Google dda purchase [protected] google *igg mobilegame mountain viewca usa 2021-

This company charged my account 3 times for something I didn't even order. I never ordered anything from them and do not know how they obtained my information. I wish to be refunded. I talked with my bank and they canceled my card and will be sending a new one. When I explained to the bank teller over the phone what was on my bank statement she said there had been a lot of calls that day from other people with the same company on their bank statements.

Desired outcome: Resolve and get my money back

A Google engineer now told me Google is doing this as a scam. They lock customer Gmail saying it couldn't identify the person though the person eg myself getting correct the correct id, they also have where I bought from Google store with that email identifying me. The Google engineer said they set the algorythm deliberately to lock Gmail of clients unlawfull, and they can reset it but lie to Gmail users

Google 2 unauthorized credit card charges

Dear Google, I know for a fact that 2 unauthorized charges were made to my Capital One credit card. Your response both times was, "After reviewing your claim, we were unable to confirm fraudulent activity in this case, so no refund will be provided by Google at this time. If you would like to pursue the matter further, you can reach out to your financial institution." I hope that you will look deeper into the fraud so that it can be stopped. The 2 amounts were small, but who knows if it will escalate. Even though I was sent a second new card number, the person was still able to access it. I am now on my 3rd new card (since Sept. 21, 2021) and I have locked that account. Also, I tried to delete my gmail ([protected]@gmail.com). I had to provide an alternative email address. I wrote down my yahoo email address, but was told that address was already being used. Yes, by me! I have not been able to delete my gmail account. Thank you, in advance, for your help with these matters. Sincerely, Linda Bushway

Google Respect.

You are saturating the internet with your clutter.
You added Google Workspace universally to all gmail, making our personal addresses your storage space.
You are controlling everything about our personal email accounts.
You should not even touch them.
Chrome on our phones is now full of your notifications, as annoying and rude as your ads.
Your Chrome search suggestions are a series of obstacles.
People know what they want to search on the internet.
We do not want to sift through your concept of everything "related" to our search.
The internet is the public.
You should deeply respect every individual human.
Think how much more deeply, then, you should respect an entire public.

Google Paypal Google Supercell

Supercell has duplicate charged me several times. I cancelled my credit card to prevent unauthorised transactions, but they have an agreement with Mastercard to get my latest card information which is unethical. I cancelled my credit card on the 27th of October and they were able to get payments on 30th October and I have not received my new credit card yet. I cannot block this payment because is classed as Paypal payment for "Paypal Google Supercell" and payment is not paid directly to Supercell, it is made via a Paypal account.

Desired outcome: STOP Supercell from using Paypal as method of getting payments from in app purchases or block Supercell from Google play

Google Fabricated negative reviews

Two reviews left on workplace website. Both are from the same person.
"Ashley VanAggelen" left a review early October. "Corissa Holowenko" left a review October 29th. This is the same person, for the same incident. They walked into a mobile vaccination clinic and demanded immediate service for a sick pet. They were referred to another clinic, one outfitted to meet the needs of their pet. Refused referral and demanded controlled drugs. Proceeded to slam the clinic on social media and review sites when denied.
Clinic website, client forms, permission forms all have "click to agree" or other disclaimers, that state that the clinic is only a wellness clinic. Services are vaccines, eyes, ears only.

Desired outcome: reviews should be removed or edited so they reflect the truth.

