But Still it has not Reached Kalasipalyam, Why is the Delay?

We are Taking Regular Follow Up but no Proper Response, no one is taking Seriousness.

We Request you to Kindly Deliver the Material Immediately Today Itself.

One consignment number [protected] was booked by Krishan Ghar new delhi to Krishan agri enterprises Agarpara Kolkata on 16th of November. Today when I enquire about the same I found the booked metireal has been laying on the New Delhi godown till date.

Due to late delivery of metireal I will lose my clients and order to surve. It will couse 102400 INR loss by the same. I need to know who will respond about it's?

Please confirm me within 24 hours otherwise I will go to make a complain in against of you to National consumer forum.

Dear Sir/ Madam

On Dated 14.07.2023 a shipment of Calcium Chloride quantity One Ton ( 25 Bags of 40 KG Each) was booked by our Consignor M/s Roop Krishnam Minerals from your Alwar Branch . On 20.07.2023 when our employee reached your Malerkotla branch to take the delivery of this material, it was not in good condition. Our staff person informed us that material is completely wet and none of our use now. When we talked to the concerned person at VRL Malerkotla branch, they told us that it happened as there was flood in Ambala Region. We refused to take the delivery of this shipment because the material was completely wet, stained and none of our use. (Images enclosed)

Malerkotla branch has informed us that they have submitted photos of damaged material via email to Alwar Branch and only the booking branch can process the claim process and they will provide all claim formalities for the same. Yesterday, when we talked to the Alwar Branch for a claim they clearly told us the material was in good condition when it was booked from here and the delivery Branch will provide a claim to this shipment. Please suggest to us how to get further with the claim process and whom to contact.

We request VRL Logistic Ltd Alwar or Malerkotla Branch. Kindly sort out the matter on top priority.Our material price was of Rs 14986/- which we have paid to Consignor. (Copy of Invoice Enclosed) Kindly arrange to provide claim of Rs 14986/- as soon as possible

I went to vrl shikaripur branch to book item to banglore at 10.00am but your staff asked me to come after as am busy, so after 12pm I went to branch but at that also he was busy wiih some his work and did not respond, after waiting 45 minute he responded rudly, sir I am businessman and my time is also valuable, it should be aware to your staff, and he should suggest what is the formality to book the item, but your staff said you dont know, how many time I should tell you, is it that you teach your staff, I felt ashamed as iam also a reputed man in shikaripur,

In particular to state they treat customer with no minimum respect, no questions or queries can be asked they abuse you for raising, employees are too old to perform and zero empathy, I have never experienced a work station just pretending like they working hard for no reason, blame games like kids, unsual reactions, they so happy to give complaint number, no customer service, I waited 4hrs for no reason, even after getting al documents required and tracking details, worst experience demand can't make organisation to treat customer with no respect, this behaviour of employees state company status (hoodi)

Date : 20.4.2022 from : mohali to : delhi tpt inward entry on 24.4.22 the above parcel was not located at your delivery godown and we were kept waiting from 12 noon till 3 p.M. But still we were not able to recieve the delivery on 28th of april and were told to leave as they will inform as soon they find the parcel. This was a very urgent consignment for us due to which we have faced huge loss and appeal to the transport ahtorities to compensate our loss.

You have to know about this how could a good transport deliver goods to their customers... We are paying for good services and not for getting financially and mentally harassment.

My Parcel was delivered in VRL logistics office on 10/10/2021 food product and they had kept in store room till 16/10/2021 and goods was damage by rats it worth of 3138rs lr no [protected] I want my recovery amount for the demage of goods and the manager of VRL logistics was rude and behaviour was bad not responding ! dhanalaxmi dryfruits and sweets Karwar uttarkannada 581301

I spoke to this guy whose number is 8951568345

He told me the rate was Rs. 85 per kilo including GST & Packaging to move stuff from Bangalore to Bombay.

Then he sent packers to pack and move my luggage. He did not carry a weighing scale at this point. And told me he will let me know the weight of the luggage by end of day.

He then calls me and tells me the total weight is 180 kgs, to which I told him it is not possible. He told me now I had no choice but to pay 19000 INR (approx).

Now when the boxes arrive, I check the weight which is also mentioned on his own receipt which is 120 kilos. And he says I can file a police complaint even then they will not refund the money they have wrongfully taken from me.

It says a lot about the company.

I am also attaching the receipt so you know.

Please do not book them and DO NOT USE VRL Courier's services. They are fraud and cheaters and will con you. I hope this review helps you make a better decision. I totally recommend not opting for their services.

We have booked two consignment on 16.1.2021. Llr no; [protected] and [protected]. Addressed max gears, sangli and Dj electronics Bangalore. On these two consignment boxes llr nos wrongly mentioned by vrl koppal and sent opposite boxes to each parties. Now vrl koppal is not responding to get back these consignments or delivering correct boxes to each parties.

Last saturday, i've sent a consignment from chennai tpt (cnitpt) branch of vrl logistics to trivendrum north (tvmnr).

When the consignment reaches me on yesterday (09/09/2020), a product (helmet number lock worth rupees 450) was missing from my consignment.

I have been talking to VRL Customer Service many times but no response is being received. our two consignments are missing from many days and cannot be tracked.

On the same day, the second vendor sent the goods by V express for Okhla office and got the goods .

My agent booked package on 11/02/2020 but VLR is taking up to load to container on 17/02/2020!
It's a very bad response and service from VRL I NEVER EXPECTED FROM VRL?!. an every day I lost 6k regarding to irresponsible of VRL.

I fought with our agent to book with VRL only now he is telling ridiculous VRL.. not having a time sense.

We proudly telling VRL is one of the most good logistics company but we never expected by VRL like this type of service..Ashamed.
