Tervis Tervis, order problem

5 days after ordering my order is not been shipped out yet! I'm trying to get it b4 Christmas.

I ordered a tumbler with Mandalorian Child on one side and my college age grandson's picture on the other side with his name. I ordered this on 12/7/2020, got an e-mail that said it would be delivered 12-18 to 12-22. It was not delivered and I sent e-mail after e-mail. Well finally I received an order Monday 12-28-2020 and it was totally the wrong gift...

Tervis 12 black tumblers and 4 green coffee cups

About 4 years ago I changed all my cup to tervis. After about 1 year I had to return them because of the residue buildup on the inside. When I returned them I got the 12 tumblers in black but the coffee cups I was told had to be clear since green was no longer available. I was also told that In the future my black cups would have to be clear too. Well since then I have replaced the coffee mugs 2 more times due to the same thing. I have not put the coffee cups in the dishwasher at all. They have been hand washed and still are getting very bad hazing and buildup, to the point where it's embarrassing to use them when I have people over. Also 4 of the black cups got water between the seals, but unfortunately someone in my home threw them away. I now have to return all the cups and all I asked for was a dollar for dollar exchange for the stainless cups but was told by customer service and a manager that it's impossible, that it's not company policy. I am tired of driving 50 miles to a company store to exchange a product I am not happy with in the first place, and I see no reason why they can't exchange them for the stainless cups. I tried to talk with someone above the manager Stacy but apparently she doesn't have a boss. Very unhappy to the point where I just want to throw them away. I guess that's what they want me to do anyway.

Tervis One mug was damaged

I'm very disappointed with and will not buy from them again. This was my first time ordering from them and it was an unpleasant experience. Ordered five mugs from this site and when my order arrived one mug was damaged. I contacted them right away, sent a picture and the promised to send me another mug as a replacement.
Too sad that was only a lie and they actually never did anything to fix the situation.
