FedEx Damage during shipping.

This is the 4th time I've received my items damaged. I've watched them throw, drag, and roll items to my door. Today my dresser arrived so damaged that there's no way it could be fixed. The top is broken off. The bottom is broken off and broken into 2 pieces. Knobs are missing from the giant holes in the box. Customer service is nonexistent when you try to make a complaint. The box is so damaged I can't possibly ship it back. There's not a store near me that I can return it to. Even if there was it wouldn't fit in my car. I ordered online for those very reasons. When they took the picture of the item to show delivery, they put the severely damaged part of the box away from the camera. Why can't I count on this shipping service to do their job? It's a constant struggle every single time a company ships something to me using fed ex.

Desired outcome: Return of the $299 dollars that I'm out.

FedEx Delivery of glass

On 1/31/23 a package was delivered. You may not be able to determine, but this box was put against a garage door.   Not only was it put there, it was placed so as the longest portion of the box is at the top. It would almost make sense to put it lengthwise so it wouldn't fall as far, being that it is longer than wider by about two times. 

I did not ask for garage door delivery, & expected it to be placed on my front porch under the roof & protected.  There was nothing to discourage the person to put it there. 
If I was to open the garage door from the inside as I usually do, this box would have fallen & possibly broken the piece of glass inside.  BTW, the carton was marked in many places that it was fragile & contained glass... In many conspicuous places.

I really have to ask how was this person trained... better yet, probably never trained.  It's the 'hurry up, put the box wherever closest & get away". I am so very disappointed & will be letting the originator know /how FedEx treats their GLASS products.  I worked for UPS for a short period, & was trained regarding fragile packages.  I have to wonder about FedEx & their policies.  Then again, maybe just fire this person because they do not care.

FedEx Delivery of a small package to my home.

I went to Candence Bank and ordered a stamp to use to deposit checks. It was delivered on Monday, January 30, and place on the ground right in front of my garage door. In pulling in my driveway and watching the garage door go up and proceed to pull in my garage while watching the vehicle already in my garage, I did not see the package but felt it when I ran over it. There was NO reason to leave the package where it was left. I have a covered front porch where there are chairs it could have been placed on or there is a small concrete bench next to the garage that it could have been placed on instead of on the ground right in the pathway for a vehicle to pull into the garage.

I am going to the bank and have them reorder the stamp and tell them to have it delivered to the bank where I will pick it up and advise them NOT to use FedEx. I will go pick it up from the bank.
The number under the delivery address on the package has the following on it:

The tracking number is 0201 is in a square box and beside it is [protected]

FedEx was a letter and debit card from com data

I went to a nearby house that is dilapidated and has no one living in it for more than 13 years and picked up TWO letters after I had complained to people in the Philippines that I received neither. Both were on the falling in porch.

The track #[protected]. I want you to tell the drivers to pay attention as I live farther down the road and have the address on the side of my house.

FedEx Inability for customer to update address information

At a couple of minutes after 8 AM I received a landline call (caught by the answering machine) from "Ken at FedEx" who was seeking a physical address for a package being sent to me on 2nd Day shipping.
[Backstory is that I have a PO Box. At the time that I build my house there were no address numbers assigned so my physical address always pops up as "unverified" when placing internet orders.]
The number he gave for me to call was to the call center, where, after many prompts and waits, I was told that I, the delivery customer, could not change the address; only the shipper could do that.
So I tried *69 to find "Ken's" number. O boy, my area code and regional cell phone prefix, I thought. WRONG... it just rang into the same call center, same outcome.
So at the call center's direction, I phoned the shipper (Moen) and was told that they could not or would not call Fed Ex... They would wait for the package to be returned "undeliverable" at which time it could be ordered again.

Desired outcome: Refund of shipping costs; provide a way for delivery customers to speak person to person with supervisors familiar with the area in order to update a/o correct destination address

But wait...there's more!

Placed an order with Moen on Wednesday morning after the FedEx SNAFU for an identical item, two day shipping but to an address that I know will "work".

FedEx tracking as of tonight, Thursday January 26 shows the scheduled delivery on MONDAY...a full five, count, 'em. five days after placing the second order.

Remember, the first order was placed on Monday January 23 with the aborted delivery less than 48 hours later on Wednesday January 23.

It really looks like FedEx is trying to f*** me over!

FedEx Cover up by fedex delivery driver

On November 16, 2022 I shipped (Tracking No. [protected]) my valued Geochron Mechanical Map from CA back to the factory in OR. I used its original carton (with FRAGILE stickers) to provide protection, and insured the 29 lb package for $1,500. I paid $75.95 for shipping and insurance.

To make a long story short, after critically damaging the shipment, Fed Ex took it upon itself to open the package, eliminate most of the broken glass, re-wrapping the item in cellophane, sandwiching it between two large pieces of cardboard, and wrapping the outside with more cellophane (like a mummy)!

