Do not buy from Snow Brothers in Lyndhurst, Ohio! I bought around $9,000.00 worth of kitchen appliances from this store. My salesman, Jeff, agreed twice to deliver my appliances to my home, not just to my garage as my builder wanted. However, the delivery crew refused to put the refrigerator inside my home, giving many excuses. I called the store and talked to Bill and Melissa, but they both hung up on me. Buy your appliances somewhere else!

I ordered a dishwasher on 9/1 and they emailed my invoice on 9/2 and took payment for it on 9/3 after I spoke to Melissa *** about delivery date. She told me that the nearest date would be in October. I agreed and we set up the date for 10/2 exactly one month after I ordered it. I called the company on 9/30 to establish an ETA time for my delivery. I was told that they would call me the day before with that information. On Friday 10/1, I received an email from Melissa telling me that I couldn't get my dishwasher delivered on Saturday 10/2 because she just looked up my address and realized that I lived on the west side and they only delivered there on Tuesdays and Fridays and could wait until Tuesday 10/5. She didn't bother to call me, I had to call her. She assumed that I lived on the east side. I told no and she had three choices to resolved this. #1) Since it's Friday deliver it today. According to her that was not possible. #2) Deliver it tomorrow like they promised. Strike two. #3) Cancel my order and refund my money. Reluctantly she agreed. ONE WHOLE MONTH OF MY TIME AND NOT ONE APOLOGY. Do not patronize this company. I wish I had read these reviews before I did.

Snow Brothers Appliance I bought $6,000.00 worth of appliances from Snow Brothers

I bought $6,000.00 worth of appliances from Snow Brothers. My salesman was Joe P. and he has been really disappointing. Joe was really bad at keeping me updated on when my appliances would arrive. I had to call every week to ask if any of my six appliances were in. You would think he would check on all of them, but no, I had to ask about each one separately. Joe never took the initiative to keep me informed. My washing machine was delivered with a dent in the front. The delivery person said if they took it back, I wouldn't get another one for 6 months. They made a call and said I could get a refund of $75.00, but I still haven't received it. Then my dishwasher was delivered, but the door wouldn't close. I was told to call Total Appliance to come and fix it. Really? It just got delivered! It turns out the whole inside of the dishwasher was caved in, so they had to send another one. This took 3 weeks. Next, my range was delivered. The delivery men were really nice, but they hooked up my range wrong, which caused a gas leak and the fire department had to come to my house. I still haven't heard from Joe. I chose to shop at Snow Brothers because I thought they must be a great company since they've been in business for years. I have been so disappointed.

The older one, Jermaine, look at my house door and immediately stated it needed to come off the hinges. It is not possible to remove that very heavy metal door from the hinges. Snow Brothers Appliance The delivery of the fridge last week was a total mess

The delivery of the fridge last week was a total mess. They didn't even go to the right door as mentioned in the email. Now they have the audacity to ask for a $50.00 re-delivery fee for THEIR mistake. Tomorrow is the scheduled re-delivery, but I really hope they waive the fee.

I had a problem with a washing machine that Snow Brothers Appliance Co. delivered to my home. They sent out a whole appliance repair team to fix it, even though it was supposed to be a brand new machine. Unfortunately, the problem got worse on the same day, making it unsafe to have it plugged in at home. I asked for either an exchange or a refund. The manager, ***, told me that the new washing machine would have to be repaired three times before they would consider replacing it.

Snow Brothers Appliance Me and my wife got a GE Washer from *** back in May

Me and my wife got a GE Washer from *** back in May . It's been a whole year and we've been dealing with a super frustrating issue. The spin cycle just doesn't finish properly, so we have to keep redoing our towels and sheets over and over again. It's seriously annoying, you know? And to top it off, this washer is crazy loud when it's doing the rinse cycle. It's like a whole orchestra of noise. So, what can we do about this? We've been loyal customers of *** for a long time, and we ain't about to go out and buy a brand new washer or pay for some expensive service. Oh, and let me tell you about the dryer too. Right after we bought it, the motor started acting up. I've been trying to get in touch with ***, but she hasn't bothered to return any of my calls or emails. It's just plain frustrating, you know?

Snow Brothers Appliance Bosch refrigerator came with dents in two drawers

Bosch refrigerator came with dents in two drawers. Snow Brothers talked to manager through an appliance repair service, who ordered new doors. The manufacturer can't say when doors will ship. I paid 50% upfront. Snow Brothers wanted full payment even though doors aren't fixed yet. I didn't want to pay remaining 50%. After a few weeks, Snow Brothers employee called and demanded full payment or they'd take back the refrigerator. I reluctantly paid and filed a dispute with my credit card company.

