Delivery
I have on several occasions told drivers not to leave packages in the driveway in the weather when they can walk 20 ft and put it on the front porch. I am sick of their poor delivery service and lazy drivers. They have damaged every package they have ever delivered. My next recourse will be next time on my property I will have them arrested for tresspassing. They are the worst.
Priority delivery service
Priority delivery service was paid for. Delivery was supposed to be by 10:30 am CST. Package didn't arrive until 4:00pm. Service was between San Antonio Tx and Houston Tx.
Fed ex customer service provides computer generated canned responses online and barely English speaking individuals well versed in canned answers over the phone.
The damage has been done. They can do nothing to fix the late arrival of the documents.
Next time it will be UPS or even USPS.
Deliveries
I'm so upset and disappointed in the quality of service with Fedex in the recent past months.
They are not accurate when you call to track status of your packages anymore.
They have started holding packages in Customs and aren't accurate with when package holds will be released.
I was laid off due to the pandemic and have started a small business which helps with my bills and overall maintaining my life.
This is unacceptable. What can I do. I've tried escalating to management but it's like a spinning wheel.
Return
On May 9, 2020, I placed an order online for a set of glasses and a salad bowl. Both arrived on May 14, 2020. The salad bowl was not what I expected and frankly, did not look suitable to serve food in, so I started an online return at the Bed, Bath & Beyond website. Following their directions, I repackaged the salad bowl and took it to a FedEx office in Olathe, Ks. The FedEx tracking number was [protected]. When I did not hear from BBB about the status of my return or receive a refund, I started tracking it online. BBB makes it incredibly difficult to find information about returns on their website, but eventually, through trial and error, I found it at this URL: https://tracking.narvar.com/tracking/bedbathandbeyond/fedex?tracking_numbers=392935658787&type=ret&locale=en_US&order_number=BBB6482735810. This is where I learned the salad bowl had been received by a fellow named Ewing at BBB's Lewisville, TX facility on May 21, 2020 at 11:33 a.m.
I waited a while to contact BBB due to the coronavirus things going on, but now, when I contact them, asking about my refund, they send me an email saying they will respond in 5-7 days. The last email I got from them with this message was on June 28. I still don't have my refund and no one at BBB is responding. I've attached some screenshots to verify my complaint. A driver who has no respect for people or property
FedEx truck number 410532 was speeding on Hillside Dr. in Warne, NC this morning at approximately 10:30. She was doing at least 35 on a 10 mph speed limit curvy mountain road. My wife and I were walking our dog when she flew around the corner and had to slam on her brakes. This is a private road. We have several elderly folks who walk with walkers up here, and even more who walk dogs on a regular basis. I signaled for her to slow down which she did until she passed us, then accelerated again.
On her way back down I stood in the middle of the road with my hand up to attempt to stop her and talk about respecting the people who live on our street. This time she did not slow down much and kept coming. Had I not moved out of the way, I believe she would have hit me. She would not look me in the eye as she passed, and again hit the gas full-on after I passed her mirror. I banged on the side of the truck for her to stop, but she didn't.
There is no excuse for her blatant disregard for our residents' safety. Several residents have already stated their disgust for the way FedEx drivers speed up our road. UPS drivers respect the speed limit and the people who live up here. Yours do not. Besides the danger to our neighbors, the speed at which your trucks round our corners are destroying our road.
I know FedEx doesn't really care about how their drivers behave as long as they get their packages delivered, and this will probably fall on deaf ears, but next time, I will have my phone ready to video.
Lies
I've been told two days in a row that delivery attempts were made. Lies ! My wife and I have both been home. We consumers are going to have to come up with ways to cost Fedex money. Maybe the insurance on their drivers and trucks need to have a spike for some reason. I'm sure they think a few people can't hurt them, but maybe a lesson will be taught.
Medication delivery
The tracking number showed that my husband's medicine which requires a signature was out for delivery at 8:05 am today. I watched the FedEx truck go right past my house and never even slow down possibly because it was raining and he didn't want to get wet. I checked the tracking number again and it showed back at the Ladson, SC facility and scheduled for delivery the next day. We have contacted our medication provider requesting that they do not use FedEx for any future deliveries. Not using a dependable delivery service for medication is totally unacceptable and it is obvious by the number of complaints that FedEx is not dependable.
Driver. Very rude!!!
I filed a complaint on a driver a month ago as I did today on him and to have a superviser to call me and still at this time nothing. The driver still dosn't ring my doorbell and leaves the pkg. In plain site so anybody can steal we have a high schoold near by, anyway a month passes by and he did it again he also drives very fast in our neighborehood where we have a lot of kids playing also he turns around in the middle of the st. This guy should not be driving for fedex also hes is very rude. So another words I could go on and on but I perfer if the general manager to call me. Aso I had a lot of other fedex drivers dilvered pkgs. To my house no problems and they are very courteous.

Delivery
FedEx is a joke! We ordered injectors for my husbands truck. They were supposed to be delivered Friday, 6/5/20. They never came. We called FedEx and finally were able to get connected with someone, that suggested we come to the site and pick up the package. The site was 30 minutes from our home. After waiting an hour, my husband was told that they were unable to retrieve the package because it was loaded into a trailer. What is upsetting is that a replacement barcode was placed on this box at the same time my husband was at the site location. A FedEx employee had their hands on this box, and couldn't bring it to the front?! Now, this is not a pair of shoes, it's a vital part to a truck. We had a scheduled vacation for Sunday,
No package
My name is Beverly Dolan I ordered a purse from Ebay. My package tracking number [protected] was marked as delivered to my door today May 28, 2020. I waited for several minutes over half an hour for a customer service representative to come on the line and tell me that I had to go back to the sender to find out where my package is/fix the problem. What then is the point of your customer service61290983208225058894 in the first place. Throw the responsibility back on the shipper? Looky here, your reputation is not a fantasy-like in the movie 'Cast a Way' anymore. What goes on with your company in real life? I realize with Covid 19 you may not want to obtain a signature, but a knock at the door would help greatly. Why was there no knock at the door or ring of the doorbell which can be seen plainly on the doorframe? Amazon and UPS do so even thought they walk away immediately afterward, at least we can know the package is there.

