FedEx has had my package in Redmond since December 26 at 535 scan Redmond Washington I live in Redmond Washington called them on December 30 got us customer service number said they would call me back to that day no call called them again on December 31 said that they would look and call me back that day no call called January 2 said they would look for in call me back this is a medical product to help me with my wife stage IV cancer that I needed Monday, December 27 and often ask induce a we're looking

Your company is a dung heap There has been no update on this package for over a week and your customer service reps have dodged phone calls I am tired of your liars Had I known the product shipped was coming by your worthless company I would have cancelled

FedEx Waiting for 5 weeks

See photo attached. Now its December 31st and it hasn't moved since December 23rd. No one at FedEx seems to want to resolve this. They'd rather pay the shipper compensation for the product . $1, 600. How do you run a business like this?

Desired outcome: FedEx gets a federal fine levied. Maybe then they'll get off their [censored]. They've become a joke. Never EVER will I use them again.

FedEx Failure to FedEx my new debit card after I requested it be sent FedEx.

On December 23, 2021 I contacted Huntington Fraud between 11:30 am and 12:00 noon. My debit card had been hacked and I needed a new card. I specifically requested that they FedEx the card to me. The women told me it would cost $25. I told her I wanted the card By FedEx because I needed it as soon as possible. On December 28th I contacted Huntington Fraud to check on the status. Sharon told me the card was Not sent by FedEx and there was nothing indicating the card be sent by FedEx. Today is December 31st, my mail was just delivered and still no card. I am very angry. I will be paying a late fee on at least one account I have. This has been very inconvenient and I want some resolution for this persons actions.

Desired outcome: Huntington Fraud be responsible for the late fee I will be charged.

FedEx Poor driving

We were nearly ran off the road by a Fed-ex driver today (December 30, 2021 at approximately 3:25pm) on Interstate 80 in Indiana at mile post 145. He pulled into our lane without checking his mirrors forcing us to take to the shoulder. We had to slam on the brakes nearing getting rear ended by traffic. His trailer number was FEDZ554015. His smirk and hand gestures that he shared as we were able to finally pass certainly don't represent any level of professionalism on the part of Fed-ex

FedEx Can't deliver packages on time

Don't trust Fedex to deliver your package on time. A retailer shipped a package to me with a 12/23/21 delivery date. Fedex missed that day and the 24th, 26th, 27th, 28th and 29th. Each day except for the 29th they sent out an automated email that said "Your package is out for delivery between 10:05am and 2:20pm - they never got it to me. When calling their customer service reps I got the usual "we're experiencing higher than normal deliveries"… they have been saying this forever. On the 29th I stopped the delivery and sent it back to the retailer. It is poor management and the ability to hire and retain staff that keeps them from fulfilling their deliveries. I would never use them again if at all possible and try not to use retailers that do.

Desired outcome: Don't promise what you can't deliver

FedEx Driver did not deliver my order and reported that the package was delivered.

Driver reported that this package from Neiman Marcus was delivered at 11:13 on 12/22/21; however, it was not delivered. I reviewed my front door camera; and the driver never appeared at my door within several hours of the reported delivery time, and the package was never delivered to my address at 217 E. Cullerton Street, Chicago, Illinois 60616. It was also not delivered over the following days, and I did not receive any communication from FedEx.

Desired outcome: I would like the package delivered or hold the driver accountable for the pacakge

FedEx Driver did not place sealed envelope in mailbox

Driver intentionally tossed a package/ envelope over chainlink fence to be chewed by dogs. I know this because I have cameras. The package could have been place in the mailbox or even laid outside fence (other drivers do that). Drivers with larger packages have opted to not deliver packages because of the dogs and deliver the next day or I go pick it up at FedEx. Envelope was destroyed as well as its contents. This could have been avoided if the driver had better training or some common sense. I receive many packages from eBay, amazon, etc. This is the first time this happens. I am trying to get in contact with FedEx about their driver's negligence. I will go there in person if I have to. I believe I'm entitled to a full refund.

Desired outcome: Driver needs to be reprimanded. A refund!

FedEx Delayed shipping/not delivered

Ordered cat food from Chewy who ships FedEx on December 18. FedEx tracking [protected]. FedEx picked up in Ohio on December 19. Box made seven or eight stops enroute to San Francisco and last stop before San Francisco delivery was supposed to be South San Francisco facility. I was advised shipment was to arrive December 24, then December 26, then December 27. FedEx advised the shipment was lost somewhere from last stop in California to South San Francisco and they really don't care.
I have an elderly cat and one of the items I ordered is difficult to find in local stores. It accounts for most of his diet.
I have been a FedEx customer since March, 1973, right after the first opened for business. There service has gone down hill in recent years. They do not follow instructions about ringing the top bell which means that they have to redeliver because we didn't hear the downstairs bell ring.

Desired outcome: I want the order now and if they can't find it, ship it at no cost by air.

FedEx Lost /Stolen Forearm

On 12/13/2021 FedEx pick up the firearm from Cabela's in Wichita, Kc
Then on 12/14/2021, it was scanned in the FedEx hub in Memphis, Tn. That is the last known scan.
To be delivered on 12/15/2021 Cabela's in Boise Id.
On 12/17/2021 I contacted FedEx and they could not tell me why the firearm has made it to the destination. Now I am told the firearm is lost/Stolen.

