Dollar Tree review: Never stocked

The DT where I live is always dirty, shelves are never stocked, This store never has what other stores have.. Memorial Day & July 4th is now over and they just put decor for these two holidays out to buy ? We never have seasonal decor like other stores. Most of the time we shop out of the boxes that are sitting in the floor. Please do something about this store
