Bevy Reyes took my money on ebay and refused to send the guitar case. He also wont refund my money and is lying about the transaction. He will take your money and not send the items he is selling. I left him the feedback but he lied to ebay and they removed it. He is a fraud and scam artist this Bevy Reyes character needs to be stopped.

Scammed me too for a guitar case.. ES 335. Bevy Reyes is an ebay scam artist.

I sold you a case but when he saw that the california address did not match the Georgia address, I told you I sold the case on craiglist and contacted ebay because I didn't want to get scammed.
in doing so, ebay contacted him back and said that indeed do not sell it to you because he's not a registered user, whatever that means.

I refunded you your money immediately.
Your initial post is defamation.
Since You put up the posts, you have to take them down.

You can go to Paypal transaction ID 92X086104F0299339
and see that Joe Dolan ℅ Mike S. (Ebay name ourorangetree) was REFUNDED due to not being the registered Ebayer

I sent him his money back through Paypal. He knows this is wrong!

Ebay sent me an email stating that he was not a registered member. So I refunded him his money through Paypal. Please see below. I would like this matter taken care of. Thank You
