After ordering, we drove to the window to pay for our food. We paid with a card and when she handed the card back, my daughter took it. I was watching and she did not take it harshly from the employee. The employee then says, "I know you are not snatching [censored] out of my hands!" Then she brought our food and as I was asking for ketchup she slammed the window in our face.
There is a very rude shift leader named Becca that works at Godfrey Illinois Hardee's that is very rude and disrespectful to some front line employees. I noticed that she has been very disrespectful to them in a way that should not be allowed at or anywhere close to the restaurant. I have noticed this on several occasions that I have visited. Every time I come thru the drive thru it's the same woman who has an awful attitude about everything and even rolls her eyes at you. I've brushed it off many times but this is the last time I could handle it. She always has a nasty attitude about anything so I honestly don't know how they have any service because she really ruins the whole environment for me to even come back.

This morning was an experience I will not soon forget or forgive. I believe this should be verifiable through your company's digital recordings should there be any question of the validity of my complaint/s.
On my way in to work this morning I decided that I would stop by Hardee's and pick up breakfast for my co-workers and myself. I arrived at Hardee's (#1503008) around 06:30 this morning with the intent of getting eight (8) breakfast Frisco sandwiches in a reasonable amount of time.
My order (425269) was paid for and receipt given by the cashier (Cassaundria) at 06:36. Shortly after payment I was asked to wait in a parking space and my order would be brought out to me (I'm very used to this treatment as I buy breakfast for the office often and my family loves your chicken tenders; made fresh every time in my hometown).
After waiting for 10 minutes I started to become a bit agitated, around 15 minutes I locked up my vehicle and entered your establishment. I was very well ignored by majority of your staff even though I spoke "excuse me ma'am" to several employees, after a few minutes your cashier was kind enough to ask me what wrong. I replied something to the effect of, I'm waiting on that 15 plus minute order there on that screen; do you know how much longer it's going to be? She asked another employee what was the order waiting on and went behind the "line" to investigate. I was told that they were just waiting on the bread to which I stated "I see; how long do you think that might be?" my answer to that came about 12 minutes later.
During the wait for that answer and someone to acknowledge an urgency of sorts, one of the employees whom did a fantastic job of ignoring me must have noticed the Bold/Flashing timer glaring from the Drive Thru Order Screen around 18 minutes or so at this point and decided that with the touch of a finger can make that problem go away. I am so irritated and well ignored that I attempt to call [protected]) the store I am currently standing in, in an attempt to get some assistance in either my food or money back. Too many rings later I finally gave up on getting assistance that way too.
Two minutes before 07:00 I hear, "here them Frisco's", to which the employee whom put those long waited for sandwiches in the bag with the others was kind enough to re-wrap the balled up sloppy mess given to her. When asked if I would like and jellies to go (normally I would have said yes, thank you) I could only shake my head no in shock of my recent experience, any vocal utterance on my end would most likely not be appreciated.
About 14 minutes later I give a synopsis to my co-workers and say "I won't be getting breakfast for a while boys and girls; I can't do that again". After all of this I begin to eat my sandwich to which the outer edges are a nice normal medium warm followed by a frozen ham sickle center. I actually removed ice from the ham and watched it melt in my hand.
I cannot recall the last time I have been this dissatisfied for paid service.
Please take time to share my experience with your co-workers. My receipt states "we need your feedback" and "we appreciate your business!". I hope you mean that. I know your company is busy, and I appreciate your time spent reading and any future efforts to prevent a similar situation occurring.

I live in Ardmore Tn and I have a Hardee's right up the road but I will bypass it cause when u order something it looks nothing like it says it's gonna be. I stopped this morning to get a loaded omelette biscuit (was glad to see them back) but when I got it only half of the biscuit had anything on it and a pice of cold slice cheese stuck between it. So disappointed! What I got this morning was not worth 2.89.

I am sending you this complaint after failing to solve my problem through the call center in cairo. I ordered from hardee's on june 25th at 23:35 using call center. My order arrived half missing. I tried calling back the call center, someone called ahmed answered me who was very rude did not want to listen to my complain and he transferred me to the complaint department which i tryed calling for about an hour but there was no answer. I tried calling the call center again someone else answered me called rami who told me that he cannot help me and that i have to call the complaint department who again did not answer. I am very surprised on the attitude you treat your customers. I have been dealing with hardee's for a long time and I am very astonished, it was never that bad in dealing with problems. Ordered two new items they had displayed on a banner before the drive thru. She continues to say, we don't serve that. I said the two new items you guys have displayed? She just keeps mumbling. Then I ordered a burger for my child. Asked to swap the mustard to mayo. They said the burger comes how it is, you can't swap anything. My child is highly allergic to mustard. She continued to repeat the same thing. I left and went to Mcdonalds where they have everything advertised and will swap the mustard to mayo. The people that work at that Hardees are very inconsiderate and rude. Now I understand why the parking lot is always empty.
I visited the Hardee's off Goodman rd. in Southaven, MS. I went through the drive thru and was the only person in line. I waited at the window for 29 minutes and I thought that maybe they was making my food hot and fresh. That was not the case. When I got home all my food was hold like it had been sitting out all day and my cookie was as hard as a brick. The only thing that I was satisfied with was the jolly rancher shake. I took all the food back, not the shake and the worker asked real nasty, "Is there something wrong with your order". I explained to her what was wrong and she didn't apologize or say anything but touched the food and threw it away. She gave me the money back for the food but not the shake. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger combo and the bacon frisco burger combo my fries were cold and the cheese was not melted on either sandwich. I called shortly after to complain about my order in hopes of just getting some hot fresh food. Hello I use to wrk for hardees for years. You guys open at 5am correct? Myself and my family were at your location on, wilde lake (may 27, 2018). When we ordered four biscuits on sale, cashier rang it up wrong. We asked her to correct it and promptly was told by cashier, and manager, that it was our job to tell then about, their sales.
Both were extremely rude, and had an unacceptable attitude.
At first neither would return our change and correct the problem.
After several min. Of arguing back and forth, the manager finally fixed our receipt. She did not just hand our change back, she threw our money on the counter!
I would be pleased if you would call a meeting, soon, and talk to your employees about manners and respect! May also need to go over sales with them.
On 05/24/18 at approximately 6:43p.m, I was in the drive thru of the Hardee's located at 863 N. Green St. in Morganton NC. I was the only customer in the drive thru and I say this because of the incident that took place. I ordered 2 Monster Combos, both medium, the total $22.16. I pulled to the window and paid with my card. I only received the receipt that showed the amount that I paid and was never given the receipt that had my actual order on it. I waited for at least 10 minutes before my order was ever handed to me. I checked that I had 2 sandwiches and 2 fries, like most people do. I live 20 minutes away and just happened to be near this restaurant. When I got home and sat down to eat, I did not have 2 Monster Burgers but instead I had 2 burgers with lettuce, tomato, cheese, ketchup, and mayonnaise. How do you mess up the only order that you have between drive thru and the dinning room. I called to speak to the manager and she told me to drive 20 minutes out of my way so they could fix the order. I said no, I don't live in Morganton and it should have been right to begin with considering I was the only order you had. Considering this is the second restaurant in the same chain that has messed up my order in 2 different cities, the least you could do is refund my money instead of sending me some worthless coupons that I will never use because I will not be eating at any of your locations ever again. You have the worst management team working for you to not be able to supervise their staff working for them enough to ensure that they are properly preparing orders. Especially, when the store isn't busy at all. If it had been busy, I could have seen the mistake and it would have been excusable. There is no excuse for what took place. Send me my money back!
