I bought a Eureka Forbes water Purifier nearly 7 months back. They had mentioned at the time of sales that they provide the best service to the customer. In my case nobody came for the service after 3 month or 6 months which they were supposed to do. Then suddenly my machine reported some fault. I made a complaint to the toll free number and they gave me a code number. They told the same day a person would visit me and solve the problem.

Nobody turned up. I used to call almost everyday, and had to describe the entire problem regularly. Then after nearly 20 days one guy came who did not even know to open the machine. He told he would come the very next day and we kept waiting days and weeks. After inquiring with others I came to know that most of the people in our are are getting the same kind of experience and they seldom do the service properly.

If your machine fails they will not turn up. Those who came gave some vague answers and nothing got right. In between I contacted the people who sold the machine to us. They told service is not their division. For the past 2 months We are not able to get filtered water. My friends are telling me that I have done a mistake by selecting this brand.

Will Eureka Forbes be responsible for any health issues arising from this. If they can refund the money and take the machine, we would be greatly happy and can go for another brand.

This is the worst Experience I had from any brands. If they are not able to repair the machine (booster model) they should not sell it. Better they stop marketing it and taking the health of the people into their hands.

We have entered into a Service contract No. AG 96B [protected] with Eureka Forbes valid upto 7.10.09. We logged a service call # B2570 with their service center on 12.02.08 and till date nobody has turned up. Their Service franchisee Srishti Services mentioned in the service ontract has palmed off the service to Pride International who are supposed to be sending a technician. Repeated calls to Pride International for follow up have been frustrating because there does not seem to be any service call management process in place and everyday they seem to be recording a fresh call. My subsequent efforts with the Branch Manager Mr. Umesh, Mr.Deviah the service manager whose mobile is perpetually off and the K.H.Road office have yielded no result. Consumers who may be planning to purchase Eureka Forbes products may do so at their own risk because this is a company who just want to sell and scoot. I would be grateful if others who have gone through this experience can join me in bringing this issue of pathetic service to the attention of the Consumer Protection Council of India.

I purchased Eureka Forbes some where in July'09. Till now, I haven't received my original invoice, which they promised that we will get rebate in INcome Tax. But without original bill with me, how I can claim. I have contacted many times the person who sold to me and also many times the local office, but all went in vain. Even, I wrote many mails and sent thru my grievance thru feedback available on the internet, but no response. Nobody in the company takes responsibility nor try to resolve the problem.

Dont purchase their products since there are responsive and no help will be done, if problem comes.

I purchased a water purifier - Aqua Guard from M/s Eureka Forbes through their sales agent at Dr.A.S.Rao Nagar, Hyderabad outlet (Phone no. 040-[protected]) during the 1st week of June 2007.

Since 30/09/2007, the system is not functioning in order and there water outlet has to be adjusted for proper outflow of water. When contacted the sales agent Mr.Gangadhar (mobile no. [protected]), he promised to send a person by evening or latest by 1/10/2007. Meanwhile, he also suggested me to log a complaint at their office who will forward the same to their Secunderabad office. My Complaint no. booked at Dr.A.S.Rao Nagar outlet is 2038 and the complaint no. at the Secunderabad office is 41348.

It is said that a service person will attend to the complaint with 48 hours. Today is the 6th day. It is very sad that even after repeated reminders, there is nobody to attend to my problem.

Very poor service!

We are a college group. 4 Acqua guards were purchased and is now maintained in the college boys hostel at IIIT-Gothapatana.The water in all the acquaguard are not cooling in the acquaguard. All are under grantee period.
Last service made was on 10.5.12.
Request for servicing of the 4 Acquaguards at IIIT College Hostel.

I had put in a service request for the installation and repair of my Eureka Forbes aqua guard. The request was registered with id SRI26/4. I was assured that somebody from service department would get in touch with me. But i just kept on waiting. I gave repeated calls to call center and got apologizing responses with everytime a new false promise that somebody will be sent on the same day. I tried to contact their manager Ms Veena also. But i think she is also part of the game coz she never picks up her phone.

More so their is no grievance link in the Eureka Forbes website. To add to my pain, the site boasts of the best service.

Can somebody suggest me what can we do as an individual against these companies who take their customer for granted.