The shipment never made it to the recipient... Fed Ex returned it to me in shattered condition on 12/1/22. After filing three claims with numerous pictures (that were denied) I am at wit's end! My next step will be to take Fed Ex to Small Claims Court in my county for Treble Damages ($4,500).

Desired outcome: Please refund a minimum of $1,575.79 (item value plus shipping and insurance).

FedEx Delivery

We had four recent deliveries by FedEx that did not get delivered correctly.

Two deliveries were late and two were never delivered.

Our company was told there is no credit for delivery that is scheduled for two-day delivery.

One package was dropped in a FedEx box scheduled for two-day delivery and the package was not picked up by a FedEx driver until the company was called and notified that not only did a driver not make a scheduled pick up for the day, but there was no pickup for an entire week. The FedEx drop box was outdoors with packages jammed to the top of the box so anyone could grab them.

For this incident, two-day delivery took 11 days. A second two-day delivery took 9 days.

Desired outcome: Credit for 4 deliveries.

FedEx my order for my sons birthday!!!!

i placed a order with walmart jan 11th for my sons bday on the 12th. website said it would be delivered on the 12th. not only was it 3 days late i asked for it to be dropped off at his door! i8 get the email it was delivered to the mailroom. i did not want that if id known it would be late and stolen i wouldnt of ordered i. and his package was not there.. im highly upset and so is he... my email is 143lando.[protected]@gmail.com my numbner [protected] and my name is shannon page.. thank uyou

FedEx Fail to follow delivery instructions

Is it that difficult to follow instructions? Fedex doesn’t care about you or your package. Neither do their staff. Every single delivery, never once followed instructions. Always placed in front of an active doorway. Enough is enough! Follow directions.. It’s not that difficult! Why do I have to suffer every few days contacting a customer service rep to file a claim to complain? Why is nothing being resolved? Corrected? Why do I have to break my back in an active driveway to move contents whole when you can easily follow delivery instructions listed and provided and delivery properly? Are you that incompetent? Or simply just don’t care? I believe it’s the latter.

Desired outcome: Follow instructions for once!

FedEx Delivery of dry dog food left out for rain to ruin

On the date of Jan 18th 2023 at 09:55…Delivery driver placed a box of dry dog food on the top step. The porch is 10 ft deep. A $50 bag of dry dog food was soaked after I returned home from working a 16 hr shift. Its not too much to ask that the delivery be placed under the porch away from weather. I attached the video of myself retrieving the box that weather had pushed over and rain soaked.

Desired outcome: Please find, educated and take appropriate measures with this particular driver. I do not want this to happen again.

FedEx Tracking number [protected]

Driver delivered at proper address on 1/17/23 at 541pm, but left item down at end of driveway next to mailbox in rain. Driver could have driven in driveway, like they normally do, or walked item to covered area at front door, like they normally do. By leaving item in rain caused damage to my order from Walmart
my total cost was 139.41

Driver typed/claimed delivered to porch, but clearly with provided driver photo and our personal photo clearly was not delivered to porch. It was delivered to end of driveway, in the rain, and additionally a problem had a hole in box in end left pointed to sky to get extra wet and cause more damage.

Do your driver's care?

Desired outcome: Fed Ex should pay for damaged item due to incompetent delivery.

FedEx Non delivery of order

Received email stating my package from Missouri Star Quilts was to be delivered on Sunday, 1/15/23. At 3:00 pm, a FedX delivery truck arrived, man checked back of truck and told my husband he had nothing for me. Then, I received a message that my package has been delivered at 10:00 pm in 1:1523. Nothing g on porch or by garage door where my delivery guy usually puts it. Neighbors do not have the package.

Where is it?

Desired outcome: I want my package or reimbursement.

FedEx Parcel damaged in transit

On 12/22/22 I received a damaged parcel, tracking #[protected], resulting in my filing claim # C-[protected] which was denied 12/28/22. Per FedEx, the shipper must file the claim or a written waiver allowing the recipient to proceed with the claim. I have been in repeated contact with the shipper, eBay merchant "liquidation15" (order #[protected]) who fully consents to my claim. He has tried several times to contact FedEx, but cannot reach the appropriate department. Liquidation15 is a well established eBay merchant, with 2,464 sales on record at the time of this transaction. He has offered refund, but I do not wish to return; my intention is to repair as this is a rare professional audio amplifier. Heavy duty, one of the rack mounts is bent inward precisely where the parcel box was damaged near the lower corner. Bending of this mount could only have resulted from a significant impact. Pictures of the amplifier prior to shipment clearly show no such deformation when shipper tested unit as fully operational. When this item was damaged during shipment, it was MY property; I am the party at loss due to mishandling by FedEx. Now I am faced with a substantial repair expense. The shipper has no vested interest here, it was shipped in good faith and is but one of his many sold & shipped products. I am the owner with expectation of paid for property delivered to me as described, packaged and professionally transported. Delivered damaged, it is incumbent upon the responsible party-FedEx-to return the content to its original fully operational condition. This can begin through allowing my-as paid owner-proceeding with this claim. The shipper is fully aware, supports, and has tried several times to contact FedEx in this regard. Time is wasting-I need this amplifier in service immediately, as expected and paid for.

