FedEx How does Fed Ex route my package from Chicago to New Berlin, WI, which is 17 minutes away from me then the next day goes back to Chicago...

Fed Ex, UPS, USPS all so annoying these days... The only one that is doing well is Amazon... Which is disappointing because Amazon isn't a mailing company.

Now my package is stuck in Fed ex for another 2 days... Thank you for the delay... Get better employees please.

Desired outcome: Get my package to me ASAP please.

FedEx Delivery

My package from spectrum it was scheadule for delivery on the 7th and they put a note saying that they came but custermer wasnt home lol literally I was here the whole day so I called at 6 and I told them I need the package in order to active my phone line, im constantly receiving calls from my kid therapist because he has autism. So I told them with expecific details where my apartment is located at, also told them to leave it at from door. So they said they were going to make a second attemd to deliver the package at 8 pm... And guess what? They didnt. I had to wait till monday to get my package and after giving them details they still left my package down stairs lol. Do I recommend fexed? Mmmh hell no. The package was left above my mail box which there is 12 different units and whoever would have grabbed it. Not just that but they label my package with instructions they wrote" deliver at front door apt on second floor. Customer service rude asf and they told me it was spectrum fault. They dont call you when they dont find your address they just leave. Imagine a kid with disabilities and need something a live or die matter. They dont care of about your packages for small ones it would be, but it matters to me. Sad that they handle my delivery like this, never again ill use fedex [censored].

Im in nc bought a vehicle from nj, took 2 weeks to get the tags, finally I had them to overnight it because I had to go out of town on sat, waited for the package, decided to check out side where I found a note saying an attempted was made, lol no knock, u talking about pissed, I called fedex and got nothing but apolygys from the same sounding people, said they would deliver by eveing, nothing next day tues nothing, its now saying wed, this was suppose to be over night mind you from friday, I finally got a supervisor on the phone and got him to leave my package at the fedex facility, that I have to pickup, unbelievable and unexceptable, will be filing a complaint, definitely a refund of my overnight cost and inconvience

FedEx Driver

I picked up kids from school for lunch break (30 mins only), was rushing to home in order to leave more time for lunch, a FedEx driver parked his car in the road blocked the originally narrow lane, due to the snow on the left side, there is not enough room for any car to pass it safely, but the FedEx driver ignored it after the notice, and asked me to take the risk if I wouldn't want to wait, and 3 cars have to wait him to finish his second delivery for almost 10 mins to get enough space to move on. His vehicle license is MJ 3064, delivery in Fraser Heights, Surrey, BC.

Desired outcome: More training to let him understand he represents FedEx not himself while he is on duty, his unrespect behavior won't help FedEx's business.

FedEx Delivery of package

Ordered a new phone was scheduled to be delivered on Friday. It was late. I understood. Should have been delivered Monday. I check on it and they claim they tried to deliver but customer was unavailable. That is a lie. There was no delivery attempt. I was home and waiting on them. So either they came by and didn't stop or didn't drive by at all. There is no way I would have not answered the door. No one from fedex came to my door and attempted to deliver anything. Second time that it's happened. So now I have to sit home tomorrow also and wait all day till 8:00 pm to see if they deliver it again.

FedEx Lost Package

Shipped 2 packages from Delaware on Dec 16th and both where scanned as leaving Seaford Delaware at the same time. First package delivered to
Chicago suburb in 3 days and the 2nd package scheduled for the same destination has never been scanned again after the Seaford De scan.
Called customer service 8 days later and told would be looked into and would call me back within 48 hours...didn't happen! Waited another week and called customer service again and told "would be called back ASAP"...didn't happen!
Called today 1/7/2022 and told the label "probably fell off or something". Asked if customer service or if a call center and was told a call center and can't check the package but will pass the info over to customer service at FraudEx and my only option is to file a claim. All calls to their Customer service listed number are overseas call centers with so-so language skills.
Last time to use this company when I want to trust their ability to get Christmas gifts to my grandchildren as they promise.
This company fails to deliver in an competitive climate!

Desired outcome: Deliver as promised or check for empoyee theft.

FedEx I am complaining about the horrible service.

I gave a window of 5 hours that I could be available to accept package. They agreed but never showed up. They are going to deliver it for the second try when I stated that I would not be available to sign. Crappiest company ever.

