eDreams I want my money back (54,99 euros) plus the 13 euros I was charged by my bank to issue a new credit card.

I bought to air tickets from Thessaloniki to London at [protected]. I payed the price and I flew normally.

At [protected] i was charged without my permission 54.99 euro from my bank account. Obviously they used the data I provided for the booking of the tickets to charge me additional 54.99 . I don't care about having the so called "prime" account and i will never give permission to charge me these money . The fact that I had to do something in order not to be charged was never communicated to me by e-dreams. They had to ask me if i wanted to be charged 54.99 euros but they never did. They had no authorization to use my card number data for charging me something i did not asked DIRECTLY to be charged . I think that they provided to me misleading info during the purchase of the tickets because i was never asked to agree about the charge of 54.99 euros. Of course if they asked me anytime if I agree to be charged 54,99 euros i would deny the charge. I had to cancel my card , and i want my money back plus the 13 euros i was charged by my bank to issue a new credit card.

eDreams Prime paid subscription

I bought a plane ticket and ticked Prime sunscription to get 50euro discount. Unfortunately the offers on Prime are not attractive, I found out that eDreams charged me 100euro more per ticket than the offers I found on the Internet. I decided to cancel my subscription and not to pay additional 50euro per year for being a member. Unfortunately I can't do it. Even though I created my eDreams accout and followed all the instructions to create/enter my Prime account I can't do it. The assisstant on the phone told me I haven't activated the Prime account, but when I said I followed all the instructions, she told me to wait for the account to be activated because it takes 24h. After a week I still can't enter it ans so I can't stop the subscription. I wrote twice to the complaint centre and no responds so far. I don't want to be charged 50 euros after 30 days of free trial. Either it's a intentional doing, a glitch or just a scam.

Desired outcome: Cancel my Prime subscription within the 30-day trial period without charging me 50 euro, and send me the confirmation.

eDreams overcharge

I am writing in regards to booking [protected] made on September 21, 2021 for my 6-year-old son and me. I wanted a day return trip from London to Paris and using my phone, you quoted first a price of €268 for outgoing and incoming legs, which I agreed to and gave you my credit card number. Shortly after, you sent me an email saying the cost of the trip has gone up by €22, and would I agree to pay the amount of €290? To which I again agreed. Lord and behold you started debiting my card by the following amounts: £85.62 and £72.62 respectively to British Airways, followed by the amounts of £196.87 and £139.24, bringing the total charged for this trip (economy) to £494.35! Moreover, when I managed to get hold of a Edreams operative, he confirmed that there will be a refund of £196.87 as I have been overcharged. What is funny in all this is that when I downloaded the Edreams app, the total price for my trip was £336.11. I also received an email from Edreams to the same effect: The total price for the trip paid to the airline and to Edreams, still £336.11. So, where is the £158.24 overcharged for this trip?

I requested half a dozen times an invoice for this trip on the Edreams website, which they never bothered to respond to, except on the seventh attempt, where I received today (24/08/2022) and invoiced dated 21/01/2022 and for the amount of, guess what? £494.35!. So, what about the refund promised by the operative and what about the amount of £336.11 that is supposed to be full the amount charged to my credit card and nothing else?

Desired outcome: I would like a refund for the amount of £158.24, which I firmly believe is an overcharge on my credit card

eDreams Flight confirmation

I booked flights in August for September 2nd travel. I have not received a booking confirmation email and cannot access flight details even though they are paid for.

I have tried many times to contact customer service to resolve the issue but cannot get any help without my booking number which I don't have. The flights are now only 1 week away now.

eDreams Booked tickets but there is no flights at the given time

I have booked 4 ticket form the e-Dream and there is no such flights at that time as the Airline fly only in the mornings and the ticket states a departure of 17:00 PM time. They continuously trying for myself to resolve it with the airline company which they are refusing as first they do not fly at that time and my confirmation codes are not valid nor that exist any booking of such.

Really disappointed as a holiday booked long time ago to find out that no flight exist. A swift reimburse of all the funds would be greatly appreciated

eDreams unauthorized credit card charges

In an attempt to make an airline booking for my wife on line last year I somehow paid an annual subscription/fee to eDreams.I received advice to the effect that unless I objected to a renewal my credit card would be debited with $92.68 on 1st July 2022.Despite responding requesting that my details be withdrawn from your records my credit card was still debited.I have sent emails on 29th July and 10th August 2022 to [protected]@contact.edreams.com requesting a refund and for my details to be removed from your records.There has been no response.

eDreams Refunds for flights

On 07.07.2022, I paid eDreams £629.73 and £101 for 3 flights for 2 people on 05.08.2022, 09.08.2022 and 15.08.2022. I got an email from them shortly after making the booking stating that the booking for the 15.08.2022 has been declined and I need to re-book it. They said they will refund me (£204) for the tickets for that flight. For the 2nd flight on 09.08.2022, I contacted their customer service to do online check in on 09.08.2022. I was given a booking reference number that didn’t work with the airline. The customer service agent told me to check in at the airport as the booking is fine. When I went to the airport, airline told be that there's no booking. I contacted eDreams, who then admitted that they've made a mistake and the booking has not been made with the airline. I had to buy tickets with another airline to go to my destination. I was told my eDreams that I will get a refund for that flight as well as the one on 15.08.2022. To date, I have not received any refunds.

