7/13/25 Hardees on Walnut Avenue, Dalton GA — cashier was very unfriendly, my son ordered coffee, they did not let us know they were making fresh coffee the only dispenser was decaffinated — the regualar dispenser was behind the counter, so my son just got tea. I went back and had to beg for ketchup for our hash rounds — food was good, service poor

Claimed loss: I work hard for my money....my biscuits and gravy was cold after I had to go back to the counter for ketchup and coffee. Several employees saw me standing there and chose to ignore me.

Desired outcome: Do better...you have good breakfast products but due to the poor service I will go to Bojangles..even though their biscuits and gravy are not as good.
