My experience with MyGermany (mygermany.com) was not so great. I had some trouble sending a parcel through them. I explained to them what I wanted but they made a mistake and sent it to the wrong address. They forgot what we talked about and didn't double-check to make sure everything was correct before sending it.

The worst thing is that I had to pay an extra 160 euros to resend the parcel. I understand that mistakes can happen, but it's not fair that I had to pay for their mistake. It's important to check all the information before sending anything, especially when customers are relying on you to get it right.

Overall, I think MyGermany could improve their service by paying closer attention to details and making sure they get everything right before sending anything. It's frustrating to pay for someone else's mistake, and I hope they can learn from this experience and make some changes to prevent it from happening again.

This website ain't it, man. I can't believe it's from Germany, what a total scam! I mean, seriously, most of the buttons on this website don't even work. And if you do end up buying something, good luck getting in touch with them afterwards. I ordered something that was only 10 dollars and they tried to charge me a whopping 50 euros for shipping. Like, what the heck, man? That's just plain ridiculous. Don't waste your time or money on this website, it's a total rip-off!

This company MyGermany, I tell ya... it was the worst experience ever! I thought I was in for a good time when I booked their express service, but...NOTHING HAPPENED for SEVERAL DAYS. Do not even think about using MyGermany for your package forwarding needs. They did me so dirty by swapping out my premium Gucci jacket for a knockoff Valentino bag. Can you believe that?! The worst part is, my package was a drop shipment and they shouldn't have even opened it in the first place. Plus, the parcels that are supposed to be shipped are often delayed, causing frustration and inconvenience for the customer.

I had an extremely rough time with MyGermany, it was a real head-scratcher. There's certainly a great chance that I'll be filing a complaint with them soon. It appears that they've been going through the contents of shipments and removing things. When I contacted their "customer service", they asked me for five pieces of personal identification to verify my identity. I went ahead and did my best to collect them and sent them their way. But guess what? They did not respond to any of my messages afterwards! No reply on Facebook, they didn't respond to my phone call, and of course no responses via email. If you're considering using their services, I beg you to be careful – you don't want to have to go through the same issues that I did.

This company, MyGermany, is not very professional at all. I reached out to them on the 16th of June to organize for them to pick up and send an item I have at a warehouse facility in Germany to me internationally. However, I have not heard a single peep from them since. In fact, on the 22nd of June, I followed up with another message, but still nothing. Who knows how they treat customers who they have already made an agreement with? I shudder to think. They are clearly not interested in my business.

Recently, I have used MyGermany services for my shipping needs. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling quite dissatisfied. My first shipment went smoothly without any issues. However, my second shipment was riddled with problems as they lost half of my order in their warehouse. Even though MyGermany was at fault for the error, they still decided to ship the remaining items using the most affordable shipping method which ended up taking a whopping two months to arrive in my country.

In an attempt to rectify the issues with my second shipment, I decided to place a third order. Unfortunately, this time, MyGermany lost my entire order. I reached out to their customer service team, but their assistance was very poor. They only sent an email to the parcel company on my behalf but have yet to provide a solution to my problem.

Overall, my experience with MyGermany has not been satisfactory. The inconvenience caused by their mistakes and the unsatisfactory customer service experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. Although I am not ready to give up on MyGermany completely yet, I am definitely hesitant to use their services again in the near future.

I recently purchased an item from MyGermany using an expensive express shipping option, hoping to receive my item within 1-2 days. However, to my disappointment, it took a total of 5 days for my package to finally arrive, which wasn't exactly "express" in my book.

To add insult to injury, for some unknown reasons, MyGermany declared the item's value as more than double the price I had paid for, which resulted in an inflated custom charge that was way higher than I anticipated. This came as a huge shocker for me, as I had already paid a premium price for the express shipping, only to be hit with additional hidden fees and charges.

Moreover, MyGermany seems to be full of hidden costs that have taken me aback. I was expecting to pay only for the customs charges, but once I received my package, I realized that I was charged for several other fees, including size fee, laptop fee, and was even double charged for the insurance. It is frustrating to have to deal with such unexpected and hidden charges, especially when I was already paying for premium services.

Overall, the shipping costs combined with the hidden fees and inflated customs charges have turned out to be much higher than the actual item itself, which has left me feeling quite disappointed and dissatisfied with the whole experience.

To make matters worse, I did not receive my package on time, and now I am currently trying to get a partial refund through PayPal. All in all, I would caution anyone against using MyGermany as their service seems to be riddled with hidden fees, slow shipping times, and false promises.

I gotta say, if you're thinking 'bout using MyGermany, you might wanna think again, cuz this was a total disaster and I'm still mad about it. Like, for real, they lost over $4000 worth of my stuff that I sent from Sweden and I've been going back and forth with their customer service for, like, ever with no real resolution.

The worst part is that they straight up lied to me and were super unprofessional. They don't seem to know what they're doing and I don't trust them at all. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy service, look somewhere else, cuz this ain't it.

I even went to Fedex to ask about my missing packages, but they had nothing from MyGermany addressed to me. MyGermany said they were gonna file a claim and give me a refund, but they never gave me any proof or anything. It's been a year and they're still jerkin' me around.

So yeah, save yourself the headache and skip MyGermany. There are way better options out there for real.
