Dollar Tree review: Rude service; incomplete exchange

While completing an exchange I had 18 $1 items to be exchanged for other $1 items. The cashier (Janet) rang in the 17 items I brought to the register. I miscounted and needed 1 last item. I got the item and the exchange began. Once she has scanned all my new items except for one the total due was -$1.34 because she had not rang in the last single item. She was huffing and making obnoxious noises the entire process as you could tell she was annoyed. I felt it was very rude, and this alone has made me decide to never return to this location.

At the end of the process she cleared the exchange at -1.34 and gave me no money back and closed the exchange. She then proceeded to ring in the last item that I had to pay for even though it should have been an even exchange. She rudely stated “I can’t make it even once I start taking off the old stuff” when I asked why it wasn’t an even exchange.
