them up!
Same here! Ordered mine on 7/24/22 and while it never came, the site's tracking said it was shipped at some point, but that was the last updates months ago. Super sad it's a scam fr because I was looking forward to the product.🤷🏽♀️
