I would leave no stars if possible. We picked up a shipment for them and have not been paid. The invoice is 8 months past due and i cant even get a call back. I have left several messages and sent emails with no response. I would not recommend working with this company!
I have been using sfl worldwide to ship documents to India from my year or so. I have shipped around 4-5 documents shipment with sfl they used FedEx services to ship my documents. price you pay with sfl to ship document is 1/3 of what you pay directly to FedEx. Easy process and great deal all year long. I am sfl customer when any shipping needs arrives.

I have used SFL courier service and am very satisfied with their service. Starting with my
initial contact the representative was courteous until I delivered to the local FedEx office. The timely emails of the progress of the shipment until it reached the destination was very helpful.

My experience with SFL had been good. As soon as I added the details for my shipment, I received a call from SFL (Jatin) who walked me through the process which made is easy for me to go book the package. The rates are very competitive and as their is a tie up with FedEx, you can be assured of the network and service.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

I would like to thank SFL worldwide for delivering my boxes in proper condition. I just book the shipment and they gave proper tracking updates, India team are very responsive and I have requested them to hold my package for a month because I had to travel for work and they kept the boxes in the Mumbai warehouse till I confirmed them to deliver which they have connected the next day to my location. I will recommend and will use this service to ship again.

They are very unprofessional, rude and never complete their services. STAY AWAY! They are very unprofessional and doesn't know how to talk and don't know how to respond to emails. I wanted the medicines and placed an order online and the guy assured the pickup over a phone & email. After 6th day , he comes back with "a new custom rule started from yesterday" and never picked up. They may little cheap but not responsive. Punit is very unprofessional, rude and the owner Saumin never responds. I don't know sitting in India, can they run the US based company? STAY AWAY AND HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND

Issue we faced in customs at Chennai is mainly because of 2 reasons, packing was not done and inventory list was not kept Issue we faced in customs at Chennai is mainly because of 2 reasons, (although there are many reason, I have only listed 2 of the major ones here) 1. Packing was not done properly. There was no inventory on what was packed in which box. Customs officer was asking for documentation on the numbering of boxes and respective items in it. Packing was completely unprofessional. There were so many loose items in the truck, which were not packed at all, not even wrapped. Customs officer was not ready to do the inspection as the packing/inventory list was not there. I can't believe that such a big reputed movers & packers company failed in packing professionally. 2. I was never told that we have to go to the port for inspection personally. 'A S Moving Services' company said we can give Power of Attorney and 'original' passport to them and they will take care of inspection. This costed me money. Inspite of providing that, customs officer was not ready to do the inspection and insisted on me being there personally. This is something we expect the SFL should know as you are the experts in this industry. If I knew that this scenario would come up then I would have given power of attorney to one of my relatives or friends in Chennai and asked them to be present at Chennai customs. All these delays made us pay a lot of money and also a good amount of bribe. Funny part is that even after paying all the money, neither SFL nor AS Moving Services took accountability of what happened. I demand compensation for all the money we paid at customs as it was not in the original estimate.

Great service
I moved back to India and I choose SFL to ship my packages. In the month of September, I had 25 packages that contains furniture, TV, and all the household goods. SFL has been very helpful they told the shipment can be shipped as LCL which they send their movers to pick up the packages and they did pick up on time. The day the packages need to be pickup the same night I had a flight and I was worried if the movers would show up or not. The SFL operation team are very quick and responsive, they have been checking with the movers back and forth till they came to pickup and it was completed as scheduled. I am very happy since they really did as i wanted them to do the job. The shipment was delivered promptly. At the destination, the India team has been very helpful too as the shipment was cleared and they called to verify the details which i request them to keep the packages with them for a few weeks as i was out of town and they kept the packages without any storage charges. All they said is they will keep all the packages at their Mumbai warehouse which there is no charges and i can contact them the day i will be available at the location and they will schedule the delivery for the next business days which they did as they promised. I am really happy with their service, they have been very helpful and i would definitely ship with them again and i would recommend them to all my friends and family.