Snow Brothers Appliance I bought a whole bunch of kitchen appliances from Snow Brothers Appliance Co

I bought a whole bunch of kitchen appliances from Snow Brothers Appliance Co. When we got them, they told us that if there were any issues after our contractor installed them, we should call within two weeks. Well, our beverage cooler doesn't work, so I contacted the rep and he gave me a service number to call an outside repair company. But guess what? The repair company still hasn't gotten the invoice that Snow Brothers said they would send, so they scheduled our repair for 4 weeks from now. I've sent a bunch of emails, but the salesperson hasn't responded to my question about the error code. This is a brand new 1200 beverage cooler, and we shouldn't have to wait 4 weeks for some outside repair team to fix it. And we definitely shouldn't have to go hunting for the service company and the salesperson ourselves. The customer service is just terrible.

Snow Brothers Appliance I bought a bunch of appliances from Snow Brothers Appliance on 01/03

I bought a bunch of appliances from Snow Brothers Appliance on 01/03. They were delivered on 01/15. We paid $4521.56 for a fridge, electric stove, microwave, and extended warranties for both the fridge and stove. Complete Appliance came to fix the ice maker on March 23. But the ice kept building up even after the service. ABC Repair came on May 6 to replace the seals on the fridge door. But the ice build-up problem persisted. Then Covid happened. We had to deal with the ice build-up on the ice maker by pouring hot water over it and filling the container with ice at least once a week. And now, we still have the same ice maker problem. On top of that, the seals on the freezer and fridge are not sealing properly again. And to add to our troubles, the alarm keeps beeping non-stop. We found out that the button on the right side of the French doors is not working properly. I called Snow Brothers, but they haven't resolved the issue yet.

Snow Brothers Appliance I bought a *** refrigerator Model *** from Snow Brothers Appliance Co

I bought a *** refrigerator Model *** from Snow Brothers Appliance Co. on May 29. The order number was *** and it was delivered on June 16. After 24 hours of cooling, water started collecting on the top shelf. We told Snow Brothers about this issue and asked for a replacement because we didn't want a faulty appliance. They refused to exchange it and insisted on fixing the problem. A serviceman came on June 29 and said there was no problem. But even today, water still drips 2-3 times a week. We asked Snow Brothers again for a new appliance, but they refused and pressured us to "fix" the problem instead of getting a replacement refrigerator. They want to send another serviceman, which seems like a repetitive process. We don't want to take the risk of dealing with this ongoing problem after the one-year warranty expires. Moreover, we feel ashamed that we have to ask for a non-defective appliance from the owner. A new appliance shouldn't require constant fixing. Unfortunately, I can't upload the receipts.

Snow Brothers Appliance I bought a fridge/freezer from Snow Brothers Appliance Co

I bought a fridge/freezer from Snow Brothers Appliance Co. on 2/25. I noticed a few dents on one door and a big scratch on the other door. The freezer handle had a piece missing. I contacted Snow Brothers right away. They said they would order replacements for these things. But then Covid happened and they told me to be patient, which I was. I called and emailed many times. They always said they had one door but couldn't find the rest, so they would order the parts again. They said multiple times that the parts were ordered. I tried to talk to the supervisor, but they always transferred me back to my salesman. Last week, I spoke to my salesman and told him it had been over 2 years and I was really frustrated. I told him he didn't reply to my last email. He said he was sure he did, but when he checked, he said he started it but forgot to finish it. He told me he contacted someone directly and would probably get back to me tomorrow, which was last Thursday. He said it's possible they don't have these parts anymore. I said, well, they did 2 years ago. I told him I would file a complaint with ComplaintsBoard.com if I didn't hear from him by this Thursday. I haven't heard from him by email or phone. I want my doors and freezer handle replaced.

Snow Brothers Appliance In June, I reached out to Snow Brothers Appliance Co

In June, I reached out to Snow Brothers Appliance Co. and spoke with a person named *** about a possible issue with my refrigerator. It was still fairly new, less than 2 years old, but no longer covered by warranty. I sent some pictures and we tried to communicate through email. *** offered to send someone over to take a look, and I agreed. However, she never mentioned any charges or the cost of the service. I assumed Snow Brothers would just come and inspect the refrigerator. A man from Complete Appliance came and examined it, stating that the chipped corners were actually intentional. I compared it to my mother's refrigerator, also from Snow Brothers, and hers didn't have any chips. In the end, he claimed there was nothing wrong and charged me $121.00 for nothing. I feel like I was deceived and robbed. Why wouldn't they inform me about the $121.00 charge for sending someone over? It's an important detail to mention. *** said I requested someone to come, so she arranged it, but she didn't say anything else. She made it seem like someone would just drop by to take a look. I've asked for another manager to call me regarding this issue because I want a refund. This is deceptive and doesn't make sense. No one has reached out to me yet. Both my mother and I have bought multiple appliances from Snow Brothers, so I find this treatment of customers to be terrible.