There is improper service provided to us.We called customer service over five times but for our problem (the problem with motherboard of our water purifier)is not met properly.Either a old motherboard is fitted by service provider or a board is fit which worked only for few hours, and is not working again.This board was adjusted on 17/09/2011.We have AMC done, which valid up to 14/06/2012.
I request that our problem should met as soon as possible.

My water purifier is not in working condition frrom the past 3 days. I've launched my complain on 16 May 2011 in the authorised service center of eureka forbes. They gave us the assurance of surely attending my complaint in the next 24 hours Till now nobody has turned up. My complaint number is [protected]. We are managing without water for the past 3 days without water in such weather conditions where the temperature is rising to 45 degrees. The response from the service center has been pathetic. They have been making fool of us by giving us wrong timings and numbers. We have also taken AMC on 04 jan 2011. The servicing of our water purifier is also due. The filter was to be changed this year which is also due.
I would be very thankful to you if you could take up some strict action against them.

I registered my request to re-install my system to my new residence closeby on 25th April. Even after several reminders, I am still waiting for a representative to help me out. My request no is [protected]. This is frustrating, especially when you go for a brand and find out that the after sales service is really pathetic. Every time I call, they just assure me that their rep will come very same day and in vain. I have vacated the old house and has to continue requesting the owner that I will get the purifyier within a day or 2..

I have paid a chaque favouring Eureka Forbes Ltd. for delivery of Water purifier.But so far product has not been delivered neither company is responding.Sales person Mr.Pandey is not traceable through mobile.Chaque is realised and amount deposited in cimpanus account.It is more than 10 days company is not delivering the product at given address

I have purchased sensa [protected] on 03jul10 from mathura through sanjeev sharma css code 9008163. machine was installed on 03 jul 10.
It worked for 4days only. complaint was regd with service centre on 08 jul 10 at mathura.mechanic visited my house next day and rectified the fault partly. he said that sensor was not working .he assured that he will put up demand for new part.
machine has been non functional since then.
I rang up again after 5days. mechanic came and examined machine and said that sensor was un serviceable and could not be repaired. he recommended for change of machine by sales manager mr sharma.i have been speaking regularly to sales manager at mathura and hesaid there is no mechine in stock.
beyond this neither the company rep has taken any action nor the mnc has initiated any action despite repeated complaints. the best part is that the consumer redressal no they flash in their ads is unreachable most of times and if you get through they make you wait for hours
LESSON: DO NOT BUY ANY EUREKA FORBES PRODUCT. PERHAPS THE COMPANY IS GOING BANKRUPT THAT IS WHY AFTER SALES SERVICES ARE BEING DECOMMISIONED

I purchased an RO purifier on 24 April, 2010.Within 4 mnths it has stopped working...after trying really hard I got hold of Cust.Care exe..
who has been of no help.After 4-5 days of constant harassing telephonic conversations...I am being asked to change some membrane or the other...which will reportedly cost me Rs.2300..my question is after buying a product of rs.10000... why am i being asked to spend another 2300 within 4 mnths ..well under its warranty period ? Does the company have any accountability towards its customers ? the Cust. Care execs who deal with us are the worst behaved people i have ever encountered. Based on this experience.. i will do everything to discourage people to buy an eureka forbes product.

We ordered and paid for a Classic Aqua Guard filter from Mr Ravi Sahane on the 19th July 2007- I was supplied a lower cost model by him 4-5 days after the cheque was given to him. I filed a complaint with the company by email as there wa no response from the Customer Care no supplied by the company. I was assured by Miss Suprya who infd she looks after the Customer Care dept (on the 16th Aug07) that she is looking into the complaint and will resolve the issue by installing the ordered filter in one day. Mr Sahane then called me on the 20th Aug07 and infd me that he would install the machine before 11am on 21st Aug07, (He did not answer my calls and when I called from a STD booth he infd that the issue will be resolved immediately) I have gone late to office, my wife skipped her tuitions so that the filter may be installed.
Mr Sahane came this morning (21Aug07) and said that he will install by 4pm- my wife skipped the tuitions today and waited for him till 5:15pm but he did not turn up nor did he call with any information - This is harassment to me and my wife- I have decided to file a complaint against him and the company- Any advice on this will be highly appreciated as we have lost faith on Eureka Forbes and their employees.

