We have AMC with Manjalpur, Vadodara agency. Leakage in candle was informed to them on phone no [protected] on 06/10/2006. We reminded the agency on 10/10/2006 and11/10/2006. Our every call was received with a promise to solve our problem by evening the same day. But till date our complaint is unattended. We had similar experience in 2004 when after about 15 days our problem was solved after we could contact their main service manager Mr. Pankaj Taylor.

Water purifier(RO) sometime works ,sometimes not. We have already done AMC of our water purifier. After Service engineer visit, RO works properly, after sometime (approx one month) our purifier do not work.
Photo attached switch is on but RO not working.

I have purchased 2 product and for both of the product I have purchased extended AMC and warranty. But only one of the product have been updated. I have been contacting the teams for more than a month but the team is keeping me waiting. My call is kept on block list by the sales person. No one is responding to my query.
Service complaints are not attended even after a week
Paid annual maintenance contract
Still not attending even though the water purifier stopped working for past one week
Refer to your request no.CM-061224-[protected]. No one has called me so far to resolve the matter. Against the payment of Rs.2,804.00, you have refunded only 1,804.00. Please refund the balance Rs.1,000.00 immediately. Almost a month and still following up for refund.
I'm contacting Eureka Forbes - India from last 6 days to replace the filters. My water filer is not working and is dead. Its poor response from Seniors as well.
Please return my AMC money back since you do not provide any service.

I m using last five years and i m fully satistified and i refered my friend also .. And they are using this product and they are also satify about this stuff .. But AMC and CMC is expensive .. That is the issue and price also ..
