I had order water purify order id: dnc1k8cv69258312 from eureka forbes official website and when technician came to installed, he said the item is defective and not work you need to replace the item. I raised replacement and from 4 days I am e=waiting for eureka forbes executive to call and arrange pick up and send new item but there is no response from them. We are waiting from 5 days to get it resolved.
Recommendation: buy from HUL but don't buy from eureka forbes

Did the official complain through mail but no revert from eureka forbes team.

Make an official complaint with the customer service of Eureka Forbes. If there is no response within, file a case in consumer forums or social media networks with a mention of the company concerned. Think about challenging the payment if the issue continues unresolved.