Google Support

You're connected with agent Indiana.
3:33 PM
I
Hi Kayden Fox, welcome to Google Support! My name is Indiana. In case you need to refer to this chat interaction in the future, the Chat ID for this interaction is 3-7010000032317. How can I help you today?
Indiana · 3:33 PM
I recently sent my phone in for repair and got it back with the original issue and a new one.
The phone still reboots randomly and now the bootloader isn't locked and I can't use google pay.
and I also assume I'm going to need to be without my phone for another week to get this possibly resolved
3:34 PM
I
I certainly understand your concern.
I see that you're facing issues with the device after repair.
Just to confirm, is the device repaired through UBreakIFix or Google?
Indiana · 3:37 PM
Google. Ubreakifix never called me back because they were apparently bought out
3:37 PM
I
Please help me with the RMA number?
Indiana · 3:38 PM
Your repaired device is on its way, RMA# RMA92253864
3:38 PM
I
Thank you for providing me with the RMA number.
Please allow me 3-5 minutes while I check the details for you.
Is it okay, if I like to put you on hold for more than 5 minutes so I can consult with my team?
Indiana · 3:45 PM
ok
3:45 PM
I
Kayden, would you like us to proceed with new repair request?
Indiana · 3:53 PM
in a perfect world since this is my third time trying to get a manufacturing defect fixed I'd really like a new phone sent to me and then I can send back this one so I'm not completely without access to MY MONEY!
This has been the worst google experience I've had and definitely changed my mind on buying the pixel 6
3:55 PM
I
I certainly understand your concern.
Just to confirm, have you sent the device for repair twice?
Indiana · 3:56 PM
I went to ubreakifix several towns over and he had to order the motherboard
then he never called me back because the store was sold
I've been trying to get this done since august
but I really need access to my phone for 2fa/crypto/my life
I use google pay all the time and now THAT doesn't work either after the phone was "fixed"
so... I'm kinda annoyed at this point all round dude
3:58 PM
I
I certainly understand your point, Kayden.
Kayden, our repair team completes a rigorous examination of the device to make sure the device is functioning in perfect condition. As you're still facing same issues with the device, i suggest you to send the device to us again.
Indiana · 4:06 PM
I question that as the boot loader IMMEDIATELY pops up with a warning saying it's not locked and my data could be compromised.
the big yellow warning is hard to miss at a casual glance much less rigorous examination.
4:07 PM
I
Is the device stuck on boot screen?
Indiana · 4:08 PM
the boot loader when you immediately turn on the phone has a big yellow warning saying the boot loader wasn't locked.
this is a new issue since the phone was serviced.
it occured on the very first boot
it was readily obvious and apparent
4:09 PM
I
Let me check this for you. Please allow me 4-5 minutes of time.
Indiana · 4:09 PM
further, whatever service was attempted (ubreakifix guy said new motherboard) did nothing about the phone rebooting.
in safemode after a factory reset it was still rebooting.
and it rebooted minutes after I got it back.
4:10 PM
I
Just to confirm, after the message shown on the screen, device gets rebooted. Am I correct?
Indiana · 4:11 PM
no
the phone reboots randomly
almost always when the screen is off.
when the phone boots, the very first thing is a warning about the boot loader being unlocked and putting my data at risk.
https://i.redd.it/lrijrn5vhvt11.jpg
looks like that
obviously bad
4:14 PM
I
Thank you for explaining in detail and sharing the link.
Kayden, I understand the issue you're facing with the device. The warning message might have caused due to random reboots.
Indiana · 4:17 PM
wasn't doing it before I sent it in
and it did it on the very first boot after getting it back from google
please stop drawing this out. I just want a phone that works.
You guys sent me back a broken phone. it happens. Just fix it please.
4:18 PM
I
I understand the issue happened post repair.
Indiana · 4:18 PM
no
the issue was the repair
post means after
you guys sent a broken phone
just own it
I want a phone that works
I've been waiting for over an hour for this chat and I haven't eaten in two days and I want to go get food
4:20 PM
I
Kayden, as informed, our repair team are well experienced and repairs the device to make sure the device is functioning in perfect condition. As you're still face random reboot issues, we need to perform troubleshooting steps again.
Indiana · 4:20 PM
so you're just going to be as difficult as possible
you sent me a phone with more problems than I sent you
just please make this as expedient as possible
hello?

Desired outcome: I just want my phone repaired.

Google Phone

# GS.[protected]
Original delivery date: Aug 30
Actual delivery date: Sep 3
Model number: Pixel 4a (128GB, Barely Blue, Unlocked)
Serial: [protected]
Amount paid: $373.43

With the above details please note that I received a faulty unit which I promptly informed to Customer service. Firstly, the device was delivered 1 week late and caused me lot of stress and anxiety. Below is a list of issues faced in my device:
Unable to place calls (most frequent issue. Only resolution so far is rebooting the phone)
Data is extremely slow or doesn't work despite being in a good coverage area (again the resolution is rebooting the phone)
Bluetooth has never worked from day one (till date not able to connect the phone to any bluetooth device)
Some of the defects could be found and verified as device issues only after consistent usage for few weeks. After spending several hours reading Google support documentation and on the phone with Tech support to try all possible resolutions all above issues are still unresolved. When I asked for a full refund, I was told that it's not possible as I exceeded the 10-day window (I don't remember seeing this anywhere prior and feel this is cleverly used by Google to dispose of the inventory of defective Pixel 4a devices). Subsequently, When I asked for device replacement, I was informed that I can be given only a refurbished device which is unacceptable and unethical! Why would anyone accept a refurbished device when I paid for a new unit.

I didn't expect this treatment from Google with whom I have been a loyal customer for over 2 decades. I have limited options to get a full refund:
Approach my attorney for this unethical behaviour of Google
File a complaint with Better Business Bureau for this genuine case
Use all other options to post public reviews and give wide publicity on my traumatic experience

Desired outcome: Refund of amount paid

Google Google Supercell Mountain

I do not have a supercell account yet this app charged my account over $500 in two days. I have had to postpone paying bills and cancel and order new debit cards. Google/Google pay has obviously been compromised. The latest charges accrued over a period of approximately 20 to 25 minutes. About one every 2 to 3 minutes. Google needs to do a much better job with their security.

Desired outcome: Re-imbursement.

Never use a debit card online or as a payment method to Google. You risk everything you have in your account. Credit card is better as the issuer can take care of fraudulent charges.

Google money riped off purchasing google play credits

Starting on 10/11/21, I filed a complaint with google play Case ID [[protected]]. Making a long story short, their last response is as follows: Unfortunately, the Play Balance you want to use isn't spendable for one of these reasons:
The currency of a gift card redeemed to your account doesn't match your country of residency.