The water is not coming out of the Unit. I made the complaint to your local call center on 02-10-2007 at 10.27 AM with complaint No. K429. That complaint has been forwarded to M/S Samaritan Services on the same day at 07.30 PM Till date, the Service Engineer not visited our premises to repair the Instrument. Every Time, if I am having the complaint, the repair gets completed after 4 or 5 days, but in worst case, the time taken I one week also. On 1st of October only, the Service Engineer visited our residence and serviced the Instrument and got extended my Service Contract for 2 years. For this complaint, I have contacted your local call office in Chennai on today [protected]) at about 01.30 PM, One of your call center Executive, Mr Jai attended the call and assured me that the Service Engineer will attend your repair to-day itself. But Nobody turned up even after 06.00 PM, I have contacted again. Mr. Jai attended the call but answered very lethargically that what can I do for the Service Engineer has not attend your repair. I asked him to provide me the phone number of M/s Samaritan Services, he gave me the wrong number [protected] which is not in existence. Again I have contacted the Call Center, One Mr.Naresh attended me gave the correct No. [protected]. I have contacted this number, but the attended person is told me that she is House wife and nothing do with my complaint. In this circumstance, I have suffered with mental agony and I am in doubt that when my instrument get repaired. What is the use in putting the service Contract for not doing the service in right time. Is this a way towards consumer. Therefore, I have no other go except to approach the Consumer Court.

There was a fair going on at big bazaar, Highland park, Kolkata on 22.12.07. There we were offered a free trial of 15 days for Aquagaurd Total RO system. On 23rd of December your salesman Mr. Dibakar Chakroborty Code 9001911 (Mobile no: [protected]) came and took an advance cheque of Rs 12500 & Rs 2000 in cash for the same vide receipt no: 027073 dated 23/12/2008. We were told that the machine would be fixed in an hour but the set was found defective after installation. Earlier we had Aquagaurd Nova. The machine was not fixed for a day & we had to Purchase mineral water to drink. The salesman told us that the next day he would replace it. But till today he has not replaced it and is telling that there is no stock. The next day he fixed back the old machine on 24.12.07. Since he could not supply the machine. We do not understand, that if there was no stock, why do you hurry to take the cheques and fail to deliver your product in time. Due to delay we are no longer interested in your product.. On 3.1.08, Mr. Dibakar Chakroborty assured the machine will be definitely be installed on 6.1.08. But he failed. We have been telling the salesman to return our advance & cheque, but he is not returning it. It is just wasting our time and money on phone calls.

I have purchased the water purifier from eureka forbes and I am using it for more than a year. Once after the warranty period is over I made the AMC contract with the Eureka fobes for the further service. But now there are not ready give the service and they are delaying it from past two months. Every time when I call them they are raising the complainant but none of them came to attending the complainant. Its not at all necessary we to call them, they have to come themselves to service instead we are calling them and requesting them saying we don’t have any other resource for Drinking water and we are suffering for the drinking water. The Eureka fobes people is showing very much negligence and the total staff is waste and special senior member are totally waste. Please any one look into this issue.

i by a AQUAGUARD TOTAL SENSA WATER PURIFIER FROM ASANSOL (WEST BANGLE ) salesman. on 17.11.2009 by Rs. 17900/-.after some time it stop working, will calling the service man come and fix the problem,
but after some time it hapend again till date i am facing the problem, now the service man is not coming, after many complane the service man doesn't come so the filter still out of order .
i also like to in form you that i have service contract of Rs 3975/- on 28.04.2011 by you authorized person Mr JUSBIR SINGH

how i just want to know that am i fooled by a company like EUREKA FORBES

I am owning a Eureka forbes Aqua guard Model name Reviva since Jan.10, Which is RO Purifier, and they say it will convert the hard water into a drinkable water, but the problem is the continious leakage of water from back side even after 1-2 times repairing from the company service person & whenever i give a complaint i need to make a lot of followup with each person including the service man. Even at the time of installation they have damaged out overhandtank valve. After complaint to company they have committed to compensate the loss but they have not compensate it. There is no matter of Money. The only thing is customer service & committment .I have worst experience customer service from from a company like eureka forbes Ltd.

I have AMC contract for the below mentioned RO.
It is going to be very critical as we are not at all satisfied with the services, thatswhy I am giving you in writing- I am the customer from last 10 years, but from last 3 years, when I am finding the problem, always I used to suffer.