FedEx Driver

I contacted the customer service department by phone and was not really treated well by the person answering the phone. I had a problem with a driver cutting me off as I was entering traffic. He or she was actually behind me and decided to go around me and enter traffic at the same time. He or she was in the lane and almost caused a dangerous wreck. That person was also weaving in and out of traffic in front of me. This took place in Chapel Hill, NC at an offramp. There was a little girl in the passenger seat of the vehicle. The license plate was ZK 7342. The customer service associate seemed irritated by my call so I felt like it may or may not be reported to the proper authorities. This seemed to be a very dangerous situation for me, as well as the child in the car.

Desired outcome: I just needed them to acknowledge that it is not their policy and that they have some concern for the general public.

FedEx Shipping

I've worked with FedEx for years and while they've always been a shoddy company I've never seen anything this bad.

Here's the full story:
We were commissioned to create a mascot costume for an event, due to the short deadline we shipped the costume overnight express for 783.16$ directly to the event venue paying the aforementioned price. We had shipped it overnight despite being 3-4 days from the event itself just so our clients would have enough time to prepare and get accustomed to the suit. The following morning we checked on the parcel's status and noticed it hadn't moved anywhere significant so we immediately called to investigate and were reassured the parcel would arrive in the morning. We called several hours later the same day just to check on the parcel and were told it had been seized for customs clearance and that it would take a few hours and should arrive tomorrow afternoon. Fine no biggie. Come the following day we checked on the parcel and saw it still hadn't moved and so we called immediately to inquire, we were then told that the border service was missing information for customs clearance, why they never bothered to call and ask us for it is beyond me but I digress. We filled out the required forms and sent off the information only to be told they didn't need it anymore and the parcel should ship throughout the night and we should see movement of some kind come the morning. Come the following day it still hadn't left the city and after being led around in a wild goose chase for several hours trying to find anyone high enough in the chain who could answer our questions and do something about parcel we finally found an off duty manager and left a message. Several hours later we received a phone call saying they had no clue why this was happening and advised me to open a claim when I do receive the parcel. I asked what our options were stating the urgency of the delivery and she said there was nothing to do but wait and hope. I asked at that point if we could intercept the package and come pick it up ourselves because the event was already in progress and it needed to be there for the show at 10 am the following morning. After some back and forth we managed to chase down the parcel and get it intercepted - funny how they had to work so hard to"intercept" a package that hadn't moved since the day we shipped it. >-> Once we received the all-clear we drove to Woodbridge where it was being held (a good 5hr drive) picked up the parcel and were disturbed to see that it had been damaged. We inspected it carefully but found the contents fine thanks to the packaging our suits come in, but I am still disturbed to see that amount of damage for a package that never went farther than a stone throw. The lack of care is disturbing especially for a parcel labeled as fragile, insured, and valued at 15, 000$.

After picking up the parcel I drove to Toronto, took a covid test, and boarded the first flight for Chicago. I delivered the parcel to the distressed and very grateful clients took a nap then immediately boarded a flight back to Canada. Upon arrival in Canada, I took a nap in my car for 4 hrs then drove home. This entire trip cost us nearly 1000$ after flight, gas, parking and covid test but I got the package there. Naturally, when I got home we immediately filed a dispute demanding to be reimbursed for the shipping, cause we knew they would never reimburse us for the travel expenses even though they are to blame. Within 48hrs we received an email saying that the claim was denied because the parcel was intercepted, completely ignoring the events that led up to us having to intercept it. We called several times and tried escalating and reopening the claim and were denied each time. To say I'm done with FedEx and tired of being ignored would be an understatement so we've taken to social media to share our story.

If you need something for an event, do yourselves a favour and just fly it there yourself, it'll probably be cheaper and it'll definitely be faster.

Note: due to a non-disclosure agreement I cannot say what the event was, nor release any information about the costume in question. Sorry folks.

FedEx Where is my package

FedEx has had my package in Redmond since December 26 at 535 scan Redmond Washington I live in Redmond Washington called them on December 30 got us customer service number said they would call me back to that day no call called them again on December 31 said that they would look and call me back that day no call called January 2 said they would look for in call me back this is a medical product to help me with my wife stage IV cancer that I needed Monday, December 27 and often ask induce a we're looking

FedEx Waiting for 5 weeks

See photo attached. Now its December 31st and it hasn't moved since December 23rd. No one at FedEx seems to want to resolve this. They'd rather pay the shipper compensation for the product . $1, 600. How do you run a business like this?

Desired outcome: FedEx gets a federal fine levied. Maybe then they'll get off their [censored]. They've become a joke. Never EVER will I use them again.

