Printing
I had given a printing Job to FedEx Office, located at 14056 South West Freeway, Sugarland, Texas.77478, got the printing back and paid for on 11/28/2020 at 3.36 PM. I was charged for 400 pages of printing. Two binders,
the first consisted of 216 Pages and Second was 54 Pages. Total 270 Pages.
I paid ad walked to my Truck open the Box it had five Binders one Extra 54 page binder, went Back inside the FedEx store. The Sales person told me "WE DONT MAKE MISTAKES" its 400 pages and that's it.
I took all the Five Binders and Left. Out of the Five Binders, Two are the Originals that I gave for Printing One was 216 and other was 54 Pages.
One Printed Binder 216 Pages and Two 54 Pages (ONE BINDER PRINTED EXTRA NOT REQUESTED).
I should have been charged for 270 Pages.
The FEDEX PERSON DONT WANT TO LISTEN TO ANY REASON.
was for 130 Extra pages.

On Saturday, Nov 28, in the afternoon a box was delivered to my home. I had put a sign on the gate to please deliver on the covered porch since I have had issues in the past with your drivers leaving them outside the gate in the pouring rain.
The young lady put it on the ground outside the gate with the sign. When I ran out to her and asked that it be put on the porch. Her reply was "I don't do that [censored]!" I asked her again to bring it on the porch as I am senior citizen and she turned to walk to her truck and put her middle finger over her head.
Is this the service we should expect going forward from Fed Ex? I am quite concerned of your service through the holiday season. If someone doesn't want to work for a delivery service then they should not.

WOW, I don't feel so special now, after reading all these horrible reviews.
It would seem as though FEDEX is hiring bottom barrel 'anything' type of unqualified people.
My issue is with the driver for my area, here in Morro Bay. He's been overly pushy. Pushed that I go out to lunch with him. To which I declined. I wasn't prepared for the push that came after I declined. Most men would say, "fine" and leave it with that. Nope! This one asked, "why not"?
If I told the truth, it would be ... he wasn't my type. But being that he delivers a lot of my products, I tried to keep it civil. Men, no offense can become aggressive and badgering when defeated.
Well, I for told my own outcome here. And it only gets better with time.
I ended up telling him, that I really don't eat out often. Not because I can't. Just that IF I can make it, I see no reason to pay someone else. Plus, I don't trust many establishments. Cleanliness is a poker for me.
This man looks like he'd eat just about anything. So cleanliness doesn't seem would bother him.
I also told him, as the above answer didn't seem to swerve him any. That I really didn't have an excuse and that for now, we will leave it open for 'maybe' in the future. To which that 'future' for me will NEVER happen. I hate it when men won't take NO for an answer.
This man ended up coming back to my door, later this same day. It would seem that the item he dropped earlier, he neglected to scan. Well, the item was NOT in a location he could scan any longer. It went where it was intended within the 1st 30 minutes I received it!
He went through many pushes at that point, the last was he needed to use the restroom. I didn't feel comfortable allowing him in, but being that he had a few weeks prior carried a small appliance into my home, (he set it inside my door, no further) I felt obligated.
I felt he was looking for a way to snoop around, to which he did.
After he used the restroom, downstairs I couldn't seem to get him back out the front door!
I really felt like I was standing in front of a creeper.
I don't believe it's proper protocol for a delivery driver of any kind to insist he be permitted inside of a patrons home to use the utilities. EVER! I, have since then been made to regret the decision.
Since then, EVERY package I've received has been opened!
Yesterday, was the last straw. Up till now the shippers have taken care of the complaints.
Well let me say this, when confronted with WHY ARE MY PACKAGES BEING OPENED! SOME EVEN DAMAGED! WEEKS LONG WAIT FOR DELIVERY ON AN ITEM?
I'm given the response of "the sellers have insurance to cover the lost, damaged, and opened items"
SO it's alright that he open my products, being that the seller will be made to replace them! ?

Unfortunately, both Home Depot and Walmart uses FEDEX to deliver most their products.
Not every item online is available to be picked up at the store, cause if they could I'd completely quit ordering these things online!

I went to CO FedEx Office on 11-18-20 asking how I can get answer on status of delivery. Manager, Chris, told me to call FedEx and inquire (there were not notifications on action for me to take on any of the email notifications received)
11-18-20 I called FedEx international and talked to Nelson t 11:05 am MDT and he said to provide detailed list of contents. He gave me email address to respond:

The subject package was returned to my CO address on 11-20-20. tracking number 3990191336145.
I returned to the FedEx Office in Highlands Ranch CO on 11-24-20 and asked why package was returned. I was given (2) phone numbers to call to determine why package was returned.
After (5) phone calls and being hung up on (the only names I could understand were: Nive, Narvin, Evelyn were all hang up calls) (and I was very cordial just soliciting answers) I finally did get to talk to a live person. I was told that there will be not credit on the initial payment ($175+/-) because the package was returned to me.
1) There were no communications regarding additional information required to pass customs beyond the initial declaration. I had to initiate contact to attempt resolution.
2) I was told (by Nelson) that upon receipt of the detailed list of contents that the package would be cleared and delivered to address noted in initial shipment.
3) I do expect return credit by FedEx for the cost of the package.
4) Should I ever attempt another package shipped via FedEx I would expect written clarity from FedEx on how to assure delivery starting from package drop off to delivery in destination outside of the USA.
With my sincere anticipation that this matter will be addressed.