Absolutley the worst customer service on the planet. There is wrong info in regards to delivery time etc... and over worked and under paid people who sound like they are working in there bathroom. Seriously Fed-ex? I called and all I heard was a lady yelling at her barking dog in Spanish! They provide nothing more then what the useless info you see on the website. Such a joke! Lame too!

Unsafe driver
1:30PM 5/21/20
Truck# 154211, second Trailer # 821980.
Interesection I30 and FM1402. Fedex east bound I30 service road.
I was south bound on FM1402.
Driver pulled thru intersection heading east causing me to come to an abrupt complete stop to avoid an accident. Driver continued on.
What is bad is FEDEX does not have a safety department to report these issues to. Fedex does not want to know so the don't have to deal with issues.
Hope I get to give a deposition for someone filing suite aginst FEDEX for lack of saftey.
Employee not using face mask

Lost package inside terminal
I ordered an item from BBY on 4/8/2020. It was shipping from California to Anderson, S.C. via FEDEX ground. Scheduled delivery was 4/22/2020 through 4/25/2020. This package was originally addressed to a PO Box. I contacted Customer NO-Service to ask to change the address, was told only the shipper can do that. I asked to be able to pick up my package at your terminal, was told it MUST GO ON DELIVERY VEHICLE. It was then returned to the shipper, address changed to a FEDEX terminal locally. They, due to the stated reason of "we cannot accept deliveries here", refused the package.
I again spoke with Customer No Service trying to change the address to my son's house. "You cannot change the address, only the shipper". I then spoke with a supervisor on 5/13/2020. He found my package and promised delivery 5/14/2020.
Today is 5/17/2020. I do not have my package. The terminal can't find it. It was scanned onto a delivery vehicle at 3:44 AM on 5/13/2020. Now the terminal says they cannot locate the package.
I have since had my shipper file a claim for this shipment, reshipping my order. How in the world can this happen? Is it still on the truck? Why can't I pick it up at the terminal? Why don't the Customer No Service reps know that I can receive my package at the terminal?

Driver hitting our concrete wall at our flower bed and driving away.
Hello it is Wednesday, May 6 and around noon till 1:00 PM FedEx driver backed in to our shared driveway and delivered a package to our neighbor and backed into our flowered Rockwall and hit two to three blocks and hit one of our plants. He either was not aware that he hit this retaining wallOr just didn't care and drove away. Enclosed you will see pictures. My husband is fixing it now. We live on 3444 Chase Rd. On 5/1/2020, I received a text that this shipment would arrive before end of day. It has now been sitting at the Tuscaloosa Fedex facility since 6 a.m. on 5/1. Status was changed to Pending with No Delivery update. I spoke to a representative yesterday who told me someone would be getting in touch with me about why this had not been delivered. Today is 5/5 at 9 a.m. and I'm still waiting. Please - please deliver this shipment. My Mom is 90 years old and depends on shipments in order to feed her cats. I don't understand what is wrong with you guys. I've been patient, but enough already. Deliver her cat food! By the way - this is not my first bad experience with you. Several months ago - long before Covid-19 - you did the same thing to her with a shipment from chewy.com. They replaced that shipment via another delivery company and you finally delivered the first order over a week later.
Delivery driver & fedex
On May 2, 2020, I was expecting a package to be delivered. Toward the end of the day I noticed no one had showed up. I contacted the Fed Ex customer service and explained that I notice that the driver stated he or she tried to make a delivery and the business was closed.
I explained to the person that I had not seen a door tag on the door or heard anyone open the door and that I had been in the office and no one had been here, from Fed EX.
She told me they have been told the business was closed. I was very upset with everything going on with COVID-19 that the driver would be spreading lies about businesses, when businesses are struggling to stay open just to survive and feed there families and keep there employees with a job.
Fed Ex should be ashamed and there drivers should be disciplined for lying during such a time as this.

On March 28, 2020 I sent a package to Dominican Republic over night I paid $177.00 for over night delivery., I was told it may take up to 2-3 business day. The black lady who was driving truck number 417092 at 1:30pm saturday april 11th in westmont illinois is as rude & obnoxious as I have ever seen in my life. Every time she delivers packages to my job she acts like we owe her, like we are bothering her. She refuses to give her name. She could care less about corona virus and refuses to deliver package...

Tracking number [protected] was dropped on my front porch at 4:23 on 4/10. I discovered it at 7:00. You have it on file and on your website that packages are to be delivered to the back porch, you ring the bell (there is no bell at the front door), and wait 3 minutes for me to get to the door. Remember I probably will not be right on the other side of the door — it will take time to get to the door. I am disabled and cannot get down to the porch to pick up a package. Why do you insist on dropping the package on the porch and running? Without ringing the bell I don't know you're there & you run the risk of having the package stolen before I even know it is there. Also, there is the question of weather — what happens to my package of tea that gets left in the rain? I'm tired of calling you every time there is a package there because you do not follow your instructions! I have called you & wrote to you time after time after time after time about this. What do I have to do — sue you?
