Eureka Forbes Extremely poor customer service

I have been using a Aquaguard RO+UV+UF water purifying machine for over eight years. For the last several months its output TDS level was fluctuating heavily. In late February a technician diagnosed that the TDS adjuster was defective and assured me that it would be replaced soon. After that I was in Kolkata for nearly two months and repeatedly reminded the technician for fixing the machine. I was told the part was yet to arrive at the service centre. I was compelled to use bottled water. Then, after I left Kolkata 15 April and nearly a month has passed since then, today Eureka Forbes technician calls me to fix the part. Obviously, I had to tell him off. And then they send me WhatsApp message blaming me of not giving feedback whether I still needed the service or not. That is some efficiency in customer service.

Recommendation: Please buy a Eureka Forbes system only if you have no other alternative.

Eureka Forbes Pathetic amc service

Unfortunately, I purchased AQUAGUARD ROYALE UV+UF+SS with S/N:[protected], Customer ID: [protected], Component ID :CA-0223-[protected] & I took Gold AMC-SRYUAS20GC12 AG ROYAL UV+UF+SS-12 MTHS GOLD AMC. I requested a service on Jan 31 as red-light is blinking. Till now no body attended or called regarding the service. Thrice I called the toll-free number, escalated to service team & nothing happened till date. I am fed up calling them, now I don't know what to do with this product. I request everybody NOT to buy this product, U will be trapped.

Made 158 mails since then
more than 500 calls over their call centre
Talked 28 times their senior - so called as supervisor
Tired .

Eureka Forbes Worst products and service

I had order water purify order id: dnc1k8cv69258312 from eureka forbes official website and when technician came to installed, he said the item is defective and not work you need to replace the item. I raised replacement and from 4 days I am e=waiting for eureka forbes executive to call and arrange pick up and send new item but there is no response from them. We are waiting from 5 days to get it resolved.

Recommendation: buy from HUL but don't buy from eureka forbes

Had order water purifier from website and delivered on time. when technician came to installed, he said the item is defective and not starting so you need to send mail for replacement item which i did on 4th jan 2025 but still today there is no response or call from eureka forbes for my replacement item and we are without filter water from past 4 days.

I lodged a complaint regarding AMC for my Aquagaurd to customercare@eurekaforbes.com.To my surprise I used to get a mail daily from different so-called customer reps mentioning '' Greetings and thank you for contacting Eureka Forbes customer support. We regret the inconvenience caused to you.
We appreciate your patience & association with Eureka Forbes.
We deeply regret that you had to face such issue however we are actively addressing the issue to prevent future occurrences.
Your complaint CM-[protected] regarding AMC related issues is open and as early as possible our respective team will get in touch with you.
Adding to it, we really apologize for the problem you faced and assure that the same would not be repeated again in future''
My concern is yet to be resolved (for more than 10 days).

I have the product AQUASURE MAIMA + RO+UF+ME. I bought AMC for this product on 27th April 2025 though Eureka Forbes App (Rs.3499 through phone pe) and raise a service request for filter change on same day. On 1st may your technician V HEMADASU (Cell: 8919469412) attended and he told that "the motor was damaged and the product was unable to repair and also he told me that he raise a request to cancel AMC and it would be refund to the account". As he said he cancelled the AMC on the same day. But refund is not done still today. My mail id [protected]@gmail.com & mobile number [protected]

Eureka Forbes Urgent complaint regarding pending amc service request

Dear Eureka Forbes Customer Support Team,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the delay in our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) service. We booked our AMC on 21st January 2025, and despite repeated follow-ups, the service has not yet been provided. As of today, 11th March 2025, it has been nearly two months with no resolution.

It's been 24 days from cancelling 
And more than 2 weeks from shipment reached to your warehouse 

I have raised numerous queries through email, customer care calls, and social media more than 20 times, but no progress has been made. It has been very disappointing and hurtful. This is not proper grievance redressal from Eureka Forbes. You are hurting consumer sentiments. I am complaining to CCPA regarding this. I need my refund amount of Rs. 3514 immediately.