They are telling their customers to follow covid 19 rules, but they themselves are not following them. Standing almost on top of each other. Not safe.
They are not following covid social distancing fir their internal teams. I went inside and they diligently told me to stand at 6 feet away, but internally they were all right next to each other. This was also not co sister my told to all of their customers do I felt singled out perhaps because I am a biracial female.

FedEx driver leaves packages in the yard near front gate; instead of putting by the front door. I have video and still photos. This not the first time. I take the time to use your app to know when deliveries are arriving. I open my gate early in the morning to allow the driver to have access to driveway. But he parks in road and throws packages on the ground by the gate 300 plus feet away from the front door. Unacceptable!

Vacation hold didn’t work
I ordered a navepoint 18 unit rack and it was shipped via FedEx home delivery and I requested a vacation hold to have it shipped to me on Tuesday October 24 2020 and the FedEx driver delivered it on Monday the 23 and the vacation hold didn't work it was supposed to work but didn't end up working and the FedEx delivery woman who delivered the package to me flipped me off and had a little meltdown and said to me gfy and ended up looking at me through the driver side window and ended up giving me the middle finger and took off like a mad woman and she even stepped on the package and punched my door instead of being gentle because FedEx drivers are supposed to be gentle when they knock on people's doors and this lady was not gentle and she stepped on my package luckily nothing inside the box got damaged after she stepped on my package FedEx needs to better train their employees and needs to know if there is a vacation hold don't deliver until the vacation hold is over

I ordered a freezer and it was supposed to come today and I never received it nor do I have any updates. You cannot talk to anyone. Just a recording. I ended up putting in a complaint with the company I ordered it from? This only happens when something is sent by FedEx. When it is sent through UPS, I always get regular updates and know exactly when it is received. I had someone stay at my house all day waiting so it would not be left outside all day on a busy street. Well I'm not doing it for another day, not knowing if it will be coming. If it is stolen, FedEx will be liable. It should not take 4 days to update your website. No wonder UPS is far superior to FedEx. They offer far superior services to FedEx.

Missed delivery and the delivery date changed to 'unavailable'.
Called Fedex and was told: There was a delivery restriction (uh, no). Oh, there were too many packages so it didn't get delivered (uh, there's no delivery date now?). Oh, I found it in Texas, it never left the facility (found out that was a lie). Call the next day, there's nothing in ticket about Texas.
Told Fedex girl to call Texas. No, we're waiting on a call back. So I asked for a number for Texas, they gave me a made up # (lied).
I called again, I want to file a complaint about last call. Nope. Then call Texas, nope. Give me the number. We don't do that. I have to wait 48 hours for someone to call back. Asked to speak to a manager. Told there's no manager here (lie). BS, there's always a manager. After 4 repetitions of hold and being told there's no manager, I hung up.
As of now (11/17) my package is 5 days overdue, and after 9 calls they don't know where it is and have significantly lied to me 3 times about the package status and Texas facility.
I am complaining about not getting my package
I was supposed to get a package that was sent from Santa Ana CA on Friday morning ( 11/13) at 9:03 A.M. It went overnight. It is now Monday night (11/16) and no package. I paid for overnight service and it has taken over 3 days to get here. I should be reembursed for my money. This is unexceptable business.

I called the 800 about a package exception. I was transferred to the Wilmington location. The female at the location, yelled at me and was very rude. When I asked for her name, she became more aggressive. I used a second phone to call the 800 number line again. I had that Rep. on the phone and she heard the woman in Wilmington scream at me and be very degrading. The Rep. from the 800 number sent a complaint to the Wilmington location. 30 minutes later the female that was screaming at me prior called me and said tht making the complaint did nothing because she was the one who handles them. She then proceded to tell me I will never recieve a package from that location that is not damaged.
Lying once again about attempted delivery
This always happens on a Friday when I need the package. And of course, they claim the "Customer not available or business closed - Access is controlled by customer" when the delivery instructions clearly state the access code instructions. The irony was that once I received this message from FedEx, I received my shipments from UPS with no problem. The exception further stated, "a door tag will provide the time and address of the FedEx location where you may pick up your shipment, and also indicate if another delivery attempt will be made." I have cameras on my property and was able to check to see if a FedEx person attempted a delivery. After further review, no FedEx employee or note was left if they tried! Caught in a lie, once again! All I have now is a message in the app that another attempt will be made on Monday! Three days later! Of course, it also says I can pick it up at 8:00pm from the FedEx facility that closes at 8:00pm! What's the point of overnight delivery if your drivers cannot follow directions?

