eBay poor service!

When it comes to asking for help eBay becomes the worst place or shopping. You will just not get any help from them cause they are absolutely useless.
I got a wrong item and requested my money from the seller which refused to do it. I wanted their service to help me resolve it, but nothing. It's been 2 weeks and the problem hasn't been resolved yet.

eBay item not received

Pretty much the same issue as others, I've bought an item from a seller called gbuyglobal on 14/06, after a month I hadn't received it. I thought it is normal as the item was arriving from Korea so had not looked into it for a while. When I checked the tracking id however instead of being delivered to me it was 'picked up by the recipient', aka myself, from some depot 20 miles away from my house on 23/06. Having bought many items from Korea before, I thought that was a super fast cargo! When I contacted the customer service about this, they implied that I am lying and told me the seller has given them tracking id that matches my address. When I asked them for a receipt that proves the match they closed my case :) I appealed and emailing them ever since however only thing I am receiving is auto responses with same exact messages and from same names. I contacted Royal Mail they said the address they have does not match my address!

So obviously ebay and the seller is lying and it is not my tracking id but for someone else. I've been asked to upload this document from Royal Mail and I did and they got back to me saying my case was already closed ?!?!

What a joke! They steal people's money working together with their dodgy sellers and on top of it they protect them.

Please advise if I can do something about this!

eBay shocked by your service

Your customer service is a joke and really messy. I tried to track my order because it stuck somewhere. I had to get it 3 days ago as it was said on your website, but it didn't happen. I called customer service and told them about my situation, they only answered that I was lying about ordering an item. They could have just found it if they wanted. But it's always easier to say some nonsense instead of doing things. For me, it was easy to prove, but no, they prefer arguing. I'm really shocked...

I bought an item:

vst-store sent a message about YAMAHA STYLES TYROS5, PSR s950, PSR s750, PSR A2000, PSR S650, TYROS4 #[protected].

It's been almost two months and I haven't got this item.

Can you speak to the store and tell them that if they are not going to send me this item that I want to have my money back.

eBay want to get my money back

I ordered an item on ebay. I’ve got a mail from that seller that I should write to him if I don’t get the parcel within 30 days. I didn’t stop sending messages to him after 30 days, but he never answered. I also wrote to him directly, but the result was the same.

So looks like he just took my money and disappeared. It’s also impossible to leave a complaint at ebay, because I can do it only within 45 days. What am I to do with the situation? The seller will lie to other customers taking their money. He keeps changing his name each week. Now he's trading under schutzen5639.

It just doesn’t make sense to me, if I can open a dispute only within 45 days from the transaction date.

eBay ebay allowing item location misrepresentation to the chinese based seller

This has been going on for years, the Chinese located in China listing products as being local in Australia, from Sydney, Melbourne, Darwin etc.
These crooks from china committing fraud by tricking the Australian public into thinking that they will get these products quickly as listed locally when in fact it takes 6weeks or more from china.

These sellers have a monumental amount of negative feedback, with people saying (DIDNT RECEIVE ITEM, IT TOOK 5 WEEKS, ITEM NOT IN AUSTRALIA, CAME WITH CHINESE POSTAGE) does no one ever read feedback or cotton onto the fact that most of their items are priced well below the postal cost in Australia with free shipping.

EBay allow these Chinese sellers to continually breach EBay's own policy on item location, EXTREMELY effecting our economy and sales.

If a small seller was to scam, by miss representing item locations to suck in the consumer, EBay would boot them but the Chinese sellers have many accounts and sell huge amounts of products and EBay's cut in final value fees would be in the hundreds of thousands IF NOT MILLIONS.

eBay seller issues

I recently received a notice from Ebay in regards to counterfeit items in my listings. After speaking with a representative from Ebay, they are telling me I need to provide proof of authenticity on the item I'm trying to sell. Now here is where I have an issue my item has the title as follows. (Nike Kyrie 2 BHM Black History Month size 6.5 looks new.) According to Ebay some part of my title is copyright violation. I don't know which part but they said I needed to at least upload a copy of the receipt showing that I own these shoes. these shoes are over a year old and they were listed as Pre-Owned. So now I'm suspended from selling and making any adjustments to my current listings. They were making it appear as though Nike in my listing was causing the problem. Out of millions of sellers on their site they "randomly chose me 3 times over 3 months with this same issue. HMMMMM! I have no negative feedback or chargebacks. I'm so PISSED at the them now.

eBay crystal 1-[protected]

Hello my name is maria i called customer service on eBay for an item that wasnt mailed to me and it showed they over charged me and the item was mailed to another state. The representative was awful to me i was transferred 3 times to then be transferred to crystal id number 1-[protected] she was no help at all and yelled at me did not resolve my issue and kept me on hold over an hour for a supervisor.

after finally speaking to the supervisor his name was lorenc he said that 1-[protected] was the over the phone number for activity so crystal lied about that being her employee I.D

eBay holtjonathan 01 for 1 ball joint remover that was never received

I am trying to get a refund from a order placed [protected] for 19.80. The seller was holtjonathan 01 and a delivery date of [protected]. On [protected] ebay prevented feed back saying the seller holtjonathan 01 was no longer a member. How the hell am I supposed to get a refund from a seller that is no longer a member. Why wait till [protected] to get an answer from a seller that no longer exist. This was a scam nothing more. I have and do purchase often on ebay but if I do not get a refund now my days on ebay are done. I have waited since [protected] for this [censor] to answer an inquiry or anything NADA nothing. Why doesn't ebay police the sellers and get rid of the scam artist like holtjonathan 01. I want the money back guarantee to do what it is supposed to do and get my 19.80 back NOW!

