Fedex delivery
I am appalled at the customer service at Fedex. I ordered a package, I got notification at 6:24pm that my package was delivered at my work place. I was a bit confused because packages never usually come that late and we close at 6:30pm. I came in the next day, the package wasn't there. And it is a chair, so it's big enough to not be missed. I contacted customer support chat, and was told I had to wait two whole days because sometimes deliveries are made AFTER the tracking says delivered. I waited, and then was told it was signed for by a name I did not recognize, and then it says the time was 2:55 pm for when it was actually delivered. I was here, did NOT get the package. I was told that that they "researched" my claim and I was declined because the package was signed for. This is ridiculous because anyone could have signed for it. I don't recognize the name of the signee. I guess Fedex just took my money and kept my chair too and there isn't anything I can do about it. I am disgusted because they are lying.

Fedex package placed in usps mail box
We have been waiting for several days for a heart monitor for my wife Sharon. Our mail box which is a 1/2 mile from our home is never used all deliveries come to our home. I checked the mail box on 03-12-23 and well the fedex package containing my wifes heart monitor was in the post office mail box! Please see pics.
THIS WAS A VERY VERY IMPORTANT PACKAGE AS IT WILL MONITOR MY WIFES HEART AFTER 4 WAY BI PASS SURGERY. I RECEIVE SHIPMEWNTS A LOT FROM FEDEX AS WE HAVE AN ON LINE BUSINESS. Packages in the fedex truck (out for delivery) for the last 3 days
Two packages that I sent on March 3 were returned to me because of a mistake by fedex! Since then I have been waiting for them to reship them (I even filled out new labels as they asked me to!). It is March 9 and I still have not received my packages even though many fedex representatives have been promising me every day after numerous calls. This is the 3rd day that my packages have been in a fedex truck "out for delivery", and the fedex representatives are lying to me systematically saying that I will receive them by 2:40pm or 8pm! It's a disgrace for the customers who trust this company. How can I still respect and consider fedex after this very traumatic experience? I want my packages tomorrow (March 10) morning without fail because they are very important to me, and I need to send them again very quickly! I have already lost a lot of time trusting fedex!

My delivery date was 03/04/2023 i asked for a hold at a fed ex location it is 3/8/2023 and i am still waiting for my package! they keep giving me an excuse and i am getting upset! this is not an acceptable way to do business. This is my last time using fed ex i will request another carrier! if these people dont want to work hire people that do! and the customer service people keep telling me the same stuff i see online. My package keeps going back and forth back forth to the facility! i need my package!
Desired outcome: I WANT MY PACKAGE! I PAID 200.00 FOR THAT! 211.00 TO BE EXACT!
Stolen packages and delivery
Every experience with FedEx so far has been riddled with problems. The FedEx driver(s) have/had instructions to put packages in a large black bin on my porch marked "Packages", yet they still put the items on the edge of my steps, practically begging porch pirates to steal my packages, which has happened on three occasions during the holidays. Anyhow, I started requesting my packages go to a hold location near my place of employment. The issue I am having now is that days (4 of 5) go by with the tracking site saying "Out for Deivery" not ready for pickup. Twice, they had to trace the package and at least three times, the package(s) was/were there but their system did not update. This company is the absolute worse. I filed claims for the stolen packages that totally over $500 and I never heard back from them or if the sender files a claim, it gets denied. I know they are insured but since the FedEx drivers took pictures of my deliveries on the edge of my steps, I guess they figure that's why they are not paying. I even started suspecting the drivers themselves stealing the items.
Van delivery driver
This driver of one of your vans comes through our village each time driving excessively fast, and I mean fast! we are a small village, no pavements. Lots of children and disabled persons, we have 3 horse stables in the village and horses use our lanes constantlt.
At 14.04 today 7th march 2023 he came through Chalkcroft Lane in the village driving so fast I could not get a clear photograph of him. Please make him stop this before he kills someone here!
I am serious. Our lanes are tiny, cars are parked in the lane, people walk all the time here. sooner or later he will hit someone. I estimate his speed to be in excess of 50mph. in a 30mph zone.
