on May 19th, 2025 at 12:16pm the FedEx driver claims to have given our package to a person by the name of J.Jim. The office was closed at that time. We have no idea who J.Jim is. Did the driver make up a name and steal the package. We have no idea? FedEx has denied our claim. We say we want PROOF OF DELIVERY not just a bogus name and signature.