eBay michelle peranio aka christopha pallantena on ebay false advertising and theft of monies paid tucson arizona

This individual is selling merchandise not as described (via ebay). The individual listed an item with descriptive pictures, then takes their time to ship the item. Item finally arrives and is nothing like described. When notified of the obvious deception, this disgusting seller did not respond. Item is promptly repackaged by me (the buyer) and returned to seller.

A case had to be opened in order to : 1) force seller to address the issue of selling merchandise not as advertised, and 2) force seller to refund monies paid for goods not delivered as promised

As of this writing, seller has still refused to issue a $29.99 refund for the item seller intentionally mis-marketed and sold. It has been over two weeks. Seller is currently holding on to monies paid for ( a sold item) that was not as described. Seller continues to sell items not as described.

Seller has yet to respond, or offer any form of apology or restitution.

The conduct of this seller is reprehensible and ILLEGAL.

eBay ebay - they do not send items they say they will

Do not buy anything from this vendor. Myself and a number of other people have purchased items from this entity on ebay. They keep promising to send it and tell you it is on the way and even pretend that it got lost in the mail and then they say they are going to send it again but then 6 months is up and you can't do anything about it except lodge a complaint with ebay. Paypal can’t give you your money back after the 6 months. Do not buy from this person on ebay. Under ebay they are listed as tomtop_auction.

eBay very bad and dishonest seller

I have returned a wig to the seller and was promised a replacement. I waited patiently for over a month and never received a replacement. I contacted seller many times and every time got nothing but promises. He said he needs some time to ship another item and wasn't able to tell the exact delivery date.
Then he stopped replying and I gave him one star and left a bad reviews.
After that seller contacted me and said that he will not send me anything until I apologize, remove my review and write a new good one. I refused and left another bad feedback and reported him to eBay. I hope eBay will help, but up until now they haven't contacted me regarding this matter.
eBay is not a safe place to buy.

[protected]@gmail.com is guy who sold me stollen item sky q box I'm not still fighting to get my money back and from PayPal and sky viewing card to was paid for only find out that both items r not belong to Mr Holland and all sky Q boxes on eBay being sold are stollen and sellers and buyers who buy them are handling stollen goods from sky TV ...beaware of this seller email above and his name on EBAY UK...HES SELLS STOLLEN ITEMS ONLY...AND POLICE ARE INVOLVED AS WELL...

I would not recommend Ebay to anyone, pretty unsafe place for buyers. Ordered many stuff from a seller on Ebay and never received anything. Seller took my money very fast and since then I never heard anything back.
I tried to contact him myself but failed, then I asked Ebay support for help. I explained the situation and asked seller's contacts but they refused to give me any private information!
They knew I contacted them because I was in trouble and was scammed by one of their users, but still refused to do anything.
I'm really disappointed with Ebay, I feel betrayed.

eBay automatic sensor switch

Bought 10units and all came with foreign language (Chinese or Japanese) i am not sure. When i asked seller for return, they are charging my account for return shipment.
Talked to customer support rep and their supervisor, they were getting political and mocked me saying "if I buy item manufactured in china, how can we expect to have language in English".
I need help to reach out the higher level managers to understand this kind of support they are giving to Buyers.

eBay fraud, liar, con artist, cyber stalker/bully, unethical ripoff

Beware of doing business with Jeff Rumbold. He is either extremely ignorant/mentally impaired or intentionally vindictive. He uses his eBay account "colnagomanwa" to victimize dozens of innocent sellers.

In my case, he bid on an item and refused to pay. Once I had to get ebay involved and open a non payment dispute against him he sent a barrage of nasty emails claiming he was going to leave negative feedback and accusing me of not shipping his item (despite the fact he had a valid tracking number attached to his listing at all times).

He looks for reasons to leave negative feedback for hard working sellers in an attempt to take bread off of their table. This is how he gets his kicks. He refuses to be reasoned with or to admit he ever does anything wrong. Do not do business with this man. He will look for any way possible to hurt you and will enjoy it.

Avoid the scam artist Jeff Rumbold like the plague!

That's a bunch of bull. Jeff's a personal friend of mine, a retired Navy veteran, and an outstanding person.

Shame on you for slamming Jeff because you refused to reimburse him for a purchase that was never delivered.

eBay I was scammed and ebay never helped me

I bought some cosmetics from www.ebay.com and my order arrived completely damaged. It was obvious that package was opened and then closed with the use of tape. I contacted the seller and provided pictures. He claimed that when he shipped the package it was in a good condition. I mentioned that several products were damaged and one lip gloss was missing, but he replied that was not his responsibility!
Then I told him that I was contacting eBay support and he said that I can do everything I want. Now I know why he was so self-confident. That's because he already knew how terrible eBay was, they never replied! eBay is not a safe place, there is no customer protection!
