Dollar Tree review: Racial profiling

On February 3rd, 2023, at approximately 7:10 p.m., while shopping at Dollar Tree 2525 W Wheatland Rd, Dallas, TX 75237. My son (bi-racial), sister (black) and I (black) entered Dollar Tree to return a damaged headphone that I purchased at a different location 335 S Cedar Ridge Dr Ste 100, Duncanville, TX 75116. My sister tried to explain to the female Hispanic employee that they were already damage when purchased; the employee was being rude and loudly said, "How do I know these aren't stolen?" Which caused other people to look. My sister handed her the receipt and the employee replied, "We don't accept open merchandise!" While in line paying for my items with my 3-year-old son in his wagon another Hispanic female employee kept staring at his wagon then proceeded to approach his wagon looking in it. After paying for my items the same employee who kept watching me followed me outside and kept looking in my son's wagon and stated, "You can't have a wagon or stroller in here!" There is no sign posted stating no strollers or wagons. I'm a Sheriff's officer I know my rights.
