I bought a Eureka Forbes water Purifier nearly 7 months back. They had mentioned at the time of sales that they provide the best service to the customer. In my case nobody came for the service after 3 month or 6 months which they were supposed to do. Then suddenly my machine reported some fault. I made a complaint to the toll free number and they gave me a code number. They told the same day a person would visit me and solve the problem.
Nobody turned up. I used to call almost everyday, and had to describe the entire problem regularly. Then after nearly 20 days one guy came who did not even know to open the machine. He told he would come the very next day and we kept waiting days and weeks. After inquiring with others I came to know that most of the people in our are are getting the same kind of experience and they seldom do the service properly.
If your machine fails they will not turn up. Those who came gave some vague answers and nothing got right. In between I contacted the people who sold the machine to us. They told service is not their division. For the past 2 months We are not able to get filtered water. My friends are telling me that I have done a mistake by selecting this brand.
Will Eureka Forbes be responsible for any health issues arising from this. If they can refund the money and take the machine, we would be greatly happy and can go for another brand.
This is the worst Experience I had from any brands. If they are not able to repair the machine (booster model) they should not sell it. Better they stop marketing it and taking the health of the people into their hands.

We have lodged a complaint regarding the service to the Water Purifier last Thursday 6/9/2012. On Friday he came & checked it & said that the purifier filter has damaged. He said that he will bring new one & install on Saturday. But he has not yet came till date.Customer care is not responding for our calls.
Vacuum Cleaner wet and dry- Euroclean purchased one month ago not working prpoerly. No response by the local (coimbatore, Tamil nadu, India) . detailed complaint and the manner of cheating by the local sales authorities was sent to you vide e.mail : acctscbr1@eurekaforbes.com. but that too has no response.

Aquaguard is not able to purify the water. Beware all!

Recently one month back I brought water filter from Eureka Forbes Aquaguard, Model - Gold Nova. The instrument was faulty from the time of installation, the on-off button was not operational, I complaint the same to in installation engineer at the time of installation, but he refuse to take back the unit, and ask me to complaint to the sales person whose made the deal. I contacted him many times but always received falls promises of replacing the unit but so far no action has bean taken, after one month the unit is idle at my place. This is very poor quality of service from the company!
I bought a Water Purifier from a Eureka Forbes saleman : Satish Gupta, ph: [protected] who made false promises about innovative features of the machine and manged to trick me into the deal. The machine had a fault and this guy was missing for 2 days and always rejected our calls. I called a police official and asked him to help me trace him and only after that he answered my fone. Then too he had the guts to deny what all he had promised and also said 'bravely' that " Jo karna hai kar lo chahe police mein chale jao" I contacted his manager Naresh Kumar, ph: [protected], who assured me falsely that he will 'look into the matter' but did do anything as expected. I m surprised how senior n juniors of this company are jointly tricking customers and are so fearless and dare to misbehave with the customer. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND BUY SOME LOCAL PURIFIER.

eureka forbes is company which gains money by marketing and service because the market there product with false guarantee and earn money in service, like reviva ro in which they speak to customer that you will have problem free three year but true come after a year service person when we pay 4500 for their service extension period and filter change cost 4000 per year so this company will change their product and marketing persons

Promises: Verbal and Written. The representative will offer those promises which are fair and can be fulfilled within the company's policies. The representative shall give accurate and understandable answers to all questions from the customers regarding the product, price or any other matter related to the product or services.
Commitment: The representative will offer those commitments which can be honoured within the company's policy and within the time frame given by the company.
The representative will honour the commitment within the time frame given by the company regarding:
Advances to be converted into sales
Delivery of the products
Installation of the products, if required
Deputation of representative
Within Warranty, Out of Warranty
Within Contract, Out of Contract
Need based Services.
In my experience, their commitments are only on paper. They can thrive only in a country like India where they can escape with any sort of misrepresentation.
