Load payment issue
First issue is with load [protected]. I downloaded my BOL thru the App after speaking to the New Rep assigned to me with the in and out times for detention as well as emailed to her the information. They always look for cheap carrier and if you pick up a load if you have a detention they will make all the excuses you have to wait for 3 weeks to get it but after 3 weeks they tell you the customer didn't approve

We contracted a load with them
We contracted a load with them. When the loading material ( a pallet) broke during first 30 minutes of transport we filed a claim. They totally blamed the driver and denied the claim. Think twice before doing business with this broker.
booked load ... went over all the details before accepting ... load delivered next day 1030am appointment ... stated on rate con as well ... get to receiver and told no appointments and especially no live unloads ... all deliveries are 72 hour drop trailer ... call broker he says "oh sorry I didn't see that part in the notes" ... he won't do anything ... NEVER AGAIN! ... lost thousands sitting here for 3 days waiting to get my trailer back
Absolute TRASH as a Logistics Company. They have ZERO concern for the vendor that hired them or the consumer that ordered goods from the vendor.?

Took a load Picked up Friday delivered Monday 2 orders but Monday turned out to be three orders Third order wasn't supposed to be delivered until 8/5 Problem was original load delivered 7/27 And they only want to pay $250 a day We already lost a $1600 load that picked up on the 7/27 and delivered on 7/28 but lost it because of craft or coyote Coyote isn't a broker we will be using again They've cost us way too much money in lost revenue
Coyote Logistics totaled our container a year ago and still owes us money for that accident we had no control over. Coyote Logistics knew the trucking company sold to another company during the insurance claim process and refused to offset the remainder balance owed to us. We have asked them repeatedly to stop harassing us and sending us emails to earn our business back. Until we are paid the remainder balance that is rightfully owed to us by Coyote Logistics, please stop contacting us and harassing us with your unwanted solicitation tactics. Even if you paid us back, we would never trust you as a company because, in our opinion, Coyote Logistics/UPS has no loyalty to the customer, even more so when it involves an accident. We've asked you repeatedly to stop contacting us and you can't even do that simple task. How many times do we have to report your company?
Customer service just gave me the run around for 2 weeks just to find and confirm on a shipment delivery. Supposed to receive shipment two weeks ago, yet they gave the impression that they have no idea where my shipment is at or who. On the 1st contact they said the shipment is on schedule, never delivered. 2nd call, was on the phone for 25 minutes and couldn't get an answer. Apparently, it was already the after hour representative. 3rd call they informed me that they hired a third party delivery and said that it was already been delivered and been signed by someone who doesn't even work for us. Then i was put on hold and was hanged up. The 3rd call took 40 minutes to only be left hanging. 4th call, the rep said to contact the party that I have bought the item and they provided the number. That number they provided was my boss cellphone number. In other words, I still haven't received my shipment and I would never use this company again. I'm pretty sure there are good working on this company, but the work ethic is terrible.

Their system looks very unstable
Their system looks very unstable. I arranged a LTL shipment through the Coyote. The carrier didn't make a shipment and my pallet had been sitting in the terminal for a week with no notice to me. Nobody knows until I asked to check the status many times. I booked the replacement carrier through the Coyote again but the order had not been gone through the carrier. so the carrier had no idea when I called them. The Coyote also duplicated the shipment and charged two times. It took more than a month to get a refund after asking many times. The customer service is not professional at all. Nobody picked up the phone for billing question. I am still waiting for another refund for almost two months but the answers were always same "I have followed up with carrier on this" for two months. I haven't even received any response since Sept 14.

Crooks scam artist with customer reps that are unprofessional and misleading this freight brokerage does not want to pay for freight being hauled nor freight being unloaded (lumper payments) ; if your a carrier run do not haul for this brokerage ( low lives )
Coyote has stole money from us several times. Each time, it involved paying us for detention. They either refuse to pay the detention or do not pay the amount that is due. When they do pay, it often takes several months to get paid. My driver uses the CoyoteGo app which tags him where he is at and how long he is there. There should be no issue of denying detention yet time and time again, they have.