FedEx driver left our package at the wrong address. (Outside ).Address on label was correct. The package was then rained on and the contents were destroyed. When the resident returned (to where the package was delivered) he found it and delivered it to our address. With today's technology, how can a package be delivered to a totally different address than the one on the shipping label?

One of your drivers executed an illegal and dangerous maneuver at approximately 10:35 a.m. today, 11/8/2020.
While on a two-lane state road in a populated and heavily-trafficked area, Rte 119, in Massachusetts, the Fed Ex driver of a rental van drove past his turn into a cul-de-sac in a 40 mph zone.
Instead of proceeding to a suitable turnaround location, the driver stopped in the road, reversed his vehicle through the intersection, and then turned into the cul-de-sac.
Reversing through an intersection is a violation of state law in Massachusetts.

So now it's ok for a Fed Ex delivery driver to pull up at the end of your driveway, beep his horn and tell you to get the package?
We order our dog food from Chewy and this happened today. Never in my life was a delivery driver so ignorant without any other reason other than being lazy.
Is the package heavy? Yes. Is it a delivery driver's job to deliver a package to your door? Yes. This driver wasn't even nice about it. Beeped the horn and said to get the package? What kind of people are you hiring?
Also, I'm assuming you would have to hire employees that can lift a certain amount or else they wouldn't be delivering for FedEx correct?
Totally disgusted at this service and when I ship my packages going forward, I will use UPS instead. I'm also reporting this to Chewy - from my perspective the shipper they choose needs to be not only courteous but do their job.

I made the mistake of shipping with you on an item I bought third week of Oct. I had it shipped thru Box and Ship in California. After about a week went by I wondered where the hell it was so I called. Believe it or not they went and picked it up, took my credit card info and quoted me a price of $95, boxed it and left it sitting on a shelf. Needless to say I was not happy, so this week I get a message from you people telling me it will arrive 11/4 on 11/5 I get another message saying 11/9. I could have sent it by mule train and had it here by now. Incompetence must be your middle name.

Poor delivery; inability to speak to someone about the problem.
I wanted to speak to the office on Queen Pkwy in West Columbia, SC about continuing delivery problems. The 800-463-3339 number gave me a robot that would not connect me to a person. I had to call a second time and spend about 7 min. saying no, no, something else, more options, etc. The FedEx Facebook page is chock full of complaints by other people and it looks like FedEx just shines-on any CS complaints.
Despite the fact that I have two porches with doors that have windows, the FedEx driver for my locality leaves my packages where they can't be seen from inside the house.
Ultimately, I reached a Technical Support person who was not a native speaker of English, so I assume she was overseas. She did take my complaint and said that she would pass the information along. I am not confident of the results since their policy is such that the local facility has "a private {phone} number" that insulates them from customer contact in the first place.

From Sweetwater music I ordered a very expensive Fender Percussion Bass guitar that I have been wanting for sometime. I was anticipating the delivery which got delivered today, Sunday October 25th.
The Fed Ex truck backed into my driveway and the delivery person got out, opened the back doors and jumped inside and I could hear him cursing while I saw boxes being thrown from the front of the truck to the back onto of each other. I saw my guitar in the Sweetwater box get thrown onto the other boxes then he stepped down and grabbed the box and walked up to the porch and tossed it on the porch. He did not set it down gently.
I was shocked of his handling of my package and I confronted him and asked him if he handles all packages this way and he said it will be alright and stop acting like a little girl, jumped in his truck and sped off? Unbelievable! Does Fed Ex condone this type of behavior? I sure hope not!
I have company that employees 134 people and if any of my people/project managers or customer service representatives conducted themselves in this way they wouldn't be here!

Package tracking # [protected] was scheduled for Fri 10/23; waited all day and no truck even showed up. then got a message it would be delivered on Sat 1/24; same thing, a truck never showed up. in frustration and trying to get my package asap, i scheduled a hold thinking it would help. worse.
called and spoke to a Juan and then a Shantell who just kept apologizing but said they 'could' not help which in this day and age would really be impossible. found out that the package was at the main distribution hub at 8200 Elder Creek Rd but was told thye didn't have a phone number for that location. REALLY? they didn't have a phone number for their own locations? that has to be a lie. maybe they didn't want to give it out; but there has to be a phone #. they told me the hours that 8200 Elder Creek was open but Google says they are open 24hours a day.

Driver banged on my door so loud he woke my baby who was sleeping upstairs. As I've opened the door he pushed my package into my chest and said delivery. I asked why he banged so loudly as I thought something was happening, My daughter was due back from school any minute and I feared it was her and she was being attacked or something. I was terrified!
Driver then became abusive and I was told to "shut your mouth [censored] you have no bell". Naturally rather shocked by this, I reacted and asked what the F gives him the right to slam on my door like that, hurt me and then call me that. He then became confrontational went the step back into my porch with his hand as though he were about to attack me, fortunately I managed to shut my door on him. As he turned to get back in his van I took a photo of his license plate which is LG67 FWA.
I am want this driver removed from my area and reminded about social distancing as he wasn't even wearing a mask.
Apologies for including the abusive words however feel they are relevant to the issue.