Desired outcome: Stop this driver from speeding ! almost all your drivers here in Hampshire are the same. please do stop this
Late lazy, no way to file complaint
My pkg was to arrive today, I was home all day, tracking said on truck this am. At 5:30pm it said "weather delay". There is NO weather issue, 60 degrees and nice out. My husband saw the Fedex truck a few blocks away prior. We believe he was lazy and wanted to go home early. I called Fedex 1-800 # and they high demand and it'll be here tomorrow. The trac # says 3 days from now? I asked about filing complaint and the agent said there is no way for hom to do so, does not have their contact info and that I'd have to go to the office in person- it's 75 miles round trip! I said why would I have to get in my car and waste my time/gas. He said there is no other way to complaint that Fedex has no complaint dept or #! Every business should have capability online or by phone. The agent was actually out of Phiilipines and no help.
Delivery
Fedex claims that a deliver was attempted and that “the customer was not home.”
I was home the entire day. This lazy driver never even bothered to get out of his van to ring the door bell or knock at the door. He simply pulled in to my drive long enough to scan my package and say he attempted delivery.
Now, since my package requires a signature I will need to miss work tomorrow knowing that there is a chance that he will “attempt” delivery in the same way and I may not have an opportunity to sign for my package.
I called customer service and was practically blown off. He said they will deliver again tomorrow. He couldn’t guarantee that the driver will actually step out of their van to attempt delivery and when I explained that I will need to miss work due to their driver today, the best he could muster was “sorry for the inconvenience.” I asked if I could just come pick the package up from a facility after work and he said the Fedex facility is busy and that wouldn’t be an option. This is a joke.
In the future I will do everything I can to avoid using Fedex. I will use UPS whenever possible going forward.
Desired outcome: Driver needs to be reprimanded/terminated. I want to be able to pick my package up as I have lost all faith in their drivera
Mis delivered item
An item I purchased on Mercari was shipped out by FedEx delivered to the wrong address ! The buyer cannot contact FedEx the seller has to I contacted the seller. She called FedEx and was told she’d get a call back and she never got a call back. She called again and had the same runaround. I’ve gone into a FedEx location they cannot help me. I’ve tried calling myself and get the runaround on an automated system and I’m pretty pissed. FedEx is not easy to get a hold of. What can I do

It’s only a matter of time before I will back into one of my packages by the garage. I called and complain, and the service representative told me that I could not file a complaint because all they had to do was deliver the package somewhere on my property. I guess they can deliver my packages on the roof on the house.
I don’t think I’m being unreasonable. All I’m asking is for FedEx to be more like the rest of the carriers and deliver my packages at the front door. Maybe I’m asking too much from FedEx.

Delivery
I was supposed to be getting a package from health insurer. FedEx claimed that I was not home on the first attempt on 2/27 I was home all day. I found a sticker on my door later that night stating that I wasn't home. Called customer service on 2/28 and stated that needed delivery after 3pm and I was assured that it would happen and that I would get a call when they were on there way. No callever came but my door was tagged again. I called and was told that the delivery person would return between 5 to 8 pm. No one came and no one called. I called again imat 8:05 am on 3/1 and was told that my delivery would be made after 3pm and that it was to late last night for the driver to return. I would also be called so be sure to answer my phone. No one called. I got at 2:55 pm and my door was tagged. I called customer care again who informed me that it would happen tomorrow. I asked how could it happen tomorrow if this the final attempt. I was then told that they have no way of contacting the delivery teams in the field. There is no one that they can contact or that I can talk too as they have no access to mangement.
Desired outcome: I want my package delivered to my home after 3pm
DG bag/ red color / 14.5” x 6.5 “ size
Order#[protected] 01/13/2023 I ordered a $1400 DG bag and I received the incorrect item. Instead I received a navy blue shirt that had the tag of item I purchased. Someone in their dispatch department switched the item / tag and it’s trying to do fraud. I am saying thing because after 1 month of no resolution and many phone calls to Saks and emails, no one had made the time to really do an investigation. The FedEx box where the incorrect item was sent was a 12x9 and the bag I ordered is a 14.5x6.5 ; how were they able
To fit “my bag/ my order” in such a smaller FedEx box? I sent pictures and sent the wrong item back like I was told. 2 different Saks representative told me what their dispatch department did something wrong by doing this fraud by sending the wrong stuff. Same Representatives mentioned to me that apparently I’m Not the only client having the same issue. So I went into the complaint board and my surprise was that I'm not alone, I am Not the only one having Thai fraud issue and still making me pay for something I never received. I also made a complaint with the BBB because this is wrong! Saks needs to investigate their dispatch department and resolve our order by refunding money or sending the correct item.