FedEx Fed Ex Stole from me

Ordered a new phone from google.com and got 2nd day shipping. Turns out they use Fed Ex as a shipper and it turns out it was a huge mistake.
Received a tracking number and checked it after two days and it reported that my package was on the truck for delivery that day. I was home all day with front door open anxiously awaiting my package. It never showed up and I called customer service, and they told me a delivery was attempted and no one was home, which is a bunch of bull. Promised to put it back on the truck and deliver it next day. I told them I would be there looking for them all day. Next day comes and no Fed Ex truck comes to my house, but they do deliver a package to my next door neighbors house while I was outside waiting and the driver got back in his truck and drove away without stopping at my address. Called customer service again and they stated the driver attempted a delivery and no one was home . Again, a bunch of bull. Next day checked the tracking info and it said out for delivery, so there I sat with front door open again waiting all day. Just before it got dark a fed ex truck finally pulled in to my drive and driver got out to deliver the package. I saw him on camera walk up to the porch and drop the box and turn around and left. I ran to the door and picked up the box only to find that he had delivered an empty box. The box had been opened while in They're posse ion and the phone removed! I immediately ran to the truck before he drove away and confronted him. I told him he just delivered an open and empty box, so what's going on. He immediately started yelling at me about how he only delivers packages and if I had a problem I need to contact customer service. How Rude! I may have come off as angry to him but I believe anyone in my situation would have done the same. I stood in front of his truck and wouldn't let him leave until he called his dispatcher. He did and he told him to bring the box back and mark it as not delivered. He then drove away, and they said they would investigate. Now what happens? Fed Ex Has not contacted me. I think they are hoping I will just go away. I have contacted Google about the stolen phone and still have not heard from Fed Ex

Desired outcome: I want the person who opened the box and stole the phone held accountable.

FedEx Delays in delivering

A representative from the company emailed me to request information for purposes of delivering my package. After that I never heard back. The status of my package simply states that there is a clearance delay. Noone from the company has called me and the package was due to be delivered to me nearly 3 weeks ago in early December.

I've tried all of the numbers on their website and they just ring with no answer. I have been completely unable to speak to anyone in their offices to get information about my package.

Desired outcome: I would like a call from the company clearly informing me of the status and when I can receive my package

if you have a tracking number you can track it on their website. as for the email it sounds like someone was scamming you for your information. unless it was actually from fedex themselves [usually with the @fedex.com on the email] it wouldnt ask for more information about the package.

As for no one answering the phone. make sure you called during their hours of operation for customer service. Remember every company is on reduced staff aka skeleton crew [during the current pandemic] to deliver, sort, pickup, transport, and customer service sections of the company. So the phone just ringing might be that they are swamped.

did you get the robotic options menu when you called the customer service number?

Fedex did not bother to inform us about duty payable. After several emails to Ms. Priya, Ms, Veena, Mr. Syed etc. received an email in response.
We paid customs duty on Dec 16.
Till date - Dec 24, 2021.. no response from Fedex about delivery.
Persons we contacted but no response received from, are:

FedEx paid for overnight express and still waiting for delivery

paid for overnight express shipping and 3 days later it still hasn't arrived. Their text claim "beyond there control" But they delivery every winter in my location so there should be no B.S. about road conditions as the roads are open

FedEx Delivery

Fed Ex continues to deliver my packages to the wrong address. For over 3 years they deliver to the house next door. My address is 24B, yet they always refer it to 24 AptB. I always ask the shipper to be emphatic about this, yet Fed Ex obviously does not employ people with working brains, because this minor detail cannot be resolved. I always try to use a different shipping method...UPS or USPS, but sometimes a seller will not change. My only option at this point is to refuse to do business with anyone that uses only Fed Ex.

your building number is 24b? whats your door number? if its a complex where there is similar numbers like 24A, 24B, 24C its usually a good practice to write the address down to the letter. like if its Building 5b apt 23 so they dont send it to another house.

FedEx FedEx Driver Ran Over and Destroyed Two of My Driveway's Malibu Lights

The driver delivered my packages (TRK# [protected]) and then backed out my driveway, running off the driveway and running over and destroying two of my Malibu lights that illuminate my driveway. I proceeded to catch him delivering two doors down, and he admitted he backed up out of my driveway. I told him he destroyed two of my lights (not to mention my string of Christmas lights), and when I asked, "What can I expect Fed Ex to do?" he said call the 800#. To add to the damage, now my entire driveway light circuit is not lighting, and I'll likely need an electrician.

FedEx Pick up

Thursday I scheduled a pick up for a return package for Saturday.
it's about 100 pds so this morning i took it downstairs to be picked up.
it's 6:39 and I notice it's still in the hallway to be picked up.
So I call the 800 number only to be told it was re-scheduled for Monday with any notice or call.
Fedex doesn't pick up on Sat/Sun but it doesn't specify on the website when you schedule a pick up. And it lets you schedule one with a confirmation number...

FedEx Delivery Drivers

Regarding deliveries to Samuels Drive in Canton, NC 28716: This is a private, one lane, winding dirt road with posted speed limit of 10 mph. Drivers have been personally asked to observe the speed limit but most often they do not.
Today, Saturday Dec 18 approx 2:30pm, a driver nearly hit my daughter while she was driving home and just kept driving.

Desired outcome: I really hope that management will stress to their drivers to obey posted speed limits to avoid possible collisions and reduce wear on our road as it is a private road and maintained by me.

FedEx Delvery

The delivery service FedEx provides is irritating to say the least. The FedEx driver will just leave packages at the door without even ringing the doorbell. This has happened on numerous occasions. I complained with no resolution. This time my package was stolen. This doesn't just happen with deliveries. I also schedule pickups. The driver will not make the pick up, stating no one was available. My irritation level with FedEx is beyond comparison.