Here is the problem, I purchased 2 - $200 cards was purchased in Texas at Walmart, The equipment and my self has never left Texas for 32 years. The cards loaded fine onto my Google Play account. The credits can not be used system thinks I'm out of the country. The real screw job is they refuse to refund or fix the credits on Google Play. Google Play stole $400 and hid behind this reason. NEVER PURCHASE GOOGLE PLAY

Desired outcome: 1)refund or credit money that was spent, 2) make people aware they will get riped off if they have any issue with the cards, STAY AWAY from google Play

Google Audiobook

I purchased an audiobook "Midnight in Washington - by Adam Schiff" from Google Play. When I tried to play this, it played for about 1 minute and then stopped. I tried this several times with the same result. So I contacted Google Play and asked for a refund for this defective book. They refused refund. I contacted their robotic chat. I was informed that refunds are a courtesy and not required. I say the book doesn't work so my money was stolen. Adam would probably be happy if I just bought another one but I don't care much for thieves. It's no wonder people just steal media when this is what you get from a legitimate purchase.

Desired outcome: refund

Google Unauthorized transaction

I did a trial for a PDF Scanner in August 2021. I cancelled the trial days before the end of the trial period. This is the only thing I can think of that I could haven been charged for. I was charged $21.19 on 9/5/2021, which was debited from my checking account. I did not authorize this transaction. I filed a complaint with Google and they denied the claim stating that they could not find the unauthorized transaction. My complaint was denied. How I can I get my money back and be assured that no more funds will be taken out of my account?

Thank you for your assistance.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund of $21.19 and no further deductions made from my acct.

Google sharing between phone number, and email

I am an inmate of the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections, currently residing at the Alvis Terry Collins Reentry Center, 16643 State Route 104, Chillicothe Ohio 45601, furloughed to a program called "transitional control" for the specific purpose to gain employment before my final release, on January 18, 2022, in order to earn money with which to pay for rent so that I am not released into homelessness. In early September 2021, I purchased a phone from Total Wireless, which is tangled up with Google in ways that will not allow me control of my own security needs, and therefore, Google has assumed responsibility for those security needs in any matter concerning that phone.
Google failed to protect my online privacy when another, Robert Darryl Williams, submitted an online job application through one of the job recruiting sites; probably Indeed.com, but this problem has spread, like a virus, to all of the recruiting sites and now none will accept my email ᾿address. I cannot even complain to those sites, as any complaint must include an email address as a "required field". While Google imposes many of its online protections which I do not feel as necessary, Google overlooked this glitch.
Mr. Williams' job application displayed his name but my phone number, [protected]. This glitch has had a serious detrimental effect upon all of my job search efforts as the recruiting sites are the only manner (compounded by Covid-19concerns) in which an inmate of the Alvis House can seek employment. I have changed my email address six times and still the recruiting sites will not accept it because Google, from within the phone, ties the emails together. This last time that I changed the email, I also changed the phone number, but then Google, without my approval, linked the old phone number to the new, including the email addresses, without even considering that that might have been the very reason that I had to change the phone number.
Google and Total Wireless owes me for at least two months of back-pay which I would have earned had this problem not occurred, probably also for my frustration in uncovering the source of this problem; many hours of online investigating which is not my forté, and reasonable legal fees.
I intend to name Google and Total Wireless in a coming civil action.
William E. Graham

Here is an excerpt from the Google search engine when asked why someone would change their cell phone number,
which demonstrates at least that Google should reasonably have known that when I changed my phone number,
it was because I did not want some one to have the new number; I was being excluded from using any and all job
search websites due to an anomaly in which some one else's name had been linked to my phone number and email
address, while one or more of those recruiting sites were failing to clear prior job applications. I'd gotten caught up
in this anomaly when I, innocently, tried to apply for a job on one of these recruiting sites only to have my email
address (which is a "Required Field on the applications) rejected because the site still had unfinished application of
another applicant, who I later learned is Robert Darryl Williams; Mr. Williams is now working at Tumbleweed
restaurant here in Chillicothe but (at least) one of his unfinished job applications is still in the system blocking all of
my attempts to use any (or all due to sharing between the sites) of the sites. My email is rejected stating either that
it is "email already in use" or "invalid email". For months I have endured this frustration. In my position, recruiting
websites, Indeed.com, Zip recruiter etc., is the only way I can get a job, without which I will be released from prison
on January 18, 2022 (three months from now) into the homelessness void. Google not only failed to protect my
online by allowing another to use my phone number in an online job application, but also aggravated the problem
by linking my old number with the new then sharing it with these recruiting sites. I can't afford to change my number
again, I DON'T HAVE A JOB, I don't have a card to make any payments from in this prison, and I can't simply walk to
any Wal Mart to do so. Google can expect for me to file a civil action about this within the next few weeks. But given
the above excerpt showing that Goolge "should reasonably have known" that my reason for changing the phone
number was the old number was (somehow) detrimental to my needs, I intend also to seek punitive damages.