Snow Brothers Appliance We got our washer in July with a 5-year warranty

We got our washer in July with a 5-year warranty. In late November , the washer broke. We called Snow Brothers on Dec. 2 and they set up *** to come check it on Dec. 14. *** said our washer needs a new control board from ***. The part and labor are under warranty. But we haven't heard anything about when the part will be available. They just keep saying it's not available. Snow Brothers gave us a phone number to call *** directly, but we couldn't get through (tried three times and waited at least 40 minutes each time). It's been a month since our washer broke. We have two kids and full time jobs. Not having a washing machine is a big problem for us because we have to find other places to do laundry many times a week. We understand COVID is causing issues, but we haven't been told anything about what's happening or any other options (like a loaner machine or another washer). We picked Snow Brothers because we like supporting local businesses and we've bought from them before and usually get good customer service. We would really appreciate some help with this problem so we can either get an update on the part, a replacement, or a loaner. We have a warranty, so we think they should fix this quickly.

Snow Brothers Appliance I bought a 5-year extended warranty for my washer from Snow Brothers in November

I bought a 5-year extended warranty for my washer from Snow Brothers in November . It's been almost 4 years since I got it. On August 28th, it wouldn't turn on. I tried plugging something else into the plug, but that wasn't the issue. I unplugged it and plugged it back in, but it still wouldn't turn on. On Monday, August 29th, I called Snow Brothers to report the problem. The man checked my info and said he would talk to the warranty person and get back to me. On Wednesday, August 31st, I called again because I hadn't heard from anyone. Linna, the lady I spoke to, said there were no notes from Monday's call and she would look into it. Later that day, I received a call saying the warranty department had no record of my warranty. I have a receipt that proves I paid for one. On Friday, September 2nd, I got a call saying they found my warranty attached to someone else's paperwork. They said they would set up service for the following week since Monday was Labor Day. I called again on Tuesday, September 6th, and was told they were behind because of the holiday. I have now waited 9 days just to schedule service, and I still have no idea when they are coming. Today, September 7th, I tried turning on the washer, which I've done many times in the last 9 days. It turned on, so I'm guessing something is not fully connecting in the control panel or somewhere. I still want it to be looked at, but I'm tired of calling them. I paid for a warranty, and because of their mess up in the office, I've had to go without a washer for 10 days. I don't think I'll shop there again. I try to support local businesses, but not this one.

Snow Brothers Appliance I bought a refrigerator from Snow Brothers Appliance Co

I bought a refrigerator from Snow Brothers Appliance Co. on May 26, 2022. It was delivered on July 12, 2022, but unfortunately, the top was crushed. They said they would redeliver it in three weeks due to their delivery schedule, which I found unacceptable. I insisted on a quicker solution and they informed me that they had two more in stock and could redeliver in two days. They brought another one and placed it in the kitchen refrigerator spot. However, when my plumber came to connect the waterline, water spewed all over the wooden floor. It turned out that the back bottom metal panel covering the electrical wires was crushed, and the top metal intake waterline panel and line were severed. I asked for a full refund, but they didn't offer that option. Instead, they said they might have another one available in September since the other two in stock were already taken. They gave me a $175 credit for the inconvenience and to cover the plumber's visit. According to reviews, this seems to be their normal way of doing things. Their customer service is lacking, and the management team is consistently rude. They said they would repair it, but one of the three necessary parts is on an unknown backorder with no service date provided. I contacted the manufacturer, who informed me that the water replacement parts were available, so I asked them to at least install those. I thought I was buying a refrigerator from a reputable local company, but now all I want is my money back. I will be posting negative reviews on any social media platform available and sharing this story with friends and acquaintances if the topic comes up. I didn't deserve this. All I wanted was a new refrigerator, and now I have one that needs repairs that are not my fault or the fault of the manufacturer. I also contacted the manufacturer to make them aware of the representation of their products in the Northeast Ohio area. I simply want a full refund and to be done with them.

Snow Brothers Appliance I bought a dishwasher from Snow Brothers Appliance Co

I bought a dishwasher from Snow Brothers Appliance Co. on 5-27-22 for $1003.32. I've had issues with it since day one. The heating element never worked. A part of the rack broke off and melted at the bottom. The seal has never been tight and has come off multiple times, causing leaks on my wood floor in the lower left corner, ruining the wood. The top rack and other pieces from within the dishwasher just fell off. We're not rough with our appliances. I contacted Snow Brothers right away. They sent out Complete Appliance to fix it the first time. While there was some initial resolution, the heating element still doesn't work, the seal keeps coming off, and more pieces keep falling off. I contacted *** who dragged out the conversation and resolution for a month, blaming the timeline on . Then I contacted *** directly and worked with Mega from customer relations. They sent a company out twice without any paperwork or receipts. They shipped 6 parts directly to me with very little communication. The technician tried to "fix" this brand new machine. But the heating element STILL doesn't work, the seal keeps coming off, and the machine continues to leak on the floor. I reached out to *** again, but they haven't made any progress. I contacted Snow Brothers manager, Jeff, two weeks ago. At this point, I wasn't unkind, but I was truly fed up. *** said he would move forward with this and promised to call back in a few days. I called *** yesterday, two weeks or more later, and he needed to look up my info. He didn't follow through and told me they were short-staffed, asking me to be patient with their timeline. Mind you, I've been patient since JUNE! All my efforts have led nowhere, and I could really use some help. I just want a machine that works like a NEW machine should.