For your notice that, I am very much fed-up with the services from last four months, and almost I have given 3 to 4 times complaints in euro helpline-[protected] and also to the technician daily 2 to 3 times but either they did not respond and if they used to attend, answer we get is, sir i will come in the evening, but nobody visits, and there is no solution given, and from the day,

Problems faced by me-
1) My RO is leaking from the day
2) due to leakage the plate got junk, the screws can not be taken out.
3) the adaptor damaged due to leakage.
4) connector to be changed
5) blue pipe(outlet) is too short, this happen when they did not visit on time.

For all the above reasons I have told no of times, but always i used to listen that material is not in stock.

Pls. do the needful to resolve the issue ASAP.

We purchased two no of water filter about 3 months back. Immediately after installation, within a day or two, we faced leakage problem. The water leaks from the filter unit and drips continuously. We got a call from the sales office regarding the feedback about a month after the installation. We were promised immediate service but still the problem remained unattended.

I also made a tele- complaint (Complaint no: [protected] - executive name Ms Shefali) about a week back.

However till date, I havent received any call / nor any visit from the service centre.

I am really not satisfied with the service and wonder how a company so old and reputed could ignore a customer for so long.

I regret having referred Eureka Forbes to several of my friends and relatives and vow to dissuade them from using their products.

I have bought a new house in Goregaon (India) and wanted a engineer / a technician to come to my place and reinstall my aqua guard. My first call to their help line ([protected]) was made on Apr 17 '07 and since then I am calling this number each day. I do not understand why it should take this long for them to attend to my call. I really regret buying a aqua guard from Eureka Forbes and I strongly recommend everybody not to but one. Horrible service.

i have purchased 'aquaguard total ro reviva' from eureka forbes ltd. from D.VIJAY ANAND from Arden fair pai layout, old madras road, bangalore on12th sept'10, i have called them 100 times for not receiving the bill, but there was no response, now i am fadup, i dont know what to do. there sevice is very poor, and i will advice to all who are buy this product there is no surity of getting the bill.

I purchased Eureka Forbes "water purifier" on 4th Aug 2007. After 7 days my installation is not complete and I am not able to use the newly purchased device.

Yesterday only company engineer promised me that he will be completing the remaining work by the next day. But instead he reported the installation to be complete against my name.

This is very bad experience I faced. I cannot express the headache and mental agony I felt. I have to bear with this kind of service as the support office is also not taking it to be serious issue.

I bought this product JUST 3 MONTH BACK and Now it is under the annual service contract by Eureka Fobes. Now it is not working. I have logged several complaints to their head office through net and also their local service center regarding this and no one has come to my place and they have not tried to contact me as well. Their service is one of the worst after sales support. My sincerer advise for the people is not to buy the eureka forbes products. THEY HAVE NO ARRANGEMENTS FOR SPARE PARTS.

Their customer support is also pathetic. No one listens to us. I am planing to file a case in the consumer court for this. Please encourage all your friends not to buy any product from eureka fobes. They are the No1 cheater in this world. I regret for buying this product!

once upon a time eureka forbes was giving me good service . but it has gone tfrom good o bad to worse and now worst. In the last 2 years, i have never had my service in one phone call. it ranges from 8-10 calls for every service i had. Even more worst is the personnel at the call taking centre; they are the most discourteous. what is eureka fprbes management doing? i would like to know. if you want to know more from me please call me at [protected]

I bought Eureka Aquaflo some time back, till last year when the after sales service was with the private organizations I had no problem in services, but after the company has taken over the AMC it has become worst. I had to complain and wait for 3 to 4 days till they come for service, but before i used to get my work done in 8 hours. I wanted either the management to take this matter seriously or give the maintenance contract to private franchisees as earlier otherwise they will loose lot of customers.

I have a classic aquaguard water filter.I informed over phone to the service centre, Bangalore ([protected]) to attend the job with change of carbon, filter element and iron filter.The incharge gave me another no of one Mr Raju to be contacted.He, Mr Raju assured to come in the next day with said materials .In the next day your office phoned me to my no [protected] and assured to come in the next day..But as per your prevailing culture the service man did not attend the job and by this time 15 days have already been passed..Now my question is that are you only interested in selling the equipments?Then who is responsible for service?Is it not an obligation on your part?Please give your comments immeadetely
.I also want to remind you that when, I was transferred from Kolkata to Bangalore, we did not get any help from your end inrespect of installation of the said unit inspite of, repeated request from my end.If you think you can prosper by ignoring services then you are living in a foolish paradise.If I do not get required assistance from your end then I would have no option other than to write to one of your Board of Directors.

