Incorrect name
I purchased 3 tickets to Bangkok on 28Feb departure date is on 9 june, we have all confirmed the details of our tickets and then we purchased. But after that edreams sent us the booking details one of the name is incorrect. We are shocked so straight away I emailed edreams about it. But edreams keep saying they cannot do anything need the airline to do the changes, so I contacted the airline, they told me edreams can settle for us they cannot settle for us. But edreams keep pushing it back to the airline. Please do something about it. The mistake is from the system how can edreams be so irresponsible.
Straight after I received the booking showing wrong name, I emailed them but they not changing the name.

On the 1st of January I booked 5 Ryanair flights through edreams.
During the booking, without realising it , edreams charged me for a subscription to edreams prime (54,99 euros). I filed a refund's request on the same day.
I called the support team which promised me that money will be in my account 7 days later. Now it is almost 2 months and i did not receive any money yet.

Extra charges
I purchased a flight for 20 euros but when checking my final confirmation the price was 42.99 there was no breakdown of the costs and was not warned of any extra charges ,on my return flight I brought a ticket with luggage for 220 and was charged 290 again no breakdown of my charges. I would like to know why the high commission charges . I will not use edeeams again

I have booked a trip to Milan and have paid extra to change it and to have flexible tickets. I have changed my dates but the edream customer service agent advised me to rebook new tickets to get my refund. I have been waiting for over 6 weeks now, I have been calling every week and my money is not refunded as of today.
I would like to raise an official complaint to get my money back.

Flight ticket that was invalid
On the 22 of February 2023 I booked a flight ticket from Port Elizabeth to Cape Town for R1967.68 online using eDreams agent. the confirmation was sent via email for purchase with reference number [protected], could not check in electronical then went to the airport 2hours before departure, then I showed the person on the desk my confirmation email with the reference number, but they could not help as they all said that the confirmation or reference number was not valid for their flights on that day, had to buy another ticket that cost double the price because had to leave. and am asking for my refund because this error was not on my side need my money back.
Desired outcome: Full Refund and my extra cost for another ticket.
A flight is cancelled and I can't get a refund
Flight was booked and paid for in June for a round-trip, Toronto - San Diego - Toronto. Return flight was cancelled before flight time. eDreams stated they could not book just a new return so the entire flight had to be cancelled. But they stated it would take three months to get a refund. Even though I complained I waited out the three months. Then they stated they could not refund the credit card they would have to refund direct to my bank. That did not occur and then they stated that they would refund the credit card, it should take a couple of weeks. I feel ill, had surgery as was out for three months. Since this time I have received several emails from eDreams stating that they are in the process of refunding my money but no refund has ever occurred. As it is more than 120 days the credit card company will not act. I am out $739.06 and will pursue this plus any costs occurred.
Desired outcome: A full refund of $739.06 plus an apology before I have to pursue this legally and sue for costs and damages too.
No confirmation email received
I booked with Edreams for a flight to Denver tomorrow (2.23.23) and I have a confirmed charge on my bank account and haven't received a confirmation email from edreams. I've tried contacting their chat multiple times and no response. I am panicking. This is the text I received but none of this information works for retrieving my confirmation email or boarding pass.

I made a booking through edreams' Dutch website https://nl.edreams.com and paid for it with iDeal (bank transfer). The transaction went through successfully (and was confirmed by my bank), but I never received a confirmation email from edreams. I've tried to contact the customer service twice (using the online contact form), but haven't received no reply.
Desired outcome: I would like to receive my booking confirmation!
I requested a Refund and after more than 13 months, Still no refund
I've requested the Refund for a canceled flight.
It was more than 13 months since my request and the status was "Pending Airline", informing me that the airline was taking 3 months to reply.
After complaining for the 3rd time, now the status got worse, It is showing that it was not even requested approval from the Airline with the following detail:

Online Purchase of Flight Tickets
Yesterday, 02/09/23, I purchased flight tickets from eDreams. I did not see a purchase confirmation page after I completed the purchase flow on the site and never received a purchase confirmation email. Nevertheless, I was charged in my bank account. I am in the Netherlands and paid with iDeal. I did not receive any flight booking code and it is impossible to reach Customer Service at eDreams.com. My request is to cancel the purchase and be refunded.