Desired outcome: I need my money back $202 down payment and not To have tomo ay the finance company the other $1400 OR Afro them to send my correct order .
Lying about attempted delivery
I have been waiting everyday for a week and everyday I get a message saying failed to make delivery attempt.. Are you kidding me/ I even waited out in the lobby for the driver to show and one did but didnt have my package and when I phoned fedex customer support they had the audacity to say the driver came and even left a card. LIES as I was literally waiting in the lobby all day. my tracking number is [protected] and I am supposed to get the package delivered tomorrow but I doubt that will happen as for the past 6 days I was waiting for the same thing. This is absolutely uncalled for as I have been missing work waiting for my package. This driver need to be looked into as this has happened before.
Desired outcome: I think the driver should be replaced with someone who will do the job.
Packaged marked delivered but was not delivered
My tracking and email shows packaged delivered on 2/25/23 at 12:56 pm with a picture of a mailbox. My package was not inside my mailbox. The tracking info says left a front door. It was not there either. I have no idea where it is. I tried contacting FED EX and was disconnected from the automated 3 times and it would not transfer to customer service. I tried online chat and received the same results and eventually it told me to call customer service. FED EX has terrible customer service or rather none at all. If you can use UPS, USPS or any other courier, it would be better than FED EX. There is no way to reach them to ask what has happened.
Desired outcome: An apology and my package would be appreciated
Fedex office printing services
We ordered printing of business cards through the fedex office online portal which requires uploading of a design file for the business cards. after the file is uploaded, the site shows a preview of the file, and it clearly states that "Preview is representative only. A team member will review for quality and call you if necessary".
We have ordered business cards through this portal previously and picked up the order at a local location. This time because we chose a heavier weight paper, the order was to be shipped.
The files that were uploaded for the printing contained cropping and cut guides.
We never received a call from a Team member, and they printed the file with the cropping and cut guide marks intact.
When I called, they refused to reprint the order correctly, as refused to provide a refund for their incorrect printing. The customer service person I spoke to told me that their terms and conditions prevent them from issuing refunds, and I have to place another order, and pay for another order. In that case, they "might" refund me. Their terms and conditions do not say anything regarding not providing refunds. I have copied their conditions and can provide it, and screen shots of their order page if necessary.
They are in essence committing fraud by not issuing a refund for a service they did not render as promised by their website. So far I have spent over 4 hours trying to speak with someone, but I keep getting transferred from one person to another without getting this issue resolved.
Their term of service very clearly states the following but i have not had any luck speaking to a person who could provide the refund:
VI. RETURNS POLICY
A. Services
Subject to the Exclusions listed below, (A) if the Services do not comply with Your specification at the time of order, then, as Your sole and exclusive remedy for such non-compliance, FedEx Office, at no additional cost to You, will re-perform the Services or credit Your account for the cost of the Services and (B) for Print-related Shipping, if any printed products are lost, damaged, not delivered, misdelivered or delivered late, FedEx Office will provide a refund of shipping costs paid or will re-perform shipping Services to the extent caused by FedEx Office or its third-party shipper.
B. Retail Products
You can return or exchange new, unopened items within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt.
C. Exclusions
In no event will FedEx Office, its parent, or its affiliates, subsidiaries, Suppliers or service providers be liable for, nor make any adjustment, refund or credit of any kind for Services Failures to the extent caused by or resulting from:
Your acts, defaults or omissions;
Your violation of any of the terms and conditions in these Terms of Service, as amended from time to time;
Viruses, worms, Trojan horses and other forms of harmful code that are not detected or removed using FedEx Office standard virus-detection procedures;
Criminal acts, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, authority of law, local disputes, civil commotions, war, national or local disruptions in electronic and transportation networks, failures of internet service providers, weather phenomena, strikes, natural disasters, and disruption or failure of communication and information systems;
Loss, corruption or irretrievability of, or damage to, Your personal information, user-provided materials or information regarding the printed Products used or stored by FedEx Office;
Acts, defaults or omissions of any person or entity other than FedEx Office;
Desired outcome: provide refund for a service that was not provided.
