Appliances Online Disappointing Experience with Appliances Online: From Legendary to Lackluster Service

from "Legendary Service" to "Lackluster Service". I recently had a terrible experience with this online store. I purchased a new fridge and it arrived dead on arrival. When I contacted their customer service, they told me that they don't have a change of mind policy and that I couldn't return the fridge for a refund. I was shocked and disappointed. I thought that a company that claims to provide legendary service would be more understanding and accommodating.

To make matters worse, I found out that Appliances Online ships returned items to other customers without checking them first. This means that you could end up with a faulty product that someone else has already returned. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of care for their customers.

Overall, I would not recommend Appliances Online to anyone. Their lack of a change of mind policy and their careless handling of returned items make them a risky choice for anyone looking to purchase appliances online. If you want to avoid the hassle and disappointment of dealing with this company, I suggest looking elsewhere for your appliance needs.

Appliances Online Terrible Experience with Appliances Online: No Refund, No Help, No Dishwasher

I've had a lot of trouble with Appliances Online. I've called them many times, but they always tell me to deal with the manufacturer. They even gave me instructions to fix my dishwasher myself! Can you believe that? And when I asked for a refund, they refused. It's been a real headache dealing with them. I'm going to call them again in two weeks to see what excuse they come up with next. Honestly, I'm at my wit's end. I don't have a dishwasher and I can't get my money back. I really think people should be careful when dealing with this company. I might even have to go to the ACCC with my complaint. It's just not fair that I'm stuck with a broken dishwasher and no way to get my money back.

Appliances Online Appliances Online: Disappointing Customer Service and Lack of Communication

So, I decided to give Appliances Online a try and ordered a treadmill for $2300. I was excited to get my hands on it and start working out at home. However, after waiting for a month, I still hadn't received any delivery notification or updates. I was starting to get worried and decided to call them to find out what was going on.

To my surprise, I was told that there was no order pending and that the item I had ordered was "discontinued". I couldn't believe it! If I hadn't called them, they would have just slept on the payment they had already received. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with their lack of communication and customer service.

What made matters worse was that they didn't even offer me any remorse or an apology for the inconvenience caused. I felt like they didn't care about their customers and were only interested in making a profit. It was a terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
