eDreams' dispute systems unworkable and ignore correspondence. Am unable to obtain a cancellation/refund.
08/02/22 - I received 2 Jetstar booking confirmations then subsequently received a booking confirmation from eDreams.
23/08/22 - I online requested an invoice from eDreams (realising they had not provided me with the same when sending me their booking confirmation on 08/02/22. e-Dreams sent me a "Simplified Invoice" that did not itemise the purchases I selected online on 08/02/22.
23/08/22 16:30 AEST I chatted with your employee Keshar who advised me he would send a detailed invoice, not a "simplified Invoice" for the above booking within 24 hours.
23/08/22 online contact with Jetstar who indicated all my cancellation and refund enquiries must be directed to e-Dreams.
25/08/22 sent email to eDreams advising detailed invoice not received, requesting again to send me same. To date I have not received a detailed invoice as I had requested.
27/08/22 sent email to eDreams requesting full flights cancellations and refund for bookings and payment made on 08/02/22. No response from e-Dreams to date.
27/08/22 completed e-Dreams online customer portal request alerting them to my above emailed correspondences and requests for flights cancellations and refund.
27/08/22 email received from e-Dreams acknowledging my above customer portal request - eDreams case number CASE-[protected] provided.
03/09/22 - to date no correspondence received from eDreams relating to the above cancellation and refund requests.
NOTE: I am not familiar with how to append my above cited emails and files relating to the above complaint.

I have just realized that on August 22nd, 2022, you charged my credit card 59,99US$ (614,55 Swedish Krona) when I didn't purchase any service from you. I need that money back on my credit card. How can you take money from my card when I have no business transactions with you? I need that money back as soon as immediately.

Flight booking services
We booked a flight to Mallorca through eDreams, everything seemed to be working fine. Got to the airport, checked in luggage, no issues.
We got to the gate, and were told we could not board the plane as our details were incorrect. The only correct details associated with our booking were our names. Our passports were apparently issued in Andora and Afghanistan, the dates of expiry were incorrect, and apparently even our passport numbers were wrong.
We have had to pay hundreds of pounds in order to adjust our flights, have been delayed over 9 hours, and are extremely upset at having wasted so much money. Thankfully the airline staff were understanding, but this was completely unacceptable from a travel company.
Desired outcome: Please refund flight change charges and give compensation for wasted time.

I have been trying to rebook an airfare which I have sitting in credit through qantas. I have rung eDreams around 10 times. Each time I have to go through the same thing and get the same response, which is nothing is resolved, they say that they are contacting "their team". They never call me back, even though they say they will. I get no email updates about what is happening re my booking.
This company has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. We have spent $1500AUD with this company.
All I want to do is reschedule my flights...

Purchased extra trip cancellation insurance, cancelled, they refuse to refund
I bought a two way ticket from Panama to Cancun and back and purchased additional cancellation insurance in case I couldn't make it. I cancelled the trip, and was told my refund would arrive "likely within 2 weeks, but could take up to 6 months". A month later, I see that my trip still isn't cancelled, despite my initial attempt. I call them again, and re-cancel, with ample time, still months before the trip. They said "okay it's cancelled, and we will expedite your refund... expect it in 5-7 business days". It never came. I waited a month. Called again, once again same story, saying they will escalate it. "Give us your bank account information, and you will have it by monday by wire". Wire never came. I can't believe I gave them my account information, they're probably going to drain it somehow. I made them send me confirmation emails both times, so I have proof of the calls that took place confirming cancellation and refund requests. This company is so dark and evil. I'm now out $822 USD. Will be organizing a class-action suit immediately, given the hundreds of easily identifiable complaints I've seen online citing the same issues around theft

Unauthorized credit card charges
On 1st July 2022 my credit card was debited with $A92.68 despite my advice that I did not wish to be involved with eDreams.Having sent a number of requests requesting a refund and for my details to be removed from your records I have not had one response.Its as if eDreams does not exist.

eDream flight cancellation refund.
Purchased eDream/flight back on April 23, 2022 with cancellation insurance.
Cancelled in specified time period to get refund before actual flight on May 12, 2022. It is now over 4 months later and I am still getting the bot run around saying the refund is being processed. There is nobody to talk to and no refund in sight after numerous emails and application communications.
DO NOT use eDreams...IT is a nightmare for sure!

Incorrect Charge.
I booked a flight for August 12 from JFK to Shanghai.
I was supposed to be charged $1393.41
Instead my credit card was charged twice for $805.79 totalling $1611.58
Then the airline charged me $426.20.
On the day of the flight, I saw that the flight from Macau to Shanghai was cancelled.
So I had to book a new flight and the agent told me I could try booking another flight. She said I could get a partial refund and they would only charge me around $200.
I called them to complain and they could not give me a straight answer for this.
I still have not received a refund and its been almost a month.

Debit card fraud
I boked flight (fro two persons) for the date August 7th 2022 from London to Barcelona (carrier Vueling). I purched and payed for the flight tickets on July 28th 2022.

Yesterday, exactly one months after purchasing above mentioned flight tickets I found out that I was charged for some mysterious fee by eDreams for an amount of around 55 EUROS. This money was simply charged on my VISA card (nevertheless I never saved this card on thier web site for any possible future payments) without any prior notice and without any statement or invoice sent by eDreams. In other words, eDreams just took my debit card data during the flight tickts purchase and without my consent used again this card to charge me for nothing. This is typical example of a debit card fraud.
By the way, it is impossible to contact them becouse the phone numbers displayed on their site are not working, when you send them an email the system is answering to you that you should call or chat, but when you try to chat it is only chatbot that is answering and when you assk to get redirectioned to the human customer support, the system collapses.
In other words, eDreams stole my money.

