Very impressed with J & S Transportation. The entire process from an online quote to delivery of the car was excellent - could not have gone more smoothly! Their website is a great resource - very comprehensive and answered all my questions. It was a pleasure dealing with J & S Transportation and their very friendly staff! I will certainly recommend this company to others!

J&S Transport provided excellent customer service while transporting my suburban from Wyoming to Brenham, Texas. The representatives were courteous, knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process. I am extremely happy with the cost and the level of professionalism. I had a great experience and will definitely use J&S again! I highly recommend their company.

I cant tell you how impressed I was with J&S. I had never purchased a vehicle out of state and had it transported, so I was very hesitant. However J&S was great, just great to work with. Under everyone else's estimate and almost two days early with delivery. Fast, courteous and always quick with a response if I had a question. I highly recommend them for your transportation needs.

J&S is incredible! I asked for a quote on-line and received a personal call within minutes to discuss the process. J&S picked up the vehicle we purchased in Idaho directly from the dealer and delivered it to us in Montana the next day. The entire process was seamless and we were kept informed from start to finish. We would highly recommend J&S for anyone needing to transport a vehicle.

BAIT AND SWITCH, quoted price and confirmed price, then advised me of a $151.00 increase to the quote because they had to go south to the delivery location, southwest wy on interstate 80, from Boise Idaho. Their price was the highest of 3 quotes, but I wanted to go with them because of the recommendation and referral. Can't believe they get away with the scam approach used. This transaction was to take place in July .

Easiest set up for car transport ever! We needed a company car moved from an adjoining state and were looking for a company owner business instead of a broker. J&S does sub out some of their work, and did for this project, but they kept us informed and were able to provide insurance documentation. I was very impressed how thoroughly they recorded the car's condition before and after transporting. Will definitely use again.

J&S stood out for their website, which gave extensive and very helpful information about the ins and outs of going about transporting a car. Their quote was the best of the five or six companies I looked at. When I chose them, Travis and Craig were extremely helpful, always available, and attentive to all the details. My car got transported from the Dallas area to Missouri on the first day of my availability and it arrived the next day in great condition.

These folks were organized, attentive and professional. I received ample communication that ensure the vehicle I had transported was delivered on time and without mistakes. The vehicle was picked up from and airport and dropped off at an airport making the locations challenging due to coded gates. J & S Transportation ensured the driver was given all the details he needed to ensure everything went flawlessly. I would certainly utilize their services again!

I've used J&S Transportation to ship cars twice in the last year and they have been fantastic to work with — excellent coordination, communication, timing, and follow-through. In both cases, the vehicle pick-up was time-sensitive and in both cases, the pick-ups were flawless. The cars arrived in perfect condition, and the drivers were great. Although they are based out of Montana, they handle car shipping throughout the US -- one move was from Minnesota to Pennsylvania; the other was from Arizona to Washington.

J&S Transport was the easiest part of my new-to-me vehicle purchase! The online estimate process was easy, and the booking process once opened also comprehensive. Travis and Craig kept me in the loop on progress and Gary was on top of actual vehicle dropoff/pickup in Billings. Scott snagged me with his enthusiasm and promise of great customer service (along with the best rate): he and his team lived up to the promise. I have recommended J&S to the IL dealership where I purchased my vehicle and to multiple friends.

I needed a Dependable and Ethical Auto Transporter to transport my (and my mother-in-law's) cars from North Carolina to Montana. I checked and double checked Reviews (including ComplaintsBoard.com ratings) and verified Licensure/Insurance of multiple companies. I was so frustrated at how difficult it was to find a reputable company. However, my persistence paid off when I came across J&S Transportation out of Billings, Montana. They met and exceeded all my expectations. Our cars were picked up on Friday and Delivered in Montana on Sunday evening. I was very impressed! Our Driver, Eugene and our Representative, Craig, were so nice and very professional. (Thank you Craig and Eugene!) If you are looking for a Reputable, Professional and pleasant Auto Transport I highly recommend this company. They are literally the BEST!

Reasonable price, outstanding service, execution and follow-up. Shipped a Corvette from NJ to Colorado in March . Was able to get a transport the same day of my request (lucky!). Had an enclosed transportation with 1 car space. Driver was very careful to take all pictures of the car before loading. Loading was very careful, not rushed, lots of attention and precautions. The car was delivered 2.5 days later, perfect condition, no issues. The follow-up of the company was remarkable, received multiple text messages and emails about the status of the shipment. I will use their services again as the quality of the execution was above and beyond my expectations. I was confident that my car would be well handled during the transportation and was not disappointed. Excellent service, highly recommended, will use it again for my next cars.

We have just completed moving a vehicle from Montana to Nashville TN with J & S, and cannot say enough positive things about our experience with this company. We chose J & S after extensive research, and will absolutely go with them again for any vehicle moving needs in the future. Having read so many nightmare stories about peoples' moves with other companies, it was an immense relief to find an organization that is so solidly trustworthy. The customer service we experienced with J & S was nothing short of stellar. Five stars for the level of communication, which was constant, prompt, thorough, thoughtful, responsive and conscientious throughout the process, from the first cold call through the day of delivery and beyond. The transport was seamless and astoundingly quick, and every point person along the way was courteous, professional, careful and considerate. Everything was in perfect order with the vehicle when it arrived. The rep we worked with advocated for the very best price possible for us, and the reassurance of working with such a reliable organization was worth every penny we paid for this move.