I uploaded 10 sets of business cards through that portal. Everything was centered (I use InDesign to layout cards, so I know the file was PERFECTLY centered. Only 1 out of 10 was cut properly. All the rest were SERIOUSLY off center. Essentially they put the card flush in the upper right corner.
Then the fight I had to go through because they said my design was too close to the edge! I had to send multiple renderings to show them how: a) the proof was centered. b) the file was centered. c) the margins had nothing to do with the fact that the cut wasn't centered.
Package not delivered
My package was to be delivered on 2/22/2023 between 10am and 2:40 pm according to my Tracking Number. I spent the whole afternoon checking my tracking for changes. It was out for delivery at 6:30 a.m. and 12 hours later no package. In the interim I added my email address for updates. As 8pm approached I checked my email and was shocked to see a 7:38 pm non-delivery message that the non-delivery reason was because the customer was not available. Again, a FedEx lie! I sat by window at my computer all day. As it became dark, I kept my blinds tilted so I had a view to outside my home. Also, I have a Ring Doorbell camera which showed no FedEx truck or person parked in front of my house or came to my porch.
I called FedEx customer service. A representative assigned me a case number and informed me that someone from FedEx would call me by 7:00 a.m. Thursday morning, 2/23/2023. After 8am, I called FedEx to inquire. I also had another email that the package was out for delivery, by the end of the day. I told them I need this package today 2/23/2023 by 10:30a.m. and rep said they would have it to me by then. This remains to be seen. There was no integrity from this driver and I suspect FedEx doesn't care.
Desired outcome: I want this package 2/23/2023 by 10:30 a.m. as promised. I would like to hear follow-up response of my case complaint and an apology.
Placement of deliveries
FedEx deliveries; 1. Dec 13/22 Delivery dropped in the snow just feet from dry ground and under an overhang.
2. Jan 16/23 Left in the snowbank along the driveway, white package in the snow 20 feet from the mailbox post and over 500 feet from the house.
3. Feb 21/23 Again, left in the snowbank 20 feet from the mailbox post not delivered to the house.
Now, UPS and Amazon manage to bring items to the house, mostly they put them on the porch or under the overhang out of the rain. One of your drivers Zackary, is very good, I do not believe this is Zackary.

Desired outcome: Please deliver to the house. Long driveway but plenty of room to turnaround, as most of your drivers know.
I contacted fedex by tracking number to stop delivery of a package. They delivered it.
I learned that a check that I sent by Fed Ex was obtained by fraudulent means. I contacted Fed Ex by tracking number at 11:00 EST 7-20-22. I was told by their agent that the package had not been delivered, and that he could contact the delivery person before delivery was made. The agent indicated the delivery person may not read his messages. I contacted the agent a few minutes later. He assured me that the package would not be delivered. I was notified about 2 hours later that the package had been delivered. I again contacted Fed Ex by tracking number. They informed me they would try to retrieve the package. A day later I was informed by Fed Ex, that the check had been cashed. I don't believe I told the agents that it was a check, in the package. They were in contact with the person that received the package. I believed I asked if they notified the police. They said that it was being investigated by their main office, and I should receive a report from them. I have never received a report from Fed Ex. I failed a complaint. Fed Ex stated the package was delivered 11:26 EST, case closed,
Desired outcome: Return of my $15,000, or prosecution of the thief.
Fedex lies
How stupid are your drivers to flat out lie about "attempted delivery" when I have 16 cameras at my business? Not once but 4 times. 4 lies. 4 fake delivery attempts. All with camera proof. 3 of the fake delivery attempts don't even show a fedex truck period. One fake delivery attempt shows the fedex truck driving by 100 feet away from my front door. No delivery attempt. No tags on the door, no tags in the mailbox. Nothing. Just lies
Desired outcome: I want my damn package and I want the sender to be refunded by fedex.
Delivery service
I received notification that my perishable meal kit would be delivered today. I get this kit every Tuesday. It has never required a signature. From my tracking number online, FedEx claims that delivery was attempted but that they could not deliver because recipient was "absent." They never left a delivery attempt tag. This package has never required a signature before. But also, I was working from home all day and they never attempted a delivery - that is a lie.
Desired outcome: Delivery ASAP (tonight if possible) and an apology and reimbursement for delayed delivery of perishable food items.