On the 19th of August I had flight to Dublin which had been ordered via eDreams. After I arrived, I have requested via their app to send me the the invoice several time as I have to be reimbursed by my employer on that trip. I didnt get it. Approached them via the chat and although I was promised to get it by their rep within 24 hours (called Amit Roy) - I didn't get it. Tried a day later where I was promised to get it within 24 hours. Didn't get it. Afterwards they came up with stories that there are "technical issues". Bottom line - they don't send the invoice on time and I guess there is a reason for that. This is completely illegal.

When we pick up our already paid rental car, they insist that we had to pay. They said that we only paid for reservation like a deposit and said that they saw the details of our rental car and payment was missing. We explained them several times that we already paid from edreams web site and showed them the payment documents. However they insisted and gave us a paper in Spanish, not even in English, and we did not understand the situation. We were sure that we paid already but we were really tried and waited on line more than 30 min, so we thought that when we wrote the situation about double payment, they would correct the situation and refund. however they sent an email that the payment is for the extra, even though we did not want it, we did not request it or we did not have any knowledge or information about the extras. We are deeply disappointed about the situation. we were there to pick the car we alreday paid, but they made us pay more and gave us different car. Could you please do something about the situation?

Good day I booked tickets for me Retha Fourie and my husband Anton Johnson late 2020. I got Covid and was not able to fly, I have a doctors note to that affect. I purchased a non refundable round trip ticket through edreams on 5/19/22 from SFO to Cabo San Lucas for 4 people. I downloaded the app and got notification of a confirmed itinerary (picture of this will be included). I called to change a date of travel and was told that my outbound flight had been cancelled (without any notification to me). Edreams told me that I needed to find a different date of travel, however their options were so limited that my travel dates were not an option. I then asked for a full refund. They stated that they could only refund me for the outbound flight since I purchased non refundable tickets. I stated that we had entered a mutual contract; one where I pay and they provide a service. Since they hadn't made right on their end of the contract, all contractual bindings are null and void. In addition I find it absurd in the case of flying that they won't refund me for a flight home when they can't get me to the destination. I have called no fewer than 18 times in the following 3 months; each time being promised the full refund in 7-10 business days. I have escalated my complaints to supervisors making similar promises and even received dated emails apologizing for the delay and that they are guaranteeing full refund in 7 business days. Each time I call to follow up after not receiving the refund, I am told that the previous agent hadn't initiated the refund properly and that now that they are helping me it will be rectified. This is always followed by "trust me" and "I promise this time". I am so angry that I have paid for a service that they haven't provided and continually lied to about a future refund.

Its just a plain fraud. Ive booked a flight with them in aug. 2021. The flight got canceled within 5 minutes.
I was told i will get my refund within 14 days. Until this day and aprox. 100 emails and phone calls later i havent got my money back. I had my laywer file a suit against them to no avail. Ultimately i filed a criminal charge against the ceo and iam still waiting for my refund. People be careful ! Dont make the same mistake i did ! Book somewhere else !
Unconfirmed/unused airline flight that was charged and never reimbursed

I booked a round-trip flight from Ottawa to Kelowna and was originally charged $2054.45 on June 21, 2022. When I saw that eDreams had taken the funds out of my Visa account I thought that the booking had been finalized and I closed my computer and went to bed because the system said that the confirmation would only take 5 minutes with exceptions at 24 hours maximum. Since the money had been taken from my account and I received a flight confirmation from one of the carriers (Flair) I thought all was done.
The following day (June 22, 2022) I was charged another $2931.52. At this time I was appalled and very concerned.
My bank then contacted me by text and phone call to make me aware of possible fraudulent charges on my credit card. After speaking with my bank, they said that I should contact eDreams first to see if you could reverse the second charge.
I called eDreams on the morning of June 22 and spoke to a female agent who said that she was unable to do anything until she sent my information to a higher level and that I must give eDreams 72 hours before they would be able to help.
After the call to eDreams, I spoke to my bank again and they said to give eDreams the 72 hours they required and that they would then ramp up my concerns as a dispute with eDreams if things were not resolved.
After more than 72 business hours, on June 28, I called eDreams once again, but this time I spoke to agent Uttam who was very helpful and told me that eDreams had no such policy of a 72 hours waiting period and that the quickest way to get this situation resolved was to fill out a Customer Feedback form.
You can imagine how frustrated, annoyed and angry I am at this time, having waited nearly 4 extra days to have this resolved because one of your agents was not forthcoming or misguided by the information I was originally given. This is not acceptable and unfortunately I was unable to get her name, but agents should be better trained with the same information.
I would like the second charge of $2931.52 removed from my VISA card immediately. I would NEVER have agreed to pay $4980.98 for bare bones (cheap) flights to Kelowna. With the same carriers I booked through eDreams, I could have booked the same flights with checked baggage and full seat selections for under $2500.00. If I am going to pay $4980.98 for these same flights, I could fly First class or take my children with me at that price.
This is not what I agreed to. I only wanted to pay $2054.45 which was already higher than the original amount offered of approximately $1670.00 (which was changed because the site announced that the flights had increased since I started to book and that I should hurry and confirm the new price of $2054.45). I should have been concerned at that point, but I thought because I confirmed the new price that it would end there.
There must have been a computer error somewhere. I know I live in a rural area, and the internet is not always reliable, but I should not be penalized for something I have no control over.
We have since tried numerous times (through phone calls and emails) to have this issue resolved - but to no avail.
They keep telling us that service tickets have been created, supervisors have been contacted, calls/emails have been "escalated", but after almost 2 months we have had NO CONTACT OR RESOLUTION.
Desired outcome: We would like our funds returned - with interest, ASAP.