Edreams Prime
I created an account on Edreams and purchased a ticket and was automatically enrolled in Edreams Prime without my consent.
It was not a mistake because I would never have accepted to be a member of prime, I literally did not click any button that asked for my authorization, besides that, they saved my card data without my consent as well.
This company is acting in bad faith because there are several other cases totally like mine where no one signed up and were charged for something we did not want.
I even thought that my card had been cloned, because I had no knowledge about this amount. In fact, I only became aware of this "prime" because it appeared on my card and I went searching on the internet.
I demand my refund or I will take legal action because what this company does with its customers is totally dishonest. Just read all the comments on social networks and you will understand.
Car rental
We rented a car through EDreams in October. We paid them $772 for a 4 wheel drive SUV. When we got to the car rental place (Fox) with the voucher we were instructed to bring, Fox said that they had only been paid $474 by Car Trawler who EDreams evidently uses to book the rentals. They refused to honor the voucher. We had to pay Fox an extra $210 to get the vehicle we had originally paid for. We complained to EDreams who just kept putting us off and then kept requesting the same information over and over without any resolution. We then disputed the charge on our credit card but they ignored the fact that we were not asking for a complete refund, just an adjustment to the pricing. So we have yet to recoup the $210 extra we had to pay for the vehicle. EDreams has ripped us off and then ignored our request for a fair partial refund.
Desired outcome: Refund of $210 from EDreams or Car Trawler.
Viva ticket order
I booked my ticket on Viva airlines through eDreams for a flight from Medellin to Cartagena on February 10, 2023. I paid for two large bags. On January 31. I got a notice from Viva airlines that the flight was changed from 1317 to 6:30 AM. I went online and rebooked on the 1309 flight the same day and was charged extra for the change. When I went to check my flight information on Viva, they had no record of the bags being paid for and charge me about $60 US for the change. I now have paid for the bags again.
This is outrageous. I have more information if necessary, but I am doing this on my phone and it is hard. I will be returning to the US on February 17 and can provide more information easily.
Please let me know what numbers you need to resolve this matter

I got flights to go from Lisbon to NYC in June. I purchased them yesterday 2/8. I have been charged for the flights but I did not receive a confirmation email. Further, I cannot contact anyone because they will not let me unless I have the 10 digit code from the confirmation email.

Lack of refund for changed flight and auto rental cancellations
On March 21, 2022, I booked airfare from St. Louis to Las Vegas. The tickets were one-way when I wanted round-trip. I called Frontier Airlines to cancel the 1-way ticket and get a round trip ticket. They gave me your phone no., but when I called the no. was no longer in service. You billed my Mastercard $644.19 and Frontier billed my card $897.92. Both were paid by the credit card company. Frontier told me that I would get a refund from you minus a charge for the change of flights. I also booked auto rental for a car in Las Vegas and you charged me $413.73. I cancelled that order but the credit card company had already paid you. We flew to Las Vegas on May 6, 2022 and returned to St. Louis on May 13, 2022.

eDreams no booking confirmation after payment
I made a booking through edreams' Dutch website https://nl.edreams.com and paid for it with iDeal (bank transfer).
After the payment, the website kept saying it was processing the transaction. At first, I could find the booking while using the 11 digit number on my payment. It said: 'Processing' as well. A hour later, I couldn't find the booking anymore.
I never received a confirmation email from eDreams. I have tried to contact them by phone and by using the online contact form, but didn't receive a reply. I can not contact them by phone, because I don't have a booking reference.

Airplane ticket from Pontevedra-Madrid
At e-dreams I was charged without my permission 54.99 euro from my bank account. They used the data I provided for the booking of the tickets to charge me an additional 54.99. I don't care about having the "prime" account and I will never give permission to charge this money. The fact that I had to do something in order not to be charged was never communicated to me by e-dreams. They had to ask me if I wanted to be charged 54.99 euros but they never did. They had no authorization to use my card number data for charging me something I did not ask DIRECTLY to be charged. I think that they provided misleading info during the purchase of the tickets because I was never asked to agree to the charge of 54.99 euros.

I booked a ticket for my mother from my Account for the 13/02. Wrote down her name and lastname correctly. There was a problem with the card but after I fixed it and continued to pay I realised that the Website changes HER name and lastname to MINE.