After having lodged a request to eureka forbes, for the last8 days no one has turned up... none of the customer service execs are ready to take responsibility & just keep making fake promises. Though the product charges a premium when it comes to the servicing they just don't seem to be bothered about the customers.

The customer service execs don't even have the capability to escalate matters internally & ensure that the customer is able to talk to a senior person. Just because we have given a premium for the product, we continuing it else such a product should be just thrown out!

The sales person promised to give a eurekaforbes bag while saling the product. We paid the whole amount and that day he told the bags are not in stock we will give you in the coming week.

Its almost 3 months over but nobody has given us the bag. When we call them they do not speak properly and show DADAGIRI, and they tell do whatever you want I am not going to give you the bag.

I tried calling the Sahakar Nagar office also but of no use. I want to report this issue to higher officials because this effects the company reputation in the market.

We have contacted the call center 5 times, and requested for servicing of our aquaguard. But there has been no response and no body comes for servicing. This is sheer negligence on the part of Eureka Forbes, and i will make it a point not to recommend buying of aquaguard from Eureka Forbes for its POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE!

Theservice record sheet of my product is not being shown to me in spite of my appliance being under continuous AMC. I suspect that an earlier year's filter candle was not given to me as per terms of AMC.

I regret to inform you that I purchased an Aacquva guard water purifier (Classic) on 02.10.2009 from Dealer of Allahabad City (UP). Following conditions have not been fulfilled by the dealer/service center:
01. The receipt of the advance amount Rs. 500/- was given to me the balance amount was paid by the cheque dt 03.09.2009 but the receipt & bill have not been received as yet.
02. The Corban of the Aacquva guard water purifier (Classic) was to be changed within the six month of the purchase/installation but inspite of so many reminders it has not been done sofar it had not been done till 21.08.2010 as a result the Aacquva guard water purifier (Classic) stopped functioning from 21.08.2010. After so many telephonic complaints to the local dealer it could only be attended on 31.08.2010
Because of negligence on your part there was a major breakdown in the machine . Hence you are requested to either change the Aacquva guard water purifier (Classic) or extend the warranty period for which the proper service & maintenance was not provided by the dealer. Kindly direct the dealer to issue proper bill & money receipt of the same within 02 days. If you fail to do this I will be forced to take the case in Upbhokta Forum.

i have service contract of three years with eureka forbes for water purifier .i had launched a complaint of my water purifier. the technician said one part is broken it has to be replace. so he told he will be back within 2 days. but after 2 days no reply . so after that after i asked about my complaint status the lady who receives the complaints answered very very roudly . the aproach was very roud to the customer. i took the no of the head of the service department n called him but all the time his no is temporarily out of service. since 4 days his phone is not working . so again i called up to the office and asked about my complaint and the no of head. so that lady asked me very roudly what is the relation between your complaint and the head? this is not the way to speak to your customer. and this is not the first time i have experienced but but 4/5 time before also same thing happend. the staff who receives the complaint is very very roud of aurangabad office in maharashtra. i am facing probelms of drinking water. so pl solve my problem within 2 days. and keep proper staff for customer servvice centre.

i m purchasing a reviva ro in september 2006. but ur dealer would not be cheke the tds of water. and istall the machein. the normal water t.d.s. is 300 after r.o. the t.d.s.is 0nly 28. it is very serious for health. i was unknown about the techniqal term of water. and the dealer misguide and sell his machien. to day ur marketing team come and tell this matter that very low t.d.s. water is harmfull. so pl. exchange my machien with any other product which can be use in that atmosphere.

I have purchased the RO + UV water purifier but in every three months the filter get chocked & no one ready to attend the complain. We already complained through Customer Care regarding such problem in the name of my father Mr. N L Agrawal but still nothing happen no one has came to attend the problem & no response has came from your side.I will never preffered any one for Eureka Forbes. Its an worst company i have seen in my life while i am the very old customer of this company.
