Fedex is the worst. I have actually begun to demand shipping from other options from my vendors.

They never attempted any delivery. And I certainly did not request an alternative delivery.

Your contracted delivery drivers do not care, scan stuff so they can skip routes, damage packages and are just all around terrible. They want me to drive an hour to pick it up. Not happening> calling apple now.