Eureka Forbes Aquaguard aura water purifier

I have an Gold AMC with Eureka Forbes valid till 22nd December 2026.

I booked for service of my AQUAGUARD AURA RO+UV+UF+MTDS (COMPONENT ID: 45436607) on 2nd January 2025. Despite several emails to customercare@eurekaforbes,com (on 3rd Jan, 12th Jan , 14th Jan 16th Jan & 17th Jan 2025) the only response I get is the apology from Eureka Forbes and confirmation that the complaint # CM-[protected] is open, so far no technician has come to attend to the service.

I am surprised at the completely un-professional and non-existent customer care by Eureka Forbes, despite having contracted an AMC with me.

Eureka Forbes LVAC Voice Pro

Purchased LVAC Voice Pro from Eureka Forbes in the month of Apri, 2024 and day one facing problem with the working of the machine. Finally asked for replacement in the month of October, 2024 of the machine due to frequent breakdown and raised the complaint through app as well as customer care mail and telephone. It's more than 3 months there is no attempt to resolve the problem. Whenever contact the customer care customized answer from so many care executive with the same customized reply thank you for your patience and your complaint has been escalated and will be attended soon.

Purchased LVAC voice pro in the month of April, 2024. Within a week encounter a problem the maping pad damaged again after 10 days one more problem the Tobo don't work.
Again in the month of October the water supply stopped. Raised a complaint in the month of October, 2024 through mails and calls to the customer service center. No use and received a message yesterday stating that your complaint will be resolved within 24 hours. Instead of attending the problem received a message today that cancelling the complaint.

Being a branded company this looks very unfair seek justice.

Eureka Forbes Water Purifier

Product not working since two months.
Wrong product displayed in my account.
I booked for AMC on the wrong product by paying Rs.2,804.00
Since one month requesting for refund. But refund initiated last week erroneously only for Rs.1,804.00
For the balance Rs.1,000 I have called multiple times and emailed multiple times.

Till date refund of balance is not done. The main point here is that Eureka Forbes is least bothered about customer complaints.
For small matters you make us spend lot of time and money.
Eureka Forbes supplied wrong product, pathetic customer service, insisted customer to buy product that Eureka Forbes has instead of the choice of product selected by the customer and no response for refund till date.

Don't you think this is purely harassment?

Eureka Forbes Installation of Aquaguard RO water filter

I recently relocated from Thiruvanmiyur to Maraimalai nagar and have been requesting EFL to reinstall my Aquaguard Delight NXT RO+UV+UF at my new premises for the past one week.
I am only moving from pillar to post and no technician has visited my premises so far.
Your customercare is sending routine emails about action within 24hours.
Today your so-called toll number gave an automated message that some one would visit my premises on 6 December 2024 and I should wait till then!
We are now living in a Senior Citizens Home in Maraimalai nagar and badly need RO water at our advanced age.
Could you please take pity and arrange a technician to visit my premises and reinstall the RO unit?
Our Home is near the Ford Motors plant on the GST Road.
You can easily locate it on Google map.

You cannot accept such a delay from Eureka Forbes, especially considering the nature of your problem. Take this up at the very least with their Regional Service Head or some other senior manager by getting in touch with them through corporate contact. Explain your age, current location, and the need for RO water. What more is required to cut the excuses? If that does not work either, you might have to consider reaching out to local consumer groups or looking for a spare independent technician nearby for fast resolution. Don’t become their hostage due to their incompetence.

Eureka Forbes My database is not updated in your system, especially after I purchased a new water filter and junked the old one

In last quarter of (Oct to Dec) 2022, I purchased Dr.Acquaguard Classic + . This was in exchange of old model NOVA . The new model is not showing up in my customer login. My mobile No is [protected] and name Avinash Waran. Consequently, I was forced to take AMC for NOVA Model as this was the only model showing up in my login for availing AMC.

I was told by the serviceman that the existing AMC is not valid against Classic + model. Request you to update your database and shift the current AMC (which is valid from [protected] to [protected]) of Rs 4715 to Classic + model

Since it was not delivered we asked for cancellation of order and refund of amount..

