July 10th, 2017 made online order for $125. Mailed check. I called on 20th to make sure Check received. She answered the phone and said yes, not to worry about my order, it would go out shortly. She said she was old and slow. That was the last time she answered her phone to me. I have sent several emails requesting shipping status, with no answer. I left a VM last Friday with no return call. Today is August 13th, 2017. I just sent another email and posted a private message to her business FaceBook page. I have met so many people on Heirloom Sewing groups here in the States and in the U.K. that have shared how she has committed fraud against them also by taking their money and not shipping or contacting them again. Apparently she has been doing this for years. I can come up with a list of names and contact info if needed for prosecution.

I placed an order on 16 July and my money was taken immediately from my account. I received a receipt and it said all orders shipped within 10 days.
After about 2 weeks I sent an email. Since then I have sent more emails, called and left voicemail, and even texted. I have heard nothing back at all from them. Yesterday I went on facebook to https://www.facebook.com/groups/1329702793774012/?ref=group_header
This is a closed smocking group that I recently joined, and I asked if anyone had heard of them. The responses were fast and angry. Turns out this same thing that happened to me has happened to a LOT of others.

I ordered (by phone, first mistake) $1.90 in needles, 13.75 in Entredeux lace, and $4.50 for a book.. I was told S&H would be minimal and would be billed later. This was billed to my visa on 10/13/16. After many e-mails and phone calls, I received the order on 11/23/16. NO BOOK, the wrong entredeux, but she actually got the needles right. Now she insists she told me the book was unavailable, NO she didn't, and it is the correct entredeux. NO it's not. So I paid $20.15 for a $1.90 pack of needles. BEWARE

I made an order, the money was taken from my account. After two weeks, I wrote an email asking about when to expect the order. They said there was a delay because of the manufacturer, but the order had been shipped and was on it's way. A week after that I wrote again and received no response. A week after that I tried to phone, the line had so much static, it was impossible to hear anything. So I wrote again and said if I didn't hear from them, then I would take procedures to get my money back. They wrote right back and said the order is on the way. I wrote and said this is what I was told two weeks ago, so if it didn't arrive the next day, I would proceed to retrieve my money. They advised me that they had cancelled my order and had refunded my money... we will see. It was very obvious to me they had not even sent the order as they kept telling me.I phoned the manufacturer of the item ordered and asked if I could order directly from them and they said of course. I told they of my situation and when they asked who I had ordered from, I told them Garden Fairies Trading Company, they told me they were afraid I'd say that. They informed me they had heard many complaints about them getting product to customers.Think twice before ordering anything from them... maybe they eventually send the order, but who knows how long you must wait.