eDreams I am asking for my money refund

Edreams has taken 54,99 euro, through my PayPal account on the 3rd August 2022, without my autorization. I had cancel edreams prime account last May 2022. I wrote edreams twice, asking to refund my money and this company did not reply to me. I need my money back as soon as possible.

eDreams flights

fraud! no responce when we got an email saying we where getting a refund within in ten days about 5 times in 4 months! nothing.do not use this company! Absoloutley Awful Company and will be taking this further with TV and newspaper! contact details [protected]

paid for two flights to spain from newcastle in march and paid extra flexi so we could cancel up till 24 hours before flying. we phoned a week before flying and emailed over 40 time's ( we did not even want to cancel we just wanted to change our flight's) eventually got hold of someone after 3 hours on the phone and asked to change our flights to may as had to be within 60 days so picked a date and the lady made us pay another £300 on flights and promised we would get a refund for orignal flights in march as we booked for flexi and its augaust now and had no response to ANY emails. emails been sent every day phoned nothing. we paid extra for flexi booking and its cost us £700 for flights to spain! absolutely shocking and will be taking this further in the next week. i have tried everyday to get a response. the lady said when she took more money off for the second flights that they would get the refund off ryanair and we would 100% get the refund as this was in the time scale given. we paid extra

we recieved an email 2 weeks ago saying

We are sorry to hear you had an unsatisfactory experience with us and we regret any inconvenience this issue may have caused.

Your refund has been processed and should appear in your account within 10 working days depending upon your bank.

STILL NOTHING. after waiting Months called 140 time's in the last two week's.

taking this further if this is not paid by COP today as its a disgrace!

eDreams flights booked on eDreams

Booked flights from NZ to Australia return in April 2022. Had to cancel end of June and eDreams just keep saying be patient etc. There are hundreds of us on a private forum talking about taking legal action to get our money back.

eDreams scammed me out of NZ $1227.00.

Contacted Air NZ they said no refund had been applied for, so its just more rubbish coming from eDreams.

My bank is now involved, I am also forwarding eDreams correspondence to Air NZ who are following this up.

eDreams Annual prime - fraud! Unauthorized charge on credit card

On July 12, 2022, I was the victim of theft by eDreams. This company charged my credit card the amount of €54.99 for an annual subscription to the Prime service that I never made. I don't know how they got my card details, but unfortunately I only realized about the fraud too late, as they had already debited my bank account. I can't get through to any customer support agents; it is a chatbot providing customer support and does not let you proceed without entering a valid reservation number.

I will be filing a complaint with the legal authorities in Portugal at this point. Searching the web, I realize that I was not the only one affected by this scheme. I don't even know what the Prime service is and I'm not a previous customer of eDreams.

eDreams Airline cancelled flight - only 12 months to schedule flight

Hi,

Hope you are well.

I booked a return flight from Sydney to Buenos Aires in November 2021 for March 2022. The Airline cancelled the trip for an unknown reason and I was forced to book a last minute trip with another company.

When calling to re-book the flight, the customer support team states that I can only travel till November 2022 but I do not have any leave to do so.

My request therefore, is to re-book the same flight already purchased but from 15/02/2023 till 30/03/2023 (flexible with dates within reason).

eDreams Booking number [protected]

I booked a flight on TAP from Lisbon to Zagreb, Croatia and return to Lisbon. 7/14/2022. Part of this trip was cancelled for some reason. I was not able to rebook and did not go to Zagreb. I received nothing about a refund for this trip and wopuld like to know when the credit will appear on my credit card.

eDreams cancelled flight

On the 13 th of August 2022 my flight AF1018 ref TRR57B was meant to depart at 0850 and at that particular time was told that same was cancelled.

Alternative options given to me to fly to Heathrow from Heathrow to Amsterdam and from there to Paris.

I could see there were spaces on air france flight 1400 to Cdg on that day being solf at 580, hence space on that flight!

I was the only person of the whole flight of AF1018 to be doing three connections!

Aer lingus was delayed by an hour and was too short time to catch the KLM flight and I missed my flight.

My birhday ws on 14 and my sister booked my flight to Mauritius and there was no flight available until the 15 of August!

I had to pay a train ticket of 220 euro to reach Paris not to missed my following flight.

eDreams Wrongful information given on flight details

Hi.

I took a flight from Chicago to Singapore on 7 August. My booking reference number was [protected]. Before flying, I checked my flight details over and over and it stated that I was in 'R' class and had 32kg baggage allowance.

I did not carry 32kgs with me, but about 26kg. At the airport, I was charged 65 USD for this. Honestly, I would not have carried more than 23kg if I had been given the correct information in the first place! I'm unhappy about this as I was unable to plan my trip properly due to this incorrect information.

I have the emails and also my boarding pass and the receipt for the payment I had to make.

Please let me know how you plan to move forward with this as it's not considerate nor professional and fair for your company to mislead clients like this and then have them cover the costs associated with what essentially is a gross misrepresentation. The company ought to have known better and it's not at all just.

eDreams Hotel booking

On the 18/6/22 I booked with eDreams for a stay at the Gibside Hotel, UK.

I did not receive a confirmation number and hotel did not have record of my booking so had to pay again for my stay as can be seen on my enclosed bank statement.

My bank confirms that the money was credited to eDreams, the hotel maintain that they never received my payment from eDreams. eDreams customer service system cannot help me because I don't have a booking number!
