I was involved in an MVA in New Holland PA on 6/18/21.
I contacted Allstate and opened a claim. Allstate told me to contact
Enterprise and make arrangements for them to bring a car to the scene as it was a few miles away and I was abandoned. I called them approximately 4PM and was told that someone would deliver the rental car shortly. Received a call at approximately 5PM stating that no one was available to deliver the car and that I would need to find transportation to 25 Brubaker Ave. in New Holland, PA to pick the car up by 6PM which was when they close. Finally found a taxi (Chauteau Farms) who took me to the Enterprise Office and charged me $25.00 for a 2 mile trip and made it just it time before they closed.
I would like an explanation as to why I had to hire a "taxi" to take me to the Enterprise Office when Allstate has an agreement with them to deliver the car?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