FedEx Failure to FedEx my new debit card after I requested it be sent FedEx.

On December 23, 2021 I contacted Huntington Fraud between 11:30 am and 12:00 noon. My debit card had been hacked and I needed a new card. I specifically requested that they FedEx the card to me. The women told me it would cost $25. I told her I wanted the card By FedEx because I needed it as soon as possible. On December 28th I contacted Huntington Fraud to check on the status. Sharon told me the card was Not sent by FedEx and there was nothing indicating the card be sent by FedEx. Today is December 31st, my mail was just delivered and still no card. I am very angry. I will be paying a late fee on at least one account I have. This has been very inconvenient and I want some resolution for this persons actions.

Desired outcome: Huntington Fraud be responsible for the late fee I will be charged.

FedEx Poor driving

We were nearly ran off the road by a Fed-ex driver today (December 30, 2021 at approximately 3:25pm) on Interstate 80 in Indiana at mile post 145. He pulled into our lane without checking his mirrors forcing us to take to the shoulder. We had to slam on the brakes nearing getting rear ended by traffic. His trailer number was FEDZ554015. His smirk and hand gestures that he shared as we were able to finally pass certainly don't represent any level of professionalism on the part of Fed-ex

FedEx Can't deliver packages on time

Don't trust Fedex to deliver your package on time. A retailer shipped a package to me with a 12/23/21 delivery date. Fedex missed that day and the 24th, 26th, 27th, 28th and 29th. Each day except for the 29th they sent out an automated email that said "Your package is out for delivery between 10:05am and 2:20pm - they never got it to me. When calling their customer service reps I got the usual "we're experiencing higher than normal deliveries"… they have been saying this forever. On the 29th I stopped the delivery and sent it back to the retailer. It is poor management and the ability to hire and retain staff that keeps them from fulfilling their deliveries. I would never use them again if at all possible and try not to use retailers that do.

Desired outcome: Don't promise what you can't deliver

FedEx Driver did not deliver my order and reported that the package was delivered.

Driver reported that this package from Neiman Marcus was delivered at 11:13 on 12/22/21; however, it was not delivered. I reviewed my front door camera; and the driver never appeared at my door within several hours of the reported delivery time, and the package was never delivered to my address at 217 E. Cullerton Street, Chicago, Illinois 60616. It was also not delivered over the following days, and I did not receive any communication from FedEx.

Desired outcome: I would like the package delivered or hold the driver accountable for the pacakge

FedEx Driver did not place sealed envelope in mailbox

Driver intentionally tossed a package/ envelope over chainlink fence to be chewed by dogs. I know this because I have cameras. The package could have been place in the mailbox or even laid outside fence (other drivers do that). Drivers with larger packages have opted to not deliver packages because of the dogs and deliver the next day or I go pick it up at FedEx. Envelope was destroyed as well as its contents. This could have been avoided if the driver had better training or some common sense. I receive many packages from eBay, amazon, etc. This is the first time this happens. I am trying to get in contact with FedEx about their driver's negligence. I will go there in person if I have to. I believe I'm entitled to a full refund.

Desired outcome: Driver needs to be reprimanded. A refund!

FedEx Delayed shipping/not delivered

Ordered cat food from Chewy who ships FedEx on December 18. FedEx tracking [protected]. FedEx picked up in Ohio on December 19. Box made seven or eight stops enroute to San Francisco and last stop before San Francisco delivery was supposed to be South San Francisco facility. I was advised shipment was to arrive December 24, then December 26, then December 27. FedEx advised the shipment was lost somewhere from last stop in California to South San Francisco and they really don't care.
I have an elderly cat and one of the items I ordered is difficult to find in local stores. It accounts for most of his diet.
I have been a FedEx customer since March, 1973, right after the first opened for business. There service has gone down hill in recent years. They do not follow instructions about ringing the top bell which means that they have to redeliver because we didn't hear the downstairs bell ring.

Desired outcome: I want the order now and if they can't find it, ship it at no cost by air.

FedEx Lost /Stolen Forearm

On 12/13/2021 FedEx pick up the firearm from Cabela's in Wichita, Kc
Then on 12/14/2021, it was scanned in the FedEx hub in Memphis, Tn. That is the last known scan.
To be delivered on 12/15/2021 Cabela's in Boise Id.
On 12/17/2021 I contacted FedEx and they could not tell me why the firearm has made it to the destination. Now I am told the firearm is lost/Stolen.