Desired outcome: FedEx opens this claim acknowledging my administration. I am eager and prepared to respond to and provide any required substantiation of the veracity of this claim. Full compensation for damages/repair expense. THANK YOU.

FedEx Misplaced/stolen packages

My home is 300 feet from the road. My problem is with a new young driver who drops my items out at the roadway and they are stolen in an hour or two. Driver claims I have a gated driveway. There is no gate, never has been. For decades, I've had all orders dropped at my home. Never any issues. I have called customer service and the dialect is a struggle to swim through. They don't really care about my situation.

After my latest complaint was verified, I received a text telling me that my item was delivered and that I need to contact the merchant for a refund for stolen items.
Well, the only reason it was stolen is because the Fedex Driver left it out at the roadway... what do you think is gonna happen when this driver shortcut is applied? Also, if its raining, he never uses a plastic bag to protect my items. The thieves are getting rain damaged goods.

I'm sure this will not be corrected. Nobody seems to care at Fedex anymore.

FedEx Female driver doesn't deliver at our address

We just got our address a year ago and live 1.5mi off the main HWY and we temidly placed an order of which was supposed to be delivered to us, but was delivered at the HWY. When we reported it wasnt delivered to us FedEx did re-emburse us but it was a custom order and we were still out our items and wanted them more than the re-embursment! The driver asked us if we could meet her at the HWY... Well isnt it customary to have a packedge delivered to your address? and when you pay for it? On our 2nd order we looked more carfully... it was put under a tree, again at the HWY and not at our address and wasn't even txt this time it was even delivered. Is the female driver on my route lazy? I'm only 1.5mi off the HWY! Now FedEx overnight and UPS seem to have no problem driving the 1.5mi to my door. How can we get this female driver to accuatly deliver to us?

Desired outcome: Have all deliveries acctually delivered to us and not at the HWY of which we have already had one packedge stolen. Unless FedEx likes to pay for stolen packedges....

FedEx I can’t get customers service

I have a package arriving tonight. I absolutely need it or my truck will not run and and emergency came up and no one will be home. I cannot get ahold of any damn customer service to let them know to leave the house hung on my doorstep. I have a neighbor who will grab it after and hold it for me. This is absolutely needed. I will go elsewhere if u must

FedEx Very bad fedex driver

Driver with Sprinter Van, PA license ZVT-2562 within 5 minutes exhibited tailgating, Speeding (at least 15 mph over limit), Using right turn lane to get ahead of traffic (at Butler Pike) and proceed straight, and to top it off a left turn on RED (at Pennlyn-BlueBell Pike)! All on Morris road Montgomery county PA near Ambler on 1/13/23 at 3:45 PM. What more do you need to hear. This driver is a decision away from causing an accident. Should not represent a company with logo on vehicle. Terrain or release.

Desired outcome: Terrain driver and monitor 3rd party drivers.

FedEx My package was found in the road about 1/2 mile from my house.

This package was supposedly delivered to my home at 114 Hamilton Tavern Rd on 1/9/23 at 11:45AM according to tracking info online. On 1/10/23, late afternoon, I received a phone call from Carrie Blake, who lives on Lake Hill Rd saying that she had found a package on the side of Lake Hill Rd, not even near a driveway. She picked it up, saw my name and phone number and called me to say I could retrive it from her. So, thanks to a woman that lives almost a mile from me, on a different road, I do have my package.

On two other occasions, Fed Ex has dumped my package in the snowbank at the end of my driveway, which is not visible from my house. No door tag, alerting me to the delivery. One item was large and heavy, a Teeter Inverter machine, valued at $500. The other package was $200 worth of steaks from Omaha Steaks, which we discovered several hours after it had been dumped.
What in the world is going on with your employees? Parker used to be our delivery guy and he was great, but these guys are doing no service to your customers or your company.

FedEx Deliveries to my home

Hello

I’ve been doing business with FedX for many many many years and I will now part ways, discontinue use, cease shopping at companies that use them, due to the incompetence and laziness of a driver or drivers on my route. It is the worst service I’ve ever received in my life. They leave my packages everywhere and anywhere resulting in broken items, smashed or soaked boxes or never received items, boxes thrown into bushes damaging not only the box & contents but killing the bush they’re thrown into, if they ever get to me at all! The unfortunate persons who end up with my boxes at their door have thrust upon them the sudden job of dragging my sometimes heavy, awkward shaped boxes to my home in all sorts of weather without the benefit of being paid for their services. It is embarrassing to me (I am handicapped) and unfair to them. UPS and USPS have no problems or trouble finding my home. And there is GPS. I’ve spent precious phone time and this has attributed to undo stress with no results. I refuse to have FedX causing my neighbors further inconveniences and stress with x results. I refuse to have FedX causing my neighbors further inconveniences and stress.