No response so far.
I, as well as my son, are contacting your customer service executive , daily since 18.11.2024 and get only the standard reply "Sorry for the inconvenience caused. The complaint will be acted upon shortly ."

Eureka Forbes Installation of water softener

t was most disappointing to see the performance of Eureka Forbes. I ordered for water softener in New Chandigarh. One Mr. Narendra Sharma (phone [protected]) (very eagerly took the order, and I paid the entire amount. A copy of the order is enclosed. The technician on behalf of Eureka Forbes, one Mr. Alam, (([protected]) was nominated; he turns up after five days of the order. One day before, i.e., on the fourth day, it was conveyed that Mr. Suraj, another technician, would come at 2 PM, but he came about 4 PM. I was told that a pump was to be bought, so I got the pump. Mr. Suraj kept bringing parts and says that it has to be paid by the customer. Mr. Rajan ([protected]) turns up and says that for fixing the machine, a separate amount is required. After fixing the machine, now the individuals come up and ask for separate charges for fixing. In the end, they say the electricity connection is the responsibility of the customer. The customer has to be told in advance, and it is better to charge installation charges rather than benefiting the technicians and allowing them to be paid these charges as commission. The person who books the order has to arrange for fixing the machine and let him arrange for all other individuals. The amount needs to be paid in the end. The entire effort appeared as if only customers had to be trapped and later blackmailed for additional indirect amounts, with each individual thriving on commissions.

Claimed loss: Rs.6350, more important is inconvenience and harassment

Desired outcome: The individuals blackmailing customers or thriving on commissions like Mr. Narendra Sharma, Mr. Rajan and Mr Alam should not be allowed to spoil the goodwill of the company

Eureka Forbes Aquaguard

I am writing to express my frustration and concern regarding the ongoing issues with my water filter product, which I have been following up on for the past 3-4 months. Despite numerous complaints and requests for a replacement, the situation remains unresolved.Everyday it has been a task to call and take followup,t here are days when the calls are not even addressed and is ignored.

Technicians have visited frequently but have failed to repair the issue or provide a permanent solution. Currently, it has been a week since I last received the water filter, and obtaining drinking water has become a significant challenge for my household.

This experience feels like a case of harassment, as I have made multiple requests, and my product is still under warranty. Unfortunately, neither a replacement nor effective repairs have been carried out. If this matter is not addressed immediately, I will have no choice but to escalate the issue to higher authorities.

I kindly request that you take urgent action to resolve this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

Eureka Forbes Installation pending for eureka garud water purifier purchased 3 days ago #order #ZNG1K8A177830466

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding the installation of the Eureka Garud Water Purifier, which I purchased three days ago. Despite the assurance of prompt installation, no technician has visited my premises to complete the installation.

This delay is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience. I expect immediate action to rectify this situation. Please arrange for a technician to visit and install the water purifier at the earliest possible time. If this issue is not resolved within the next 24 hours, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further.

Eureka Forbes Complaint regarding unsatisfactory service

Clarification Required on Service and Contract Issues
We have received the message from your service centre, but we cannot accept it as we never requested your services.
We need clarifications on the following points and expect a prompt response:
1. We have a signed maintenance contract with your company and have already made payment. Are your personnel providing service during this period? If so, please provide justification.
2. What is the reason for renewing the contract and making additional payments?
3. Your service team frequently calls us to say they are en route for service but fails to show up, which wastes our time and resources.

Eureka Forbes seems to have mastered the art of sending out technicians for service requests you never made. It’s impressive how you’re staying on top of things despite their confusing communication. It’s almost like they’re playing a game of hide and seek with their services and contracts. Hopefully, they’ll clear up these issues and stop the unnecessary visits. It’s time for them to get their act together and respect your time and agreement. Here’s to finally getting some clarity and a little less mystery from their side.

Eureka Forbes Worst service and products

Don't just cheat people with this fake ads and promises

Pls provide proper support and teach your people how to handle customer support. Pls don't buy their robot vac and they will just come and sell in a day but for service they will not even respond you and just cheated and wasted our money. They will just tell reason like mobile number not registered with this product, another product is registered in this number, product ordered it will come (new machine next day delivery, but parts taking two weeks) their senior is making fun on this. We will ask procedure to change number that also they will not do. If we chat with support also they will just raise a ticket and that's all just waste customer support.

After long days of struggle they will tell parts received but not suitable for this device. Very very very unprofessional company and with unprofessional sales and service team. They are just money collecting agents. My machine still under service for more that 2 months?

Purchase that last year february. Please please dont buy their products and they will come and deliver in minutes but serivce they will not even consider and. I am requested for refund for this product

After this post I will get a call and will tell will clear this issue but it will not be solved.

Your experience with Eureka Forbes has been more of a marathon than a sprint! Waiting two months for service is like waiting for a pot to boil that never does. It's frustrating when customer support is anything but supportive, and you're stuck in a loop of excuses.

Here's hoping they finally step up and fix your robot vac, or at least make things right in some way. Maybe they'll realize that "customer service" isn't just a catchphrase!

In the meantime, let's hope your next vacuum experience is smooth and hassle-free — because everyone deserves a clean house without the headache.

Eureka Forbes Aqua guard - ro filter - customer number 6004081625

We have bought an aquaguard after doing so much market research and believing in the brand, but we have been disappointed heavily.

Purchased an aquaguard nova water filter which is giving trouble every week.

1st complaint raised on 06th may and technician visited and he changed some component in machine and went.. Machine worked only till 19th may.

2nd complaint raised on 20th may and same technician visited and fixed the machine... Also he requested us to cancel the complaint which we have raised since the issue reappeared within 30 days, since he stated that it will affect his pay. We agreed to cancel the complaint and done so.

3rd complaint is raised today 2nd june issue we are facing is excessive noise in machine, waste water not flowing out freely as earlier, water tds is near to 150 which was 55 to 60 when we installed this machine.

Please provide us a proper resolution or provide us a replacement machine. A buyer should not be penalised with an defective machine.

Again we have received a very worst service by aqua guard, for the below complaint we have received a call from executive and started convincing us in call stating "there is no problem in machine, without checking it in person".

After coming home, he changed the ro membrane and white colour valve as in the image below.

Within 3 months of purchase the membrane layer went absolute. While changing the ro membrane part was not replaced with the same type of component or spare. Original ro membrane has some wire attached to it as while the replaced one was white colour and it does not have any wire attached to it. He pulled out the wire from the old one and it was made dummy. That dummy was just suspended in machine idle, if there is no need for such setting then why does it was introduced in machine during initial installation?

All the hose clips which are found in image 1 were not replaced in the machine, he pulled out everything during reinstallation clips was refixed.

When we checked the reason for the repetitive issue he stated water in our apartment has some problem, when the sales executive visited our apartment during the sales process, he said aguaguard nova will be a perfect machine after checking the tds levels.

Kitchen was left very messi after the service, water was poured in all places of the kitchen top and also on the floor. Refer below image.

Requesting the appropriate team to respond fast with a replacement machine as this machine was a defective piece and more than all the originality of the machine was spoiled by your executives. If the replacement is not possible please refund the money.

Note: above all the executive came for service with out screwdriver and I gave him star and minus screwdriver 😃.

Eureka Forbes Water purifier

I've requested for the filter to be changed from Aquaguard.

On the same day I purchased AMC for Rs.1700 but still they haven't sent any technician to me.

First call made - 6th Feb

AMC purchased - 6th Feb

Eureka Forbes Water purifier

Hello,

I have an aquaguard water purifier. I got a call from aquaguard water purifier and i bought an AMC for 3 years. I had requested for a service on 2nd january. The technician did not come for service nor did he bother to call and inform us that he is not coming. When we called him and enquired about it he is informing us that they don't have the spares needed to do the service. Their tone is also rude. I want this issue resolved or i want me AMC money refunded. Please have someone contact me as soon as possible.
